If you have an old backup file that contains these calls then you can restore the Phone Call Logs database using the selective restore options in the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. Hello Galewaters,

Sorry to hear about your issues. When you get these new devices are you restoring an old backup file? If you are then you may have a corrupt backup file which would cause the issue to reappear on each device. I would suggest doing a software reload and then test before restoring any data.

I want to look back at the people I have called or recieved calls from but I had deleted some of those. I wanted to see if I can retrieve those or are they deleted for good?

Thank you for your question. The Slideshow To Go® icon will no
longer appear on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet. You can still open Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations but you will not have the ability to
edit the presentation.

My daughter has been having a problem with her blackberry curve 8520 since she changed the housing.the loading bar completes and goes on to show the orange network sign but does nothing after this and continues to show the orange sign. Have tried a hard and soft reboot as recommended.is there anything else I could do? Would appreciate any advice x

I would have been great. Unfortunately the Playbook constantly fail trying to back up my 64GB tablet, so havent been able to make a backup since January.... making it slower and slower

You can not create a group on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet and Groups do not get synced over by BlackBerry® Bridge™, so you will not be able to send an email to a group.
