Not the most upbeat of podcasts this week with Mr Clegg and the crew changing tax laws faster than underpants there’s plenty to discuss and none of it good.

We see that the Inland Revenue intends to boost its tax inspections by 145,000 visits to generate £1Bn, so Athos’ prediction that Accountancy Insurance is a good idea seems somewhat prophetic. Inheritance Tax has an unexpected opportunity through Pensions. Holiday Lets and tax offsetting takes a real hit and finally, we round up all the ever changing news on pensions...and there’s another spending review announcement on Wednesday which could go badly too.

The Budget came and went and with re-election a possibility, it was clearly a budget that was tame and begging for more. Losers were the usual but particularly hit was the Greatest of British Traditions...Cider.
