Finding deals on Bridesmaid dresses and gifts

2012-07-30T14:27:00.002-07:00

For our wedding, we wanted to give our bridesmaids beautiful designer dresses. However, they were so expensive! That is, until we found the website ideeli.

Advantages:
-designer clothes for a fraction of the price. We bought the girls gorgeous dresses and shoes on this site. Not buying the dresses for your bridesmaids? Tell them to sign up for the website, and refer the other bridesmaids. Referral is $25, to be used on purchases!

-also great for gifts

-look out for sale dates. They can be 70% off the MRSVP!

-they even have designer wedding dresses for sale sometimes at 80-90% off!
-We missed their travel deal for the honeymoon. It's rare, but they have those as well.
-if you buy all your items in one day, free shipping after the first item.

Disadvantages:
- you have to check the site regularly to find good deals (i.e. inconsistent stock).
- expensive shipping (about $9)
-when you attempt to call them, customer service is non-existent
-stock items may run out quickly

Cheers to happy planning!

Trudy Bridal's 70% off sample gowns sale

One of the most outrageously expensive aspects of the wedding, other than the photographer, is the wedding gown. Look for sample sales! I visited Trudy's to look for accessories. They were nice and had a huge selection.

You can also look on Ebay for deals.

Cheers!

White Bling Ring Pillow

2012-07-27T11:36:00.004-07:00

This was $21.99 Why pay full price for something you'll only use once? Save the environment. Rent the ring pillow for $5 for one weekend. Pick up 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Return 1 week after wedding. The reason why we're allowing you to pick up the pillow early is because we understand that some ring bearers are young and need practice prior to the wedding! (wouldn't want him to throw the pillows at guests!)

Cheers & Happy Planning!

Vintage Table Numbers-17 frames for $10

2012-07-10T11:50:00.005-07:00

sample of how table setting looks with picture frame (frame is not ours or for rent). See below for rentals

We wanted a vintage feel at our wedding. To accomplish this, we used frames as table numbers. As you can see, not all the frames matched. This gave our reception a whimsical feel.

There are 17 table numbers (#1-17). The blank ones are not for rent, unless you request them. It cost us over $70 to make all these.

Why rent?
1. Save money: $10 for one weekend rental for all 17 frames.
Discount: $5 for all 17 table numbers if you combine rental with any of our other items (e.g. glasses)

2. Save time!

3. Save storage! You don't have to store them after the wedding. Just return them to us!

Who We Are

2012-07-01T23:54:00.000-07:00

We had parties for 150 people and wanted to rent supplies. We looked around and found that rental prices were not as cheap as they should be. Therefore, we thought of buying supplies for our party then renting them out after.

Our Mission: Rent high quality party supplies for your needs at unbeatable prices

We believe in:
1. Reducing wastes-recycle, reuse, save the environment. Imagine how many trees are saved if we reuse lanterns instead of buying new ones.
2. Helping party planners in getting what they need to throw a fabulous party for a fraction of the price.
3. Helping Student brides-we understand how tough it is for students to plan a wedding (no money or time after school). If you're a student, let us know and we'll give you a 20% discount :).

We hope you have a great time planning for your party, whether it is a birthday, wedding or graduation. We hope to be able to help you with elegant party supplies.

Happy Planning!
