I wonder about days not long ago when world or at least larger parts of planet flourished in peace . It seemed that it was time for world’s people to recover from the trauma of two world wars one after another.When Me and hubby would talk over the cup of tea our topic would be that we were fortunate to live in era where peace and prosperity is at it’s peak and life standards of people are getting better. But it feels that our gratitude fell in the ear of devil and here we are again in the times of fear and despair,waiting for events that might change everything and forever for majority of the people! My faith says as humans we are created to support each other because Nature has designed life that grows and grooms in harmony and destroy and vanish in opposition. I hope and pray we can understand that simple reality spread laid before our eyes everywhere on this planet 🙏

My heart goes to those people who are suffering from harsh conditions weather in many states of America! I pray that things get better soon so everyone can get back to normal life 🤞🙏

Do you hear bell that rings

Around the corner approaching spring

Season of balance, just and fair

When love seems nurturing the air

Ferrer Hall Karachi , Art Gallery And Art Of Sadequain

Hey Beautiful Souls 🥰

Hope finding peace in days despite the all odds of today’s world. Life isn’t designed to flow smoothly but a zigzag line going through up and down all the time. Our weather has changed completely. February is pretty airy and pleasant with cooler temperatures below 30 centigrade. More rain and snow is expected in high northern parts and south eastern areas close by. We hope it will delay summer for a while.

I have just recovered from typhoid 😏 yes after returning from Karachi I felt heaviness on stomach.No other symptoms were present except this and little lack of energy . We visited doctor after two weeks because self medication didn’t help. I was diagnosed with typhoid after a blood test. Was given medicine for one week and forbidden to eat traditional bread for four days. It’s nice to feel normal again and start to eat bread (chapati) again 😅

Today sharing photos of Ferrer hall Karachi .It’s an iconic and historic building build in 1865 by Sir Henry Bartle Edward Ferrer . This gorgeous building was built as a town hall back then though now it is used as art gallery and library. I am sharing Link which put tiny light on the history of the building.

This first picture I took from google images to show you whole beauty of the Ferrer Hall building. Rest below are captured by me and sons.

The lawn of Ferrer Hall has huge extended area for visitors to wander around and enjoy the serenity of this place,it also includes a small zoo area that has some birds collection.

The nice guide guy took few photos of us ,he tried to capture in way that roof top art can appear in the background and he succeeded too ,he took many,this is one of them

I couldn’t find Sadequain photo which I took from his photo on the wall,so I picked this one from google images and if you want to learn more you can see Here Wikipedia link

Sadequain (1930-1987) is historical and finest painter and calligrapher , when eldest son searched about Sadequain and his greatly appreciated art work,he was curious to see it . He found about this site online and called on the number given. The guy picked up was very friendly,he told that building was closed due to Sunday but he will attend us if we still wanted to come. We were more than happy. When we arrived the guy told that he is responsible for the building and he takes care of things here mostly. He said they receive funds from wealthy community who loves art as government is mere spectator with least interest in whole matter. He opened the main hall and we felt we entered in some other world of beauty and serenity! He showed us around,took our photos with roof art and shared history. When I checked online I saw many English people and couples pictures front of this beautiful building. We spent one and a half hours there and lost track of time as beautiful art displayed in gallery consumed us completely! Eldest son gifted the guy some money when we were leaving. Our last thought was we have to come here again ☺️

According to the guide guy at Ferrer hall this wonderful roof mural was created by Sadequain though artist died before completing his master project. He said few other well known artists offered to complete this including son of Sadequain but authorities denied. They didn’t want to loose the touch of the original artist. So this incomplete project of sublime art was left in the honour of the artist! This art project depicts immortality of the life’s journey. According to the details Sadequain worked tirelessly for more than six months to create this roof mural,he slept very less and continues hard work made him sick. This one is captured in the beautiful balcony of this captivating building,we never felt such calm and special vibe at any other place honestly, absence of people can be a thing but I give more credit to the richness and depth that it’s interior holds👍

Sadequain was a saint and believed in man’s inner power and his ability to tame down everything according to his will. But in his saints point of view he uses his power in creating strong and deep harmony with the flow of Nature instead spoiling it . In this art in my opinion he is trying to say that man is created by Divine who has given him His own special gift His spirit and free will so everything comes under and after him. But power comes with responsibility and man’s duty is to take great care of his belongings instead destroying them by lowering himself for trivial things.

Couldn’t get this one whether it’s displayed some punishment or justice

In my simple words here artist has taken off the mask he wears for the world mostly and feels exhausted

Guide told as government has no interest in preserving this treasure,they allow shooting of important events and figures who want this glorious appearance of the building in their work,this way they get some money this way which helps them to maintain the place, we spotted this pretty lady in bridal dress standing while camera crew was filming her ,for the magazine probably,there was another lady I have seen in English bridal dress and I had taken her photo but couldn’t find today 🙁

Can’t comprehend the human poses but according to poetic phrase it’s an invitation to the man to o open eyes and look up ,down and around,look everything and look at the sunrise from east and find his suited place among this all ,the poetic phrase is written by our most popular and mystical poet Allama Iqbal who has been called poet of the east !

We are well by the grace of God! As expected weather in our Sindh province is changing as quickly as something runs down on sloppy hills swiftly 😔 Anyway I am very happy to have a normal winter this year without being troubled. February is pleasant month full of cheerfulness and hope for spring month of March 🥰 March is most beautiful time of the year because of lots of colourful flowers and joyful breeze 🥹♥️ Our small garden area has started to look prettier and lush again as hubby’s hardwork is paid with many sweet sprouts of seasonal plants 🤗 . Few blooms have opened their eyes already and smiling joyously . April is slightly warm yet very nice for outdoor activities. So I am thankful for this opportunity of life to experience gifts of God around 🥹🙏

Today I am sharing some lovely gifts sent by my precious friend Sue and sweet daughter Gabi,hope you will enjoy the look of them.

Firstly a very thoughtful and exceptionally beautiful gift by Sue , it’s calendar of 2026 . Dear and incredibly smart Sue has printed it all by herself , she told she took help from my blog to select photos 🤗 how nice and wise of her to think of such meaningful gift 🥹 when Gabi handed it to me I got bit emotional because I felt great warmth and love of dear friend Sue instantly,she really knew what would touch me most 🥹 Thank you dearest friend Sue and I have placed it right before my eyes on the table front of us in our living room and looking at it each time makes me feel spiritually close to her 🥹♥️ I feel so blessed to have you as my friend and I really mean it 🫂

Sue put both families living far away together on the few pages of calendar,she said that it’s nice thought of having cup of tea together despite all the physical distance and I was happy to know that because my imagination makes such miracles happen sometimes 🥹🤗 , the photo below on left she took when we were on video call for the first time 🥰

We exchange messages once in a while . Sometimes our chats stretches because of the certain topic of common interest. Faith is the topic we discuss more. Sue is curious how my faith in God works and what is its origin. I try to explain in my simplified way because you know that I am not a qualified person to do so . The only thing I know about this is that Faith was there when I came into my senses, it was raw and hidden and I revealed it through numerous experiences of my life gradually. Depth of her understanding of life inspires me deeply! Her curiosity is curiosity of a contemplative person who wants to explore various versions of the story. This makes me her “fan” I am happy to have someone from whom I can learn more about things I didn’t have any idea about before ♥️

Gabi dear told me that Sue has her favourite tea so I can enjoy it 🤗 I , me and hubby we both had it few times and it’s so good 👍 , when visit to Islamabad I will look for this as there are specific shops which keep things for foreigners too because I love it ♥️

This gorgeous and pretty traditional Indonesian scarf is gift from sweet daughter Gabi 🥰 I fell in love with this honestly despite red was never my colour because of it’s elegant and charming look and fabric seems quite special ♥️ Gabi bought it for me during her visit to Indonesia with eldest son ,thank you dear child for keeping me in mind in far away land 🙏♥️ you really truly are gift to all of us and these words are from the core of my heart 🥹

Gabi also surprised me with this quite expensive gift . It’s brand new Smart Keyboard for my iPad 🥰 I felt little hesitant to accept such expensive gift actually but then eldest son encouraged me. It makes use of iPad very comfortable and easy for me because I have been missing to have a laptop since older one refused to work anymore after ten years . So thank you so much for this very helpful gift dear Gabi 🙏 you are such an angel 🥹♥️🫂

This is also from dear Gabi , it’s card game,easy to learn and play. I saw my younger son playing different card games with his friends but they seemed difficult when he tried to teach us . This one was so easy to join in instantly. Actually this lovely gift came to us with little sweet and heartfelt story 🤗 it was our last day together and Gabi and eldest son left for spa appointment after breakfast because we all had to attend the wedding ceremony at the night. Both kids returned in the evening after having extremely busy day as shopping and meeting friends. When they returned they looked exhausted.Eldest son went to his room immediately for rest.I advised Gabi to go to her room and have some rest so she can feel fresh before going to the party . But she refused so politely and gently put her head on my shoulder and said she wanted to spend this time with us . This was really touching and heartwarming for me . She took pack of cards and asked us if we wanted to play cards with her. Me and both younger sons were excited to learn,me particularly , she guided us and we found it very easy. We played together and spent one or little less hour cheerfully having fun 🥰🤗♥️ this little period of time left unforgettable impact on hearts of me and my family 🥹 Gabi is truly very special ♥️ and we feel lucky 🙏

Crazy Weather And Some Crazy Moments At Manora Beach Karachi

Hey Sweethearts 🥰

Hope and pray that despite crazy weather conditions you are able to find peace and joy in small things of life ☺️

We watched in news how many American and Canadian states are facing severe weather conditions of heavy snowfall and various issues like disappearance of power and lack of transportation. I really hope this ends soon and life goes back to normal. Here in our country case is not the different as well.We had three very mild winters in past years.But It’s been quiet tough winter for people living in up north and south eastern parts of the country . Our Sindh province shares border with province of Baluchistan . Quetta is capital of Baluchistan which dwells on Zarghoon mountain range .When these mountains get snow the cooler weather reaches in many surrounding places And our city is one of those,so we are having very cold weather this whole January particularly. Temperature is spinning around 12 Centigrade to 4 Centigrade during twenty four hours. And it’s big deal for people here trust me.To be honest we have been kind of missing such winter since three or four years.we couldn’t use any of the warm clothes in previous two to three winter seasons. So it’s nice to have actual winter this year. Surprisingly for some unknown reasonthis I am genuinely able to enjoy cold weather after my long gone youth days . I don’t know the reason honestly. But this is first winter of my older part of life which i am not spending in double triple sweaters and triple socks along with one extra blanket. I am feeling normal and facing cold weather like a normal person instead of physically miserable and mentally dimmed woman who love cold weather but wasn’t able to enjoy it . So I am thankful for this weird yet very nice surprise this year🤗🙏

I am particularly concerned about minus 49 temperatures in surroundings of NewYork ?? It seems really worrying because it must be really cold and impossible for the survival of area residents. My heartfelt prayers are with them and we hope and pray that it ends soon by the grace of God🙏. I also hope that storm in Britain may pass quickly and harmlessly 🙏

Moving to the lighter side of today’s post dear friends and sharing few moments we truly enjoyed with dear Gabi on Manora Karachi Beach, hope you will like them too because every time I look at them and fun videos I can’t stop smiling and laughing 🤗🥰

I was absent when Gabi and Ahsan took camel ride ,I can see how happy and comfortable is Gabi feeling like she used to ride camel often but I doubt that 🥰 if i replace Gabi with any other girl who was riding camels for the first time people around might have heard few shouts 🤗 she is very brave indeed ♥️

Then younger son Asad and I offered some ideas for taking fun images together and I think we succeeded because everyone cooperated well 👍 I can’t remember younger son mentioned a specific name for this kind of photo 🤔

I love how in Korean drama people form different cheery poses instantly for the photo and this one was my idea , not bad for the beginners I guess 😂

Youngest son came up with this idea which had certain name but unfortunately I forgot again,what a shame 😅 I think this one was very smart, we survived from the giant’s attack because he was knocked down by our crazy screams 😭😂

I couldn’t find new idea but suddenly I remembered how we would make line after one another and run while making sounds of train , well almost like train 😊 everyone else followed the instructions eventually after some messy moves but I doubt if hubby got the clue of it 😂 second from left

Eldest son Ahsan brought his idea of forming pillars and asked us to stand across, this one is my. Most favourite because in this we are all present in the pictures 🥹♥️

We spent some awesome time together there on the very neat and calm beach,no crowd ,just a family from the beach cottage came out and went to boat ride. We had all the beach area to ourselves. I have cooked Biryani along.we had it in lunch on beach and everyone said it was delicious thankfully 🥰

Like good weather happy time fly out quickly but like a butterfly they leave so many delightful marks on our hearts 🥹🥰♥️

First of all big and heartfelt thank you for your sweet comments on my previous post ♥️ I really appreciate your support dear friends and I will always say that your support is my strength and inspiration to share my life with you 🥹♥️

We are back from Karachi now. These twenty days of our life went faster than ever, last week particularly . Yes our long awaited dream came true and dear Gabi joined us in last week. The main goal of her visit was to attend our eldest son’s best friend’s wedding event Valima and second was to meet us . I never thought of such thing could happen in my life but it truly happened and we met her finally. The first and happiest realisation was that she was so relatable and easy to get along with 🥹 She made everyone else at ease with her friendly and caring behaviour within few moments and next day we all felt like we know her since long time 🥹♥️ . Both of my younger son were so happy to meet her and said that they feel they have a sister now ♥️ Hubby too adored her skills of adaptability and we both saw in her our daughter we never had 🥹♥️ . I want to thank dear Sue who brought her up her daughter so beautifully and Ahsan who made this meeting possibl. But above all thanks to God who is creator of all miracles 🥹🙏 In short we are so grateful and happy that our son and Gabi are equally blessed souls and deserve each other ♥️🙏

Emma (bride’s name) is from France ,her mother is French and her father is an Arab from Bahrain . Gabi met Emma in Indonesia during their recent trip and both have become nice friends because like Gabi Emma is also really sweet girl 🥰 and think she is looking absolutely stunning in red bridal outfit 🤗♥️

Emma’s mom Chantelle is very warm and kind lady ,I was amazed to see how she seemed to mingled with groom’s family effortlessly 🥰

Dilawer and Emma looked so content and happy to be the centre of this family gathering ♥️ Groom’s family also felt happy and proud with their son’s choice of life partner. Couple surly has blessings from all the kind people and loved ones who attended the event of valima .

Love is the only gravitational force that does wonders to pull different people together 🥹 I just love this gesture 🥰

Both of our younger sons with groom ,they enjoyed the party lot they told later 🥰

On the dining table in the men’s lounge hubby and kids took some pictures as well ♥️

Eldest son Ahsan standing with groom , he was happy to be part of this wedding of his best friend because previously he had missed such event belonged to another good friend once due to covid 🥰

The night before valima event groom’s family held a small gathering of Hinna event .we were invited too. The whole family of groom is settled our city here and many relatives in different cities. So it was hard for everyone to come on hinna ,still there were more than fifty to sixty people I think. After the family had some fun with singing and dancing the hinna process began and everyone came forward to place little hinna on bride and groom’s hands. It’s sign of collective joy and blessings by the family for the couple 🙏♥️

From left , me ,bride’s mom , groom’s mom ,bride and groom’s aunt in pink . I met first time with Dilawer’s mom and I was pleased to see how warm and welcoming she remained throughout both events. She liked Gabi so much and said we should meet more in future. I was delighted to meet her honestly 🥰

Bride’s mother in law on right and on the left bride’s sister in law is helping bride to wear flowers bangles essential for hinna ceremony. The sister in law was also really nice lady and we had quite a chat during both events ♥️

Three beautiful ladies with lovely light of dazzling smile ♥️ green is definitely Gabi’s colour 🥰♥️👍

I don’t know my heart was feeling sad whenever I would look Chantelle and feel myself in her place. She left for France next day on Saturday night. She will be missing her daughter in the beginning so badly I believe 🥹

We too are waiting for having such a wonderful day when eldest son will get married inshallah 🥹🙏♥️

Big thanks for being with me sweethearts 🙏♥️ it’s just second day at home and I am busy with recovering everything that needs my attention. Still I will be visiting you in bits of free time hopefully because I miss you all when I get late to read your stories 🤞🥰

A Family Trip To Manora Beach Karachi

Hey Sweet Hearts 🥰

Hope having blessed time with loved ones and with yourself !

With the grace of God our family has been blessed with another opportunity to reunite 🥹🙏 Yes eldest son Ahsan’s best friend Dilawer (one who ‘s official marriage ceremony he has attended in Indonesia lately) is throwing his wedding party in Karachi Pakistan. Our son decided to attend the party and take this opportunity to spend some time with his family 🤗🥹🙏 So when after two weeks after my sister left we came to stay with our eldest son and best part our younger son has joined us as well for twelve days of his winter holidays 🙏♥️

So I am truly grateful to feel myself luckiest mom right now 🥹

By the greater grace of kind God dear daughter will be visiting us too for one week almost 🥹🙏 so can you imagine how happy and grateful I must be feeling dear friends 🥰 big and heartfelt thanks for your support and encouragement and all the well wishes for new year and beautiful festival Christmas ♥️

Below, sharing some fun glimpse of our trip to Manora beach which is few miles away from city beach and is preferred to spend some quiet and lovely moments . Younger son recommended this trip insistingly . He told he had visited there with university friends. It was early morning time and he enjoyed the glorious weather,calm environment, soothing air most importantly they were only on the beach so listening to the gently moving waves was exceptional and beautiful experience!

We were not that lucky still we had lots of fun time together and watching desperate waves coming and going was something touched heart 🥰 .Hope you will enjoy these highlights dear friends.

I find such priceless moments like butterflies that can’t be touched no matter how hard you try but sometimes they just come and sit on your lap 🥹

This is interesting how slightly changed perspective makes appearance different metaphorically

Young people were passing by while riding on the horses which was creating a cheerful atmosphere for those like us who were looking from far. I never rode the horse,did you ever?

This is a hut for visitors who want to sit and enjoy the sea view,but we didn’t sit there as beach was more fun with less people here and there

We sighted these two girls riding horse ,one mom and other daughter probably presumably due to obvious age difference , I was happy to caught young lady’s smile 🤗

When eldest son and youngest were having conversation standing in the water,I tried to take a shot of wave passing through their feet

A tiny achievement I think ☺️

Then before leaving Eldest son decided to go for shell hunting,he found some interesting shells among which few were absolutely perfect in shape but sorry couldn’t find the photo younger son took

We spent three wonderful hours together on the beach, waves didn’t feel tired and stayed as enthusiastic as they were in the morning, sun slipped to the westward, people on the beach were changed slowly but a serene joyous whispering and gentle laughter kept the environment pleasant and cozy♥️

We returned home with happy and thankful heart , but I don’t want to share how horrific is the traffic on the way 😭😂😞

She stared at sunset as it’s the only

She can look upon as her own

Who too looked low, sad and torn

As carrying loads of sorrows and grief

In ocean of time like vulnerable leaf

Feeling of affinity she sighed in gloom

Pail face ,sobbing eyes heart to it’s doom

She thought sun shone ,nurtured the world

Under it’s warmth and light life curled

To the hearts he brought joy and delight

Every corner he turned he made it bright

Gifted every heart with peace and joy

Without any cast ,race ,what and why

He made people smile and flowers blossom

When he smiled from sky life felt awesome

In return he asked for none

What could he from those after fun?

Except a smile to keep him shine

Smile that he can call it’s “mine”

Glance of love once in a while

So he can walk for countless miles

He felt hurt by careless crowd

Hidden himself behind darkened clouds

Grim and trauma he went insane

Anger flared within his veins

Earth embraced him to share his pain

Absorbing his tears of rain

Why showing face to those don’t need

With intensity of emotion he pleads

Spoke differently his existence’s creed

While lying under the darkest layer

He recalled some eyes with flare

Looking at him as he mattered to them

They will be sad if he went absent

Eyes full of of joy ,eyes full of of sorrow

Eyes sparkling with hope of tomorrow

Eyes innocent and full of love

Soothing, cozy like a puffy dove

Eyes not blinded by false desires

Not entangled in illusionary wires

Eyes that look for him when feel sad

Hearts that find peace in him when day is bad

Souls that share existence with his spark

Don’t deserve to be left in dark

He looked back with soothing glow

Before setting nice and slow

With the promise of coming back

Continuing to be on his usual track

He will be showering his grace on all

Until a single heart gives him call

Having sister with me is one reason actually , as you know our mild winter provokes people to create opportunities for gatherings and celebrations ☺️ So we are attending few such events in between. I will share about this later. Right now sharing with my dear friends few delightful glimpse of eldest son’s recent trip to Bali Indonesia. He visited there few times but this one was special because he had his sweet lady with him and the occasion was special as well as it was wedding event of his childhood friend 🥰

Feeling insane ,overwhelmed with chores

Flowing swiftly away from the shore

Waves are crazy ,putting upside down

Time’s river looks like a frowned

Rushing moments very loud and bold

How to stop ? nothing is to hold

Craving for little island to breathe

Cozy silence, is all that I need

To be still ,feel firm and be me

But don’t know when it happens to be

Till then I have to surrender to flow

Till then I have to be on my toes

Though despite the maddening days

I am able to enjoy these ways

Eldest Son’s Best Friend’s Wedding!

Hey beautiful people 🥰

Hope having blessed times by the grace of God🙏

Our weather is crawling slowly towards cooler days and I hope it will arrive at point where warm clothing will be needed finally 🤗 It will certainly a refreshing change for us who sweat throughout the year mostly ☹️😞

Few wedding ceremonies are expected in next month in my in laws family and I am kinda looking forward to it because I hope my sister will like attending them after long time 😊

And on very bright and delightful note my eldest son and his girlfriend Gabi went to Indonesia to attend the nikah ceremony of my eldest son’s best friend 🤗 it was a small family gathering as the actual ceremony will be held in Pakistan next year hopefully where parents of groom live. I have mentioned Dilawer in few of my older posts. Dilawer and eldest son are best friends since their childhood. They grew up here in small city together. Dilawer inspired my son when he started earning as free lancer when he was in middle . Dilawer though belonged to a well established family yet he is a self made man . He has built his future with constant hard work which is appreciable and inspiring indeed 👍🤗🥰 My son told Dilawer moved to Indonesia because of it’s mild weather and favourable conditions for his freelancing career as here internet and power are not reliable for serious business ,in our city particularly.

Dilawer married to a beautiful French girl, from the features I assume she has an Indonesian father and French mother. My son told she has very nice and strong personality 🥰

Me and hubby wish newly married couple a beautiful,blessed and happy life in future ♥️🙏

Weather, flowers , Few Photos From Recent River Park Sukkur

Hey Sweet Hearts 🥰

Hope beating peacefully on the rhythm of life 🙏

Our weather is getting cooler slightly, even though temperatures shown on screen are from 23 to 14 Celsius maximum tonight yet it’s not feeling that cold strangely 🤔 we have prepared our warm clothing for the season but no one is wearing because no coolness is felt which is sad ☹️ yet I am happy to have sweat free days by the grace of God🤗🙏

My sister is here and I am really so happy that I could have her with me no matter what reason. She has jolly nature and which keeps me amused and cheerful most of the day 🤗♥️

As she had spent some years of her youth here with us my in laws family knows her closely and this is the reason of having lots of guests often. My father’s sister has died several years ago but her children come to see her once in a while. They invited her to their house as for lunch or dinner. I am so grateful to have such blissful time with her and all who visit our home 🙏

We have few places to visit yet and do some shopping for her .

Mukhtar plant ‘s flower that grows till it’s plant is unable to stay upright, personal observation ,nature has countless ways to mesmerise isn’t that true 🥹

Our climber behaves like a naughty and hyperactive child who wants to take over everything which makes hubby to keep an eye on her to keep in boundary 😅 I love seeing how her pretty blooms appear in colourless form and then turn pink slowly 🥹♥️ life means constant growth and change and it’s most amazing magic of the Nature 🥹🤔🥰🤗

Genetically modified rose plant I think,it appears in glorious white and then turns into light pink slowly and which becomes darker pink in few days,although it has no smell but I appreciate the beauty it offers to the eyes 😍

These shots were taken by hubby during daytime around 12pm so everything appears so bright , sukkur river park has lost it’s original beauty and arrangement that it used to have three decades ago sadly, most of the amusement area stays barren except on Eid holidays. Sitting desks and stalls are gone as well,seems like our country is moving in anticlockwise direction ☹️

Despite all the loss water offers peace and tranquility to senses and this is the only reason we visit their even if once in a year,it was very first place where I visited with hubby after my marriage, hubby had borrowed a jeep from his close friend and we had spent some lovely hours there together 🥰🥹

Time flies by unbelievably and we are left with so many wonderful memories which keep us going and cheerful throughout the life 🥹♥️

I captured this three days back , I loved how fall colours peaked through green leaves 🥰 both sides of life have their own meaning and beauty ♥️ without one other is meaningless.both complement each other and it’s true tribute to the Creator I believe 🥹🥰🙏

Dear friend Sue has shared a photo of the stunning theatre in which she and John went to watch their favourite show , I really loved how amazingly is emblished the whole place 🥰👌♥️ it’s very different than ours here .

We didn’t have sunflowers this years because our garden was refilled with newly brought soil and sunflowers that used to self grow every year before didn’t show up sadly 😞 I miss their light this year!

Weather, Warm Clothes And My Sister visited Me

Hey beautiful souls 🥰

Hope finding joy and peace in life despite the odds 🙏♥️

Our weather is getting slightly cool but not enough to use blanket at night and wear warm clothing ☹️

I really miss normal winters that bring huge change and life becomes different than one we have during hotter and exhausting routine of lengthy summer . Now winter season seems short and milder enough to continue to wear thin clothing. This is amazing how weather can bring an adventurer to the still routine of life just like rock thrown into the motionless pond cause stirs 🤗

But I am still grateful for whatever is by the grace of God 🥹🙏

Dear Friends my sister has come to stay with us for sometime and it’s huge pleasure and peace for me to have her 🥰 She is with us since a week and we are spending nice time together even though she is more busy with her cell phone as her children are in Islamabad and she misses them of course. My business has increased so you can feel that I am missing few of your posts maybe sometimes. We are planning little trips with my sister to the villages of hubby’s sisters and to Sukkur city for little shopping hopefully 🤞

Awesome Photos From Andrew’s Trip To Northern Pakistan

I believe you gonna enjoy today’s post more because it provides some awesome glimpses of higher northern parts of our country Pakistan! They are new to me as well as we have traveled to Kashmir but not much farther. Once again heartfelt thanks to dear Sue who brought these stunning and remarkable images to me. Actually one of her close friends Andrew Heppleston has visited Up higher northern areas of Pakistan recently . Andrew joined the tourist group for two weeks trip . Sue found it interesting to share the link of photos with me because she knows that I have great fondness for travel and watching our strikingly beautiful areas of up north. If I haven’t mentioned this before then Sue and I talk on video call once in a while and it’s when she told me about it. I asked her if I can share photos on my blog and she asked Andrew ,special thanks to Andrew who allowed me to do so🙏🥰

I am sharing this message as well in which Andrew has mentioned the names of places he visited.

Here is what Andrew said about his trip to Pakistan. "First week we went up the Karakoram Highway ( a 810 miles highway that connects northern Pakistan to western China , the highway is known for the highest paved road in the world ) by jeep into Kashmir in northern Pakistan. Stunning Karakoram Range scenery, good food and really friendly people. High altitude passes, glaciers and trek to Nanga Parbat 8,126m base camp at 3,550m. Second week in Northern Pakistan we explored the Hunza and Yasin valleys with huge glaciers, landslides and floods. Crossed the infamous 194m Hussaini suspension bridge and zip-lined back."

I found these photos incredible dear friends.it was amazing and such a pleasure to peek in higher and farther parts of my homeland that are famous for their breathtaking beauty throughout the world 🤗🥰♥️

This photo has my two most favourite things in nature water and mountains,third is man mad but still serves nature’s purpose of connecting two ends , I felt grateful to Andrew while looking at each single image because being from northern part though not that higher I have great affection for these natural phenomena 🥹♥️

Breathtaking! I used to stare at hills surrounding my village for hours as growing girl,they just fascinate me. They seem to say that a height can be achieved by slow and gradual movement in desired direction!

I believe this is Andrew Hepleston standing on Babusar top 13700ft high from sea level. Board behind him is showing names and distance of all places around it. All these places are very popular for national and international tourists. Andrew visited in June yet mountain peaks were still covered with snow which means when other parts were suffering with severely hot weather upper north was cold and pleasant!

Another excellent shot of bare but very beautiful mountain, they look like their snow melted just a while ago,so neat and stunning 🤗

Dear Sue had a zoom meeting with me this Saturday so we can go through the photos together,precious Gabi joined us as well. Sue asked why only men are out and no women. I told her that despite things are changing slowly here like other places our country too has few parts where people are conservative and women stay at home mostly. Men are seen out playing,chatting and dancing but women are not allowed to wander around. But it’s not true for all northern places. When we travelled to Kashmir a couple had good chat with hubby throughout the journey and I was happy to see how the wife was participating confidently. It was reflecting how minds are enlightening gradually☺️

Polo is famous game of higher north here, Shandur polo ground is considered highest polo ground in the world where yearly festival takes place in July in which rival teams compete and cultural events are held. So many tourists go there to attend the festival.

Ah ,that reminds me my childhood days when one of my uncle had two trucks, both were decorated so beautifully,one was run by eldest cousin.sometimes when trucks would get ready with loads of watermelon we children would rush to the place they were parked and our cousin would hand each with a watermelon.it was fun🤗 I grew up seeing such jewelled trucks and their walls written on wise phrases or best wishes 🥰 I can bet that such decorated trucks and beautiful uplifting quotes would have inspired so many who encountered with them. Talking with personal experience and observations! I consider this part of our culture not just fascinating but very important contribution to senses and perception of the people ♥️👍

Very familiar sight as I grew up in tiny village. I recall those old beautiful days when people were much more close to each other and nature . After the harvest people would help each other out to carry such hay stocks or dry crop loads to drop at covered areas so rain can’t spoil them . In return people were favoured by similar help or portions of grans. Things are changed back in my town now as machines have replaced the people.but in rural areas progress is slow until now.thanks to hubby who recognised the corn man is carrying. Yes in thirty two years few things are blurred 😅

Another gorgeous truck embellished stunningly 👌♥️ it has three phases,first most above says “ God’s will “ prefers to faith that this journey from start to finish is on God’s will whether safe or harm everything is because God wants so! Second in Arabic on windscreen says” God is the best provider” 🙏 third below on the windscreen is a praise for the town driver belongs to it says long live town of ,sorry couldn’t get the name correctly 😔 everything so positive and sweet isn’t it 🤗

I didn’t know but according to dear friend Sue Andrew told her that these horses were being taken to polo ground for the game. I wonder how that vehicle carried many horses and still running,maybe they don’t weigh more as I think they should be

Around the world people living in higher parts of the land look different than rest who live in plain land , this is really fascinating how nature favours everything in their growth so they can fit in and survive in certain places and conditions 🥰 this is view of simple family life with less opportunity to earn more. Talking through personal observations of past village life. Many men worked hard in fields, men with no piece of land did labour work in surrounding areas. Some flee to the big cities like my father to earn bread and few went to other countries of Middle East.

I assume this is Buddha’s temple from two thousand years back,such temples are scattered around the country but sadly not much cared by authorities specifically in northern parts. This is impressive how Buddha’s message of love and peace was delivered throughout the subcontinent !

I think Andrew has captured a family sitting front of their house, it’s lovely picture despite lady has covered her face .what I find nice is that in June they have worn the warm clothes,how cool 🤗 we feel imprisoned in compressing excessive heat in June instead 😭but I am happy for them at least 🙏🥹♥️

Looks like it had been a water passage for long time but now water flows through it only in rainy seasons or when ice melts in summers ,I love that snowy peaks though 🥰

How a such thing is even credible ?

Most imprisoned in chains so hefty

A Sad Transition Of Places Where Common People Lived Differently

Hope finding life interesting despite all odds around the world!

I often think about the days of innocence that I lived not long ago. I think it’s just hardly three decades ago when world was peaceful place as compared to today. I mean don’t you feel that certain desperation , ruthlessness and selfishness have been rapidly growing recently?

I know that world was never a utopian place ever since it’s been created. But things were not that bad,specially before the arrival of media and internet. Like everything is made in pair knowledge comes with price of depression,anxiety and constant stress over what is happening and what can happen next . When look carefully it seems so obvious that few power seeking individuals are pushing the world to the edge of destruction!

Anyway I was thinking about days of innocence. Actually hubby and me watch an interview show regularly,one episode daily while having our morning tea. The guest actor was answering why new movies are not being made in Pakistan anymore. Specially when our country had fair and very successful history of creating beautiful and great movies rich in cultural flavours and moral values.The golden age of Pakistani movies is considered from 1960 to 1980. The guest replied that the downfall of success ratio accrued when basic way of entertainment available to the masses was snatched away by capitalism. The old cinema building were demolished or converted into something else. Those cinemas were easier and cheapest source for the public to escape the physical and mental hurdles of reality struggles . The new movie theatre were built in the other highly maintained locations called cineplex situated in shopping malls. Such places are great attractions for rich to show off but are simply beyond the approach of common people specially the labourers and those working on daily wages. This was heartbreaking change for those who were deeply attached to this mode of entertainment since years . This shift hurt the self confidence and self esteem of a common man. He felt that he was unable to provide his family a simple way of pleasure and enjoyment!

Today only some can take advantage of cineplexes that are few and in big cities only. Filmmakers spend so much on making and marketing but loosing main audience is stopping them from making new movies.

Hubby and me have talked on this topic many times before, specially when we go to cinema in Islamabad and watch movie. It makes me feel sad because I remember that not much longtime ago I also once was among those people who would enjoyed going cheap cinema on regular basis for long. Yes as I mentioned many times that I belonged to lower middle class family but luckily my parents and hubby’s as well fond of cinema. Both families were neighbours for few years . I was little girl then ,according to hubby less than six maybe. My parents and his parents both loved watching films. And because it was only way to enjoy after hectic day so it was a regular routine after dinner to watch movie together .Even this small city had three cinemas can you believe. Our families would repeat the movie if all three movies in different places were watched. These are the memories told by hubby. When we moved to our native village my parents visited hubby’s family once or twice a year. So in my memory chest I too have very shiny pearls when we would stay here for a month or two during summer holidays ( my mom hated increasing heat afterwards but she said back then heat was bearable so she wouldn’t mind to stay for a while)

We would spend days in playing with girl cousins but evenings would bring lots of vibration of family get together and outing adventure of movie watch. We children feel so excited about our coming adventure. Elders would get busy in choosing what to wear.Dinner was made and served before 8pm and everybody was dressed up and ready to go for theatre.That joy and excitement was something so priceless I miss today. It makes me think how important is being carefree attitude in life and having days of innocence when our minds were pure and quiet,no noise of worries or unrest in emotions because thousands of crazy things to deal with.

I wonder if you all or few friends have witnessed similar or any other kind of such sad transition ?

Today the morning was pleasant but as sun grew up weather felt hot. Despite it’s raining here and there little bit our October is warm ☹️

After morning chores in the kitchen and reciting for an hour hubby and me took our morning tea. Then hubby left for groceries and I went to kitchen. I had to make dough prepared for lunch time so I picked up the big pan ,pour the wheat flour in it without straining ( I don’t use strainer to keep the fiber saved .I started to make dough , and then I left it in the middle undone( I learned accidentally long ago that this way dough is made more soft and flexible),covered the dough pan and turned towards the sink where freshly spoiled cups and tea pot were waiting to be washed. I started to wash them and suddenly I felt a smile inside my heart. I realised that I was never perfectionist in this business of dish washing ☺️ Actually while washing my aunt ( mom’s sister)and one of my sisters in law (hubby’s brother’s wife ) came into my mind . Both were considered best in keeping the dishes not just neat but very shiny . My aunt was kind of mad about keeping dishes untouched once they were washed by her . I would visit her once or twice a day when I was little till my mid teens ( she died before I was sixteen in childbirth) . I would see how she would rub her dishes intensely and will hide them away so no one can use them. She would do so when kids are around whether her own or visitors. Once they would leave she would take out and place them on their proper place. If any kid would come and try to grab the bowl to have water aunt would shout and run to stop. That would make me laugh always. Basically I wouldn’t understand why she was so obsessed with keeping dishes cleaned. And secondly I hadn’t seen my mom or other aunts doing so.

After my marriage I observed same thing in one of my sisters in law . She seemed more concerned about dishes actually. She would rub them so hard that her cooking pots and dishes would get shrunk and holes soon. When she would visit me and ask me to rub dishes harder I would reply that I don’t think it’s necessary because I have cleaned them as much they were needed to be cleaned. I could feel she would not look happy about it.

She surly thought how non perfectionist I was 😬

So when it comes to dish washing I wash them until I find they are cleaned totally and that’s it . I don’t want to waste my energy and time on something which is not important to me.

I don’t feel guilty for it but I wonder what you my wise friends think or say about it. Have you noticed someone with such extreme habit to do something?

In prior to previous post I have shared how I have received a threatening email from google that my storage in google photos and email is full and I have two options first I should manage the storage by deleting videos and large files and cleaning email box or I should pay for additional storage. Most of my friends said it was fake email and I wanted to believe it I felt slightly uncertain too because I had never received such email before. Anyway in short by the grace of God my younger son who is in Karachi due to he studies in university promised to help me on Sunday. When he called first thing he did was to guide me how to share screen. And it make rest piece of cake . But one thing that my son noticed instantly that my google photos has been added with three Hollywood movies recently. When he told me that I was shocked because I would never do such a thing. Luckily during this youngest son passed by and asked what’s wrong, When his elder brother asked him if he had uploaded movies to the google photos. Youngest son replied no , “but yes I have insert my sim in mom’s phone ( since he has lost his phone lost in Islamabad he uses mine and I use my iPad) and uploaded them in my account. Younger son said that you uploaded them in mom’s account because it was her phone. I deleted those movies immediately and younger son asked me to check my storage once again. And yes I have got my storage back thankfully. But at heart I was bit embarrassed that I couldn’t noticed extra movies videos in my google photos. The fear of looking my account and photos particularly has panicked me and blurred senses couldn’t notice the videos right existing front of me. How scary is being panicked in delicate situations I realised later 😔

I am thankful to younger son who has always helped me with such difficult situations since his elder brother has left to abroad! He also made me WhatsApp on my iPad which lessoned my phone requirement. Hubby is waiting for some version of phone which is expected in two months probably. He will then buy youngest son his new phone hopefully!

Dear friends today sharing a video of ancient wisdom that reveals how God has given healing in our own hands. There are numerous various pressure points in our bodies that if press correctly can help one to heal from certain symptoms and aches within seconds. I have had felt heaviness and pain throughout my body always due to lack of essential vitamins about which I had no knowledge before. I learned and used a technique from this video in which I sat straight and hold my both hands like fist .then I took deep breaths for three minutes continuously. It worked wonderfully and after a while I felt very and peaceful! Though video is in Hindi but it has big subtitles. When she awoke was completely in the dark

Without any clue of light and spark

She didn’t know what was that place

And she didn’t know what she was

Could be a desert or could be a room

Loveliness , suffocating and gloom

All she could hear ,her own breath

But she did not know life or death

She was certain of that she is !

Though rest of everything was a mist

Wondering in awe and uncertainty

Maybe that’s it ,till eternity

She waited with urge to see

What she was and what could be

Then with the help of hurts and lack

Time created in the wall some cracks

Her first introduction to the light

She realized that she had a sight !

Nurtured by her curiosity to know

Her realization irresistibly grow

It took ages but she broke all walls

First everything looked pretty overall

Despite of the ups and downs

Worth wearing was life ‘s crown

This feeling gave her sense of liberation

Her tools were compassion and imagination

I am sorry if I am falling behind in my posts. As I said the current situation in my homeland had made everyone feel sad ! The videos and photos say that people who lost their homes , animals and belongings will suffer for long to reach the point where they can feel normal or settled again. These days I felt strong urge if there was some NGO in our city who would want to help victims,I would have been very happy to gather some help with others to send to them! But I don’t think if such a thing exists here. If one are two city has they operate school systems for primary classes only.There are other two reasons to delay my guests and a mental trauma I went through because of an email from google. My eldest sister in law (hubby’s sister) came to stay for two days and one night. She comes after some months so we had some nice light chat and I tried to serve her good meals. She was in her teens when she had been married to a village farmer. He was tough man to live with because of his very dominant attitude and quarrelsome nature. She was widowed one year back. But her test stays with her as she has a mentality disabled son. He is in mid twenties but depends on his mother for all physical care. I feel happy when she manages to take break and comes for one or two days. A little time to breathe and relax 🥹 Good thing is that she likes to watch old indian and Pakistani movies. And we have fifty inches tv which becomes a good source for her to enjoy 🤗 This makes me happy when look at her sitting leisurely without worrying about anything 🥰

She left today and I am writing this post after taking a twenty minute nap 😅

Second reason is horrible (for me at least) , I don’t know if I mentioned before that being a housewife I hardly keep check on my email. When I opened it few days back there was an email from google of August saying that “ your google photos and gmail account will be deleted in 11 days , manage your account and delete videos and photos or get more space by paying “ with thought of deleting videos and photos I felt terrible and ran to email box to delete extra unwanted content. But was shocked to see that despite google told me same thing I knew already my inbox page is not showing button of “select all” which made me feel miserable. Anyway I went to manage box shown in the email and deleted the videos 😭😭😭😭😭😢 worst part that today it was written again on my gmail page that 80% storage is full. I opened inbox and started to delete messages one by one 😞😥

Dear friends if you know what to do please share ! I forgot to take picture of the email I received sadly. I am unable to unsubscribe sites I have joined long long ago because they ask sign in and password which is another issue because I don’t remember the password I used long time ago ☹️

Hello Beautiful Hearts🥰

Hope beating with hope and faith despite all the ups and downs life brings !

I am little late for my weekly post sorry! It’s just situation caused by cruel weather conditions has made me feel low these days. Hundred and thousands of people have been shifted to shelters because their villages and towns are almost drowned. More rains have been predicted. All the rivers are overflowing and water is entering in area near by in miles unfortunately. Some parts of the cities are included as well . The floods have been declared worst in the history after 1954. Our river Indus is supposed to get maximum water on 6th September,around 9 to 10 lac cusec . We live 29km away from sukkur where Indus River passes by. We haven’t received any warning yet but there seems intensity in the environment. All we the people can do is wait and hope for things will not go to extreme 🙏☹️

I couldn’t think of anything better than beautiful pictures dear Sue shared last week. Actually I have thought that I will write about it on 7th of the October On Gabi’s birthday 🤗 but to lighten up the gravity of this post I am going to share it today.Hope you will enjoy 🥰

Gabi’s parents Sue and John and my son attended the screening party of the short film made by Gabi that has entered in few festivals. GabiGabriel Wood is working in film industry as script supervisor since she was eighteen. Sue told and my son Ahsan as well that it’s pretty tough and demanding job because She has to be very careful about the continuity of the project. Isn’t it quite inspiring 🤗🥰👍

Sue took shot when Ahsan was recording Gabi talking to a director on stage. I am already feeling feeling very much inspired by Sue and John and how wonderfully they carry their life . Gabi indeed inherited this amazing talent to grow and groom from her parents 😊👌♥️ I truly feel proud of her 🥹🥰♥️ she will be busy in creation of her new project in this month which is next season of Horrible Histories!
