I checked my other blog and I saw that Miko Pasamonte is trending again. I thought he had another photo or video scandal. Only to find out that he’s one of the casts of the anticipated movie “Anak Ng Macho Dancer”.

“Happenstance” – Upcoming Pinoy BL Series from Gagaoolala

I am so surprised at the sheer amount of Filipino Boys’ Love series being launched nowadays. I guess the producers of these shows realized that there’s really a market for Boys’ Love series outside of the country.

With the success of Thai BL “2gether The Series” (which was show on YouTube and therefore reached a lot of audience worldwide, including the Philippines), Filipino producers followed.

Even Asian gay website Gagaoolala is producing their own Boys’ Love series. One of their upcoming series is entitled “Happenstance” and it stars Jovani Manansala and Kiko Ipapo.

According to Filipino BL Central, “The characters that they will portray are from two different timelines (40 years apart)”.

That sounds different from all the themes of BL Series these days. Sounds very interesting and would probably have the look and feel of that famous 70s movie “Dekada 70”.

The series is expected to premiere this November/December 2020.

I was watching “Bawal Judgmental” today on Eat Bulaga and their guest contestant is a hottie volleyball player. It’s my first time to see him since I don’t usually watch TV. His name is John Vic O. de Guzman and he’s a professional volleyball player.

His jawline is so masculine and appealing. I wish him good luck in his TV guesting today. His Twitter account revealed that he’s active on Bigo Live, has done a commercial / endorsement with Bench and is currently an artist of GMA Artist Center.

Vince Vandorpe – (full name Vincent Vandorpe Filiep P. Olasiman) is a 5’11” Filipino-Belgian actor, model and YouTuber (vlogger). He’s 26 years old and was born on September 17, 1993 (1). He grew up in Belgium but moved to the Philippines in 2014. He is widely-known for his YouTube channel named Vandorpy – about his travels, bromance, good vibes, reactions, personal acting and modeling reels. It currently has 190,057 subscribers (as of July 6, 2019) (2).

He was born in Kortrijk, Belgium and his native language is Flemish/Dutch. He also knows how to speak English, a little bit of French and Filipino. His mother is a Filipina from Valencia Dumaguete, and his father is Belgian. Vince has an elder brother named Alhjon and 3 younger sisters named Sydney, Mary and Caitlyn. (3)

Samuele Carenzi–Mister Universe Philippines 2018

Samuele Carenzi is our country’s representative in the upcoming Mister Universe 2018 male pageant to be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on July 18-27, 2018.

Sam also holds the title of Mr Republika ng Pilipinas 2017. He’s Cebuano-Italian and works as a restaurant supervisor and real estate agent in Italy. We’re hoping he’ll bring home the bacon.

I’m a huge fan of boybands from the 90s – including A1. The last time I watch then on TV was during the Big Reunion TV series in a UK TV show. They don’t have Paul in that show.

This year, A1 is finally together for a concert… here in Manila! I’m excited for Ben, Mark, Christian and Paul performing live at the KIA Theatre in Cubao, Quezon City on October 21, 2018 Sunday.

First, my apologies for not updating this blog for several months now. I’m busy playing Ragnarok Online at the International Server. Yes, Ragnarok Online is very much alive even after these years.

In fact, Ragnarok Online Philippines will be relaunch in the Philippines and the Closed Beta Testing (CBT) will start June 20, 2017. It will be handled by a new publisher – Thailand-based Electronics Extreme. Its local partner in the Philippines will be Elite Global Sourcing.

So I’ll be busy for a while but don’t worry, I’ll still be writing articles on this blog. Just stay tuned.

Mr Tourism World 2016 First Edition

There’s a new male pageant in town! This would be a great thing for the tourism sector and for the City of Vigan in the Ilocos. I hope this will not be the last.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the City of Vigan in partnership with Gentlemen Charities Incorporated (GCI) present the 1st Edition of Mister Tourism World on December 10, 2016 at the Vigan Convention Center.

With the all-out support of the Ilocos Sur Provincial Tourism Office, the candidates will stay in Vigan from December 5-11 and enjoy the unique hospitality of one of the New7Wonders Cities.

And before going up north, they will arrive in Manila and stay first at Icon Hotel.
