Spread the mixture into foil lined 8 inch square pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares.&lt;br /&gt;

Topping&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cup of oat bran&lt;br /&gt;
2/3 cup of unbleached flour&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup of sugar &lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powde&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup of nonfat buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 quart of nonfat vanilla ice cream&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coat a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the filling ingredients in a medium sized bowl, and set aside for 15 minutes to allow juices to develop. Then stir gently to mix well, and transfer to the prepared dish.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Combine all of the topping ingredients except for the buttermilk in a medium sized bowl, and stir to mix well. Ad the buttermilk, and stir jus until the dry ingredients are moistened. drop heaping tablespoonsfuls of the batter onto the blueberry mixture to make 8 biscuits.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bake at 375F. for about 45 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the toppings is golden brown. If the topping starts to brown too quickly, cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil during the last 10 minutes o baking. Remove the cobbler from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm, topping each serving with a scoop&amp;nbsp; of the non fat ice cream. 8 servings&lt;br /&gt;

Add soda to sour cream and raisins. Sift together flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add vanilla. Put in greased steamer pan and steam 30 minutes covered. DO NOT PEEK. This can be done in a crock pot by using a bread pan, cake pan or Crisco can or coffee can. Grease well. Cover with paper towels. Place lid on top. Bake on high for 2 1/2 hours. 1 cup of butter, softened&lt;br /&gt;
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat oven to 350F.&lt;br /&gt;
Use a food processor or nut grinder to grind the almonds into small pieces. They should not be a powder.&lt;br /&gt;
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and almonds in a medium mixing bowl. Add the softened butter and vanilla. Stir&amp;nbsp; until the ingredients are well blended.&lt;br /&gt;
Makes 24 balls about the size of golf balls and place on cookie sheets.&lt;br /&gt;
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned. 1/2 cup of wheat germ&lt;br /&gt;
Coconut&lt;br /&gt;
Red and Green food color&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped pecans&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, oats, dried fruit and wheat gem; mix well with wooden spoon until well combined.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in plain coconut or coconut tinted with red or green food color or chopped peanuts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To store: Arrange in layers in a plastic refrigerator container or a tin with a tight fitting lid, with waxed paper between layers. Store in refrigerator; do not free. Makes 46 balls&lt;br /&gt;

4 cups of finely chopped peeled peaches or one 16 ounce package of frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed and finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup of chopped pecans, chopped&lt;br /&gt;
Peach slices, optional&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In a very large mixing bowl combine half and half or light cream, sugar, and vanilla. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Stir in whipping cream. Stir in finely chopped peaches and toasted pecans.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Freeze in 4 or 5 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer&#39;s directions. If desired, garnish with peach slices. Makes 16 servings&lt;br /&gt;

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in fruit; cool. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Stir together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in fruit mixture; mix well. Fold in nuts. Spoon into paper-lined miniature muffin tins, filling almost to the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 22 to 24 minutes or until cakes test done. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight containers. Yield: about 6 dozen.&lt;br /&gt;
