After snorkeling on the reef off Monkey Beach some of us swam to the shore. There were no monkeys there when we arrived, but soon they were slithering out of the trees. It turned nasty when they worked out we had no food, and the literally chased us back into the water!!
I took this with a long zoom from the safety of the cruise boat...

On Thursday I woke up in Indo, spent the day in Malaysia, and went to bed in Thailand.. so when I woke up on Friday you can understand why I did not move from this beach all day!! This is Cape Panwa... we are staying at the Cape Hotel for a couple of days... as you can see it is very nice here. We spent the morning in the little pool you can see behind the trees... I dont think many people knew about it as we had it all to ourselves..
