The Director: Finance and Operations is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of Alliance India’s finance, human resources, IT and administrative systems and procedures for betterment of the organisation. S/he is a member of the senior management team and advises on financial strategy and policy. S/he leads the negotiation of funding agreements with donors, manage resource mobilisation efforts and ensures compliance related to contractual requirements. In addition, the Director: Finance and Operations is to act as the company secretary for Alliance India and ensure all legal and statutory compliances required for the organisation is met. As a senior management team member, the person will also support in developing and implementing technical support strategies designed to strengthen the financial and administrative functions of Alliance India’s partner organisations as well.
