Hey Pool Players, just a quick update on what we’re immediately working on. Over the weekend a bug in our currency system caused some players’ Pool Coins to display as 0. This was caused by two issues; we’ve fixed one of these and are working on fixing the second. Once this is fixed, if you were affected, your Pool Coins will be restored to the balance they should be.

We’re simultaneously combating the increased number of “disconnected” games we’ve been seeing recently, and we’re working on fixing this as soon as is possible.

Fixing these takes priority over introducing new features, so as a result the much-anticipated Daily Spin may be delayed. We’ll keep everyone updated, though

This bug is not a week long. I have faced this problem since i started the game. But on refreshing the game, the coins have been coming. Thank God, atlast u accepted that the disconnection was at your end and not players" fault. Whenever i played game with high stake, i always lost my stake because it disconnected always in between the game. ONE MORE ISSUE IF U CARE TO SOLVE IS THAT THERE IS DIFFERENCE OF TIME OF TAKING EARLIER SHOTS AND WINNING SHOT IN THE GAME. WHENEVER, I AM TO MAKE MY WINNING SHOT, MUCH SHORT TIME IS GIVEN FOR TAKING SHOT AS COMPARED TO EARLIER SHOTS IN THE GAME. KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT TO IMPROVE THE GAME.
