For some people, traveling is expensive.  I say, they just haven’t discovered a way to go with their budget.  I have been traveling for years now and I travel with my own budget in mind – and not compromising luxury.

It’s just learning how to find affordable accommodations and flights to your preferred destination.  For example, I went to Singapore 3 days 2 nights with a Php 20,000 budget.  That included F1 tickets (at 6k), airline tickets and accommodations and food and everything else.  Of course, I had to let shopping aside – my goal was to watch the first F1 night race ever!  And I was proud to witness it.

Second, I went to Malaysia for 3 days 2 nights with a budget of P 10,000 only!  I got a really cheap flight (round trip at P650) Super cheap I know!  I event flew to Penang (another round trip ticket of P1000)!

It’s such a joy for me to be able to travel with my own means and traveling need not be expensive.

Some tools that I use to plan my travels are usually online.  I find affordable rooms at airbnb.com, I book my flights via AirPhil Express and I do my research especially with transportation in the country or place I’m going to.

And oh if you ask me of my dream destination?  I’d say Greece, Paris definitely, Machu Picchu, Maldives, Nepal or Tibet, (I want to reach the foot of mount Everest at least, Mt. Kinabalu, Brazil and Barcelona.  I have started my research on barcelona vacation rentals already since I think this will be my first target.  Check out the link and you will see how you can get comfortable luxury rooms at $42 a night only!  I am so excited!  Do check it out and plan your dream vacation now!
