Yesterday, Sunday August 22, 2010, the Chicago Cubs lost in heartbreaking fashion. The Atlanta Braves dealt them a 15-1 DESTRUCTION, but that's not what I meant. The Cubs lost the game but the entire league loast something even more. Yesterday, was Lou Piniella's last game as a Major League manager.

I hopped on the 215 North and enjoyed the drive.

Tonight, Manny Ramirez makes his first rehab assignment with the club on his latest return from the Dodgers, D/L. The Lake Elsinore Storm are in town, the Cal League affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
