The “Business Vector” Partnership allows to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to get capital for their own initiatives, using a new way in comparison to the traditionally used methods.

The Partnership can be used to solve business financial problems of various nature, some examples follow:

□ Start Up
□ Expansion
□ University Spin Off
□ Business indebtedness reduction
□ Bankruptcy rescue

Conditions to enter:

□ Being an entrepreneur or an aspiring entrepreneur
□ Disposing of an initial sum not inferior Euro 5.000,00
□ Existence of an initiative to be financed
□ Good knowledge of the Exchange’s mechanisms

Application:

□ attesting the applicant is qualifying as entrepreneur
□ expressing the intent to start a Partnership
□ annexing a Business Plan or an Executive Summary that describe the activity to finance and the
needed sums

No advances or deposits of any kind will be asked.

Work Shops:

In order to acknowledge the Partnership rules, it is also possible to apply for Work Shops on purpose periodically organized in Rome (Italy).
