We met the man that lived there and he is going to build a a new house. The paper is 300lb and it is signed and ready to be matted and framed. The magnolia I used was turning brown. I decided to use that color and paint the flower. I used a limited palette of Black and White with touches of Red in the mixture. The painting was fun and hard to do. It measures 16"x12 and with the frame it measures 15"x19". This is what you call a value painting and a limited palette.</span></p></div>
