It's so damn cold and windy outside. I remembered that I have a job interview today, and when I had travelled to the meeting place thru wind and breeze I read the email I got once again and noticed that the interview is not today... it's tomorrow, hahaha just my luck. Seriously, I should read my mails more carefully and actually learn to use a calendar.. Oh well let's try again tomorrow, shall we.. LIVE & LEARN, ey?
Anyways, here's some pics from today before "the interview". We went to the library to print out some papers for the interview etcetc. I love the colours of autumn, but not the weather..

Y E A H ! Joona (Just to make things clear, I'm not talking about myself.. hah) lent me his Nintendo entertainment system! Oh the nostalgy! Travelling back to my childhood hah ! I need to get my own NES and all the turtles games too! Oh oh oh and SNES & Super Mario Allstars!

I haven't bought any games or anything relating for soooo long time... except now I did.
And just because I got them so cheap, hah.

I want only to capture a part of reality.

My life in past months has been really busy and so many things happened, for example; YEA YEAH I GRADUATED !
I'm now officially an artesan of visual expression! ( I don't even know if you translate 'kuva-artesaani' to artesan of visual expression, I've just been told that it's translated that way......) Anywas hooorray for me & to everyone else who graduate this spring!
Also there was this short film competition "Uneton48". Check it out:

Unfortunately we didn't make it to the finals, but we sure had fun! haha

I recently "moved" to Helsinki... I'm gonna stay at my partners apartment for the summer and then I'm gonna get my own apartment, haha.

My aim for this blog for the summer is, UPDATE!
I have to learn to carry my camera with me all the time because everytime I don't have it with me, something interesting & exraordinay happens!! oh well, hah.

I finally got myself a sketchbook! yeah, I've been thinking of buying one for ages, but just now I found the perfect one !

Hellohellohello! So our winterbreak from school is soon over, boo-hoo.
And yes, of course when we have longer holidays, I'm sick.... Still am actually..
Thank god I don't have any fever anymore!
I spent my holiday at Helsinki, but I couldn't do anything because I was sick... just relaxing...
And because I was sick and couldn't even work, I'm quite late on my schedule, so I have to work work work work this weekend to catch up!

I'm seriously getting tired of this weather, spring where are youuuu?

Oh yeah we went to Turku with Heikki at wednesday to see Les Miserables.
I enjoyed the show, although it was in swedish and didn't understand half of it, haha.
But I love musical theatre and swedish in songs sound really great!
If you also love musical theatre too, go see it !

I haven't bought anything for myself in ages, but now I did, haha.
No I only bought a shirt and CD from helsinki.
Have been wanting this CD for ages and now I finally bought it!
Fever ray !

I love this shirt, it's quite ordinary, but I like the long collar.

11th to 14th february pictures
I didn't have anything to do one day so I decided to go for a walk and took the camera with me, I walked for about 7km and before I was even the halfway back home I just had to stop taking pictures simply because It's really hard to take pics when you can't feel your fingers, hah.

Ordered some masks from punanaamio for one project, but yeah, I'll tell ya later about that, hah.

So much snow and SO DAMN COLD outside !

Hello hello hello, long time no see dear blogspot!
I've been really busy with school, and honestly I have so little spare time left... And with this little spare time of mine I decided to update my blog!
I'm really surprised to see that some people is still following my blog, even though I have updated it like, once in 2 months? hah. Anyways thank you for that!
I have good news, I have a new camera! yay! Canon EOS 550D (And yes, I'm loving it!)
As you may have noticed, I'm not really good in writing about what's going on in my life, because there's usually nothing worth mentioning going on, hah. I'm better in posting pics, and I think they maybe speak better than me also.. hah..
I'm so excited about the fact that I'm soon graduating, woo-hoo life goes on!
I'm not gonna write here what I'll do next until I know it myself for sure, haha.
Anywayyyy, My point in this post was, because I got the new camera (&inspiration) I'm gonna try to update my blog more often!

oh oh, I didn't even notice how fast this day has gone!
I've been drawing and painting all day. Actually I didn't even know what I was doing.. Just felt like drawing, and then I remembered that I had one blank white t-shirt and decided to do something with it... and surprise surprise I ended up painting an octopuss (I think I'm obsessed with 'em, haha). And speaking of which, I'm getting my tattoo (of octopuss, perhaps..) this month, after christmass as a christmass present from my sister, Kata! can't wait !

Hurray for the fact that I'm getting my inspiration back, haha.

You just gotta love that city! To me it was honestly a source of inspiration and I was really amazed how different the whole country was compared to Finland, and we're not THAT far from eachother imo...
I guess I'll be blown away when I go to Tokyo.. hahah, we'll see..

Tsukicon '10 is past now haha, the con itself was quite lame imo, but it was nice to see people !

What have I been up to? Our internperiod at school started so I've been working etc..
I've also had a little time to customize and do some clothes, hah, here's couple examples:

This top was originally made as a part of my halloween "costume", but my costume failed because I left all of the other parts of the "costume" at home by accident, hahaha.

I've actually made a "scarf" like this before in the summer, but it was more thinner and a little smaller... plus I've lost it somewhere, haha so that was the main reason to do a new one... plus is really easy to do.. haha

Last weekend when we we're wondering at Rauma with Anu, looking for fabrics I found cute beanie from Seppälä (I usually don't find anything interesting from there), and it cost like 8€, so I had to buy it, haha.. (I don't know if I will use it but imo it was just too cute to leave on the shelf!)
Same thing with the Rubic's cube necklace !

I also have a new hair, YEAH finally, I was really bored to the hair I had before..
Here's a pic of my hair after bleaching the brown hair, looks quite interesting, haha..

After bleaching we just added a little brown to the base (It ended up as a black in the end but still, haha), I actually have had hair dyed like this before, and because I liked it so much I wanted it back, haha.

I'm pretty speechless, gaga left me speechless, the show was AWESOME! It was more like theatre than a concert! I liked everything about the show, except the fact that I don't have a camera ! soo, no pics, sry.. I have some video though, haha.

Also, I went to see Kaija Koo live at Bar Hovi... The gig was ok, but imo, people we're too drunk and it was a chaos... I would appreciate if people would even say "sorry" or something when they pour their drinks on you ! gosh!
But yeah, I recorded one video, and personally my favourite song by Kaija Koo; Tinakenkätyttö (Tin shoed girl ???) hahaha whatever..

After Kaija Koo I spent the rest of the weekend at Helsinki and found a cool necklace (Is it called rosary? I dunno...) and I bought those cheap monday pants I've been wanting, because they we're on sale! ah love the sales, hahaha..

I just have to say this that I'm really satisfied of iPhone4s camera. Takes really good pictures for a mobilecam! And the iPhone version of photoshop is quite handy too, hah! So while I'm looking for a proper camera, all of my pics and vids are taken with iPhone4 ! (if not mentioned separately...)

Spring of Paris

Last thursday we went to Bar Kino to see Pariisin kevät live ! (Pariisin kevät means "Spring of Paris" btw... haha)
I didn't expect anything of their show, because I had seen their live videos on the internet before and to be honest, I wasn't impressed.. But now when I was there I have to say that I loved the show! If you have a chance, go see their show !

Oh and another, random thingy about my hair, hahah
The Brown color has already starting to fade away.... It's light brown atm.... oh well...

I have been thinking for a long time about buying a proper camera for myself, so that I wouldn't have to lend camera from others when I want to take some pictures etc...
Need to save some money, or just (as every year) ask Santa for a camera..... hahaha !

I'm so fed up with my apartment atm ! It's so small and imo because of that, really hard to decorate! Ok, the colors are pretty ok I guess.. black/grey/white/winered....

Yeah! Finally my mom had time to cut my hair ! And I love how they turned out to be! My mom is the best in cutting & dying hair imo, I don't trust my hair to anyone else, hah!
There's only one problem, it wasn't supposed to be that dark as it is, but it doesn't matter, because I know that after a couple of weeks the color will be much lighter (Haircolors dosn't stick in my hair so.....)

I've also found a couple of shoes in the past weeks.
Boots from H&M online store (although they apparently sell them in shops too......) and Supra shoes from beyond. , Jyväskylä!
I would have wanted those supra shoes to be different color, but they we're the only pair they had and they we're on sale... But still I like 'em alot and they're sooooo comfy !

Long time no see, hah... yeah summer's way over and school already started.. I realized I never wrote anything about me and Viki's interrail trip! Sooo.. the route was
Finland > Sweden > Denmark > Germany > Netherlands > England... and the same route back, haha!
I absolutely fell in love with Amsterdam and London ! gosh !
Spend too much money, and I didn't even buy alot of things....
But yeah, had lots of fun, and I have to go interrailing some other time again!

So, we went to Helsinki for the weekend, just shopping and partying, haha. I didn't find anything except I found pants, grey & Cheap monday ! they're so comfortable ! At friday we went to nosturi to see Pintandwefall live, and let me tell you, those girls have energy, haha. For some who don't know the band, TRY IT! And at saturday we just explored the shops and at the evening we went to this bar called butterfly. I was a little disappointed because in the website they said that they plays 70's music.... I think that Lady GaGa isn't from 70's, hahaha... but yeah, still had lots of fun, naturally, good company ! But yeah, less talking, now pics, hah:
