Our Condo is For Sale at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina!
Resort prices along the South Carolina coast have been on a downward sprial for several years. Now, they have bottomed out. NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY.

We have owned this condo for 14 years. It has been a great place for our get-a-way visits and we have had really good success with rentals. Now, we have moved on to Surfside Beach, so, we now we are ready to sell our Hilton Head Island condo.

Our one bedroom condo is located at the oceanfront Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area and two stacked bunks in the hallway. The room can sleep six. The HVAC and water heater have both been replaced in the past year. The condo has a kitchenette and is fully furnished. The balcony has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our asking price is $117,900. It's a GREAT DEAL!

Good Food at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort

A few nice upgrades have recently occured at the resort where our condo is located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. To name a few: Jamaica Joe'Z Beach Bar by the large oceanfront pool at the resort has a great menu with very reasonable prices. We were at our condo about a month ago and enjoyed sitting at the beach bar deck enjoying an awesome burger/fries combination! I thought a mistake had been made when I got back as much change as I did! Enjoy the sounds of Margaritaville music playing in the background. And from Thursday through Sunday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, enjoy a wide variety of entertainment at the pool bar deck!

Secondly, for you Shrimp and Oyster fans, the resort has a Shrimp and Oyster Shanty. And, for all guests that just arrive without those needed staple items, there is a full line of staples located at the Island Trader'Z General Store.
