Please be advised,

On my recent visit to the service department Blu Douthit took charge of my request for the front bumper to possibly be replaced under factory warranty. He called me and stated that the bumper was being replaced under warranty and with one in stock my Jeep would be ready that same afternoon. I believe that Blu is an ASSET to Battison Motors. Having worked with him in the past as a fellow employee I understand that this is not a one time event rather just the way he does business. What ever you do keep him as your service manager at least as long as I am a customer of Battison Motors. I would like to take the opportunity to also Compliment Mike Pichone, as he not only was a good co-worker of mine in the past but as your sales manager. Mike treated me as though I was the most important customer he had at the time of my purchase and not just someone whom he had worked with in the past. I will always choose Battison Motors to make my domestic automobile purchases from as long as you keep managers like these.

Consistantly friendly, professional service
I have been a customer of Battison Chevrolet since 2005. I have consistantly received friendly, courteous, professional and caring service from the staff, especially the service dept. mgrs., parts staff, and mechanics. I appreciate being able to talk to the mechanics to better understand what is going on with my vehicle(s) when in for service.
