A single thought can make me happy or sad. Imagine the influence that one single innocent thought can have upon our lives. Phenomenal, isn’t it!

Having a certain thought can make me happy. Having a certain thought can make me sad.

I can decide the thought that I want to have.

Anytime. Anyplace. In any situation.

The ways I think, shapes my moods in an impactful way. All day long. All night long.

So, I encourage thoughts that uplift me. I collaborate with people that uplift me, too.

Remember this. Whatever I put my attention on will grow stronger & stronger. And. Whatever I take my attention off will grow weaker & weaker. Finally, disappearing and dissipating into thin air.

That’s just how the thought processing system works. Faithfully!

I can count on it.

I can count on myself. To encourage happy thoughts. OR To encourage sad thoughts.

I choose my thoughts carefully.

I choose my friends carefully.

Difficult experiences help us grow the most

All we have is the experience of now. I use it in my way. You use it in your way. Both are equally valuable. I look within to find the self-awareness in it. Allowing myself to seek the intrinsic quality hidden in each experience. Not in a stressful way, but in a light hearted way.

Nothing is a wasted experience. Each one is precious. Especially, the ones that are the hardest and most challenging. They are incredibly valuable. And turn out to be the most beautiful lessons that we grow from like none other.

Accepting the difficult experience makes life so much more meaningful.
