This conversation was a day before our trip to Perak. I saw her wall on facebook mention about going back to her campus because of some problems need to be settled down. So, 5.00Am i already woke up (sleep only for 2 hours hahah!) then move to my aunt's house to pick up my cousin. Around 7.00am we start our trip to Perak.

arrive at UTP around 10.30am and I'm just waiting for my cousin to settle her things. It was like about 1 hour. After all those things settled, we move to the nearest restaurant for our lunch.

daniel fitri. Guess how old is he?

After some lunch, we plan to go to our cousin's place near simpang pulai but we didn't called her because I want to surprise her for our visit. But then, before heading to Simpang Pulai, we just pay a visit to Kellies Castle. I was thinking to enter this castle but then it was too hot and we just take photo outside the castle.

After a few photo shoot, we move to our cousin's place, kak dian. Fortunately, she was there at home!

Hana! My little niece :)

she has her own toy's camp

uzair!

Actually, i was fall asleep when this picture was taken since I'm too tired with only 2 hours of sleep and 4 hours of driving. Thank god I have my relative here in Perak. :D Then, around 6PM we move back home to Putrajaya.

On the way back, we found something weird on the road, hahah!

Why this driver put this notice at his car in the first place?

a girl try to get her shirt or dress (i think) from the dog haha!

Arrive safely at Putrajaya around 10.30PM. We stop by at Tapah RnR for Magrhib and Isya' prayer and some dinner. This was a random trip to me haha! Thanks to my cousin inviting me to follow her to UTP :)

It's her convo!

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Mon, 06 Dec 2010 03:26:00 +0000

yes! It's Eila's convocation day yesterday at UiTM Shah Alam!

Personally I would like to say congratulation to you for your very BIG DAY! With 4 years of challenging, problems and stories that you share with me, now you finally made it! Proud of you girl! And yeah, I bought her a flower. Hehehe, here is the flower that I gave to eila.

ade patung mr Bean kat situ. And among of the flowers, I like this one and bought this.

Arrive at UiTM around 4pm, found her family so I just wait for her together with her family. Then, when she finally went out from the hall, photo shoot time! Here is some pictures that I would like to share.

Then we having dinner together at Seksyen 7 (forgot the name of the restaurant). Thanks to Amirul and Ardy for belanja us all dinner :D Ok, last pose from eila....

bak kate ummi : patah je nnti heels tuh hahaha!

CONGRATS AGAIN!

Loose to win competition

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Thu, 02 Dec 2010 07:43:00 +0000

Hi guys! A month ago i was been invited by Lana to join the Loose to win contest by Herbalife but at that time, I refuse to join because of I have to go back to Kuching and don't have time to follow her and register on the weekend. But, when I met her in the class few days after (monday), she said that the registration are still open and I decide to join even I'm broke at that time. Haha! But after a month with some discipline on my eating attitude and take seriously on the products, I loose 6.7kg! Yes! 6.7kg! (I already use this product when I was in my 2nd year of MMU, 2008 but fail because of my attitude kekek).

Might be the spirit of by myself and supports by the Herbalife team, friends and my family, I successfully loose the kilos. Alhamdulillah and now I'm targeting more for December and also for the next few months till I meet my own ideal weight.

Insya Allah, with a few supports from you guys, I CAN LOOSE MORE :)

let's be HEALTHY!

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Tue, 17 Aug 2010 02:35:00 +0000

Hi guys! It's been a while since my last update of this blog. A bit busy with works and don't have time and idea what to update. My internship program will end insya Allah 3rd September and alhamdulillah, till now I'm happy to work here. A lot of things that I've learned not even the works, but the teamworks among us have build some good relationships. Love to work here after my graduation, insya Allah.

Currently my life a bit messed up and me myself need to re-arrange back. Need someone kot! haha~ Not into that kind of relationship yet. Lazy to think on that. Just want to pursue my dream to get my life more better than now.

Can't wait for Hari Raya! This year will be my mom's hometown to celebrate our hari raya. Can't wait to go back to Kelantan and this is our first time to go back by our own car! Yippi! No need to worry on renting price. Only fuel and tolls.

Ok, don't want to talk much since I just wanna update some things inside here. Will upload some pictures of my internship program later on when I got time to edit it.

Thanks so much to all who still support me. Appreciate it =)

.New Man Utd Home Kit 2010/2011.

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Wed, 14 Jul 2010 23:44:00 +0000

New home kir by Man Utd with new sponsor

New home kit unveiled

The new Manchester United home kit for the 2010/11 season combines elements of the club’s history with new age technology – as every shirt will be made entirely from recycled polyester, each created from up to eight plastic water bottles as part of Nike’s ‘Considered Design’ programme.

Red, white and black is in the DNA of Manchester United and Nike has captured the spirit of the club through this season’s home kit. The new shirt leans towards a classic look, inspired by the 1970s, and features a collar for the first time since Nike became the team’s official kit supplier in 2002. And the chevron design that featured last season is evident in the engineered mesh pattern on the back of the shirt, with the V-shape echoed in the shoulder print detail and in the socks.

Kit-wise, there are three options for the home games: red jersey, white shorts and black socks; red jersey, black shorts and white socks; or red jersey, white shorts and white socks depending on the opponents.
Aon, the new shirt sponsor, features on the front of the shirt, while inside the shirt on the back of the club crest is the club's mantra, 'Believe'. The message sits right next to the heart, revealing every United fan's 'Inner Pride', while the symbolic Red Devil sits on the sleeve of the shirt and the shorts to add the finishing touches to the kit.

Nike’s 'Considered Design' programme aims to create performance products that minimise environmental impact by reducing waste during the design and development process, use environmentally preferred materials, and eliminate toxins.

To make the kits, Nike uses discarded water bottles destined for landfill sites in Japan and Taiwan, where they can take up to 500 years to decompose. This saves precious raw materials and reduces energy consumption by up to 30 per cent compared to conventional fabrics.

The bottles are placed in a large washing machine to clean them and get rid of labels, before they are chopped into tiny flakes and melted down into a yarn that is ultimately spun to make the fabric for the jerseys.
Use of recycled polyester across its new range of club kits means Nike has saved nearly 13 million plastic water bottles, a total of around 254,000 kg of polyester waste – enough to cover more than 29 football pitches, and to stretch over 3,000 kilometres if laid out end-to-end. The process is used for all shirts, whether worn by the players or available to fans.

"As we look at how we design and develop products and run our global business, it’s not enough to be solving the challenges of today," said Nike spokesman Charlie Brooks.
"We are designing for the sustainable economy of tomorrow, and for us that means using fewer resources, more sustainable materials and renewable energy to produce new products. We’re proud to be a partner of Manchester United and to help them achieve their environmental goals."
Considering the environment doesn’t mean sacrificing the renowned high performance of Nike’s kits, and the new Manchester United home kit has been engineered to give players a greater competitive advantage than ever before, keeping players drier and more comfortable, allowing them to maintain their optimum body temperature and perform at their peak on the pitch.

The improved Nike 'Dri-Fit' fabric, now 13 per cent lighter than previous kits, helps to quickly evaporate moisture by drawing through the fabric to the surface and to keep players dry.
Innovative ventilation zones are placed along each side of the jersey to enhance breathability, by up to 7 per cent compared to previous kits, and allow air to pass across the whole torso. These zones have up to 200 tiny laser-cut holes, backed by Nike’s innovative halo application which prevents ripping without reducing air flow. An additional ventilation zone is placed below the waistband on the shorts at the base of the spine.
The jersey’s new double-knit structure gives it a sleeker appearance, while offering 10 per cent more stretch, and also boasts a new dynamic fit, cut to follow the natural contours of the body while allowing for maximum airflow and movement.

Reds winger Nani said: "I think it looks really good and it feels nice. It’s always a nice moment for the players and the fans when you first see the new kit and it’s like a new motivation for us at the start of the season."
The 2010/11 home shirt is available now at store.manutd.com.
If you are based in the USA, you can order your 2010/11 kit here.
