The rose is depicted at a stage where the blossom is partially opened, showcasing some interior petal layers as well as the outer petals curving outward. The rose's stem and several green leaves are visible embodying the flower's delicate nature. The coloration suggests light playing across the petals at the edges, giving the flower a vibrant and somewhat velvety texture. Just got around to posting. I loved being outside and painting. Too long without this in my life. WE will do this again. My other favorite subject is painting the bayou. That park in Louisiana was wonderful and we took tons of photos. This is a real houseboat they have on the river and they spend lots of time there. I am glad I got the opportunity to paint this for them.</p></div></div>
