Thank you for your question. If you have an old backup file that contains these calls then you can restore the Phone Call Logs database using the selective restore options in the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. Have a look at this article which will show you how to do a selective restore. http://bbry.lv/LAi4cT

Hope this helps. Have a good day.

Re: How to back up your BlackBerry PlayBook — and why I’m glad I do! «Inside BlackBerry Help Blog

It was some good information that you posted. :)

Re: How to use BlackBerry Parental Controls for security and peace of mind «Inside BlackBerry Help Blog

Hello Galewaters,

Sorry to hear about your issues. When you get these new devices are you restoring an old backup file? If you are then you may have a corrupt backup file which would cause the issue to reappear on each device. I would suggest doing a software reload and then test before restoring any data.

Have a look at this article which will walk you through doing a backup and a reload of your software: http://bbry.lv/cKy9A0

Thank you for your question. The Slideshow To Go® icon will no
longer appear on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet. You can still open Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations but you will not have the ability to
edit the presentation.

You will need to reload the BlackBerry® device software to bring back voice commands. Follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB1132...
