Grilling Filet Mignon can be somewhat challenging. The first time that I tried to grill fillet mignon I was excited to  cook such a fabled and expensive cut of beef. One of the easiest and most impressive things to grill is corn on the cob. If done properly it is exceptionally delicious, and turns an average backyard barbecue into a grilling extravaganza. I have been grilling corn on the cob for the past three to four years. During that time I have experimented with a number of methods, and have tested a few recipes.

Everyone has their preferred method. The two most used methods are cooking corn on the cob in foil on the grill, and grilling corn on the cob in the husk. The reason that grilled corn is so delicious is that the flavor is intensified rather than reduced by the cooking process.

One of my favorite foods to grill is corn on the cob. It can be grilled in a myriad of ways, including in its own husk. Grilling corn in its own husk traps the moisture and increases the corn flavor.
