The creator of this piece says: Pure copper findings and swarovski crystals in shades of blue. I made this with the London underground in mind, the copper tubing was for the tunnels, the rings for the tracks and the crystals to symbolise the lighting. It has two chains at the back with crystals that dangle down over the shoulders.

Chocolate & Gold Wrap Bracelet

The creator of this piece says: Whilst on holiday this year I found a shop which sold a lot of wrap bracelets. I thought they were lovely but quite expensive so decided to attempt to make one when I got home. To make the bracelet I have used 4mm gold glass beads, brown leather cord, 1 button and fireline to thread the beads. I found the trickiest part to making this bracelet was attaching new thread.

For anyone attempting to make these bracelets my number one tip would be, make sure if you use leather cord that fits through the button you have chosen. Especially if the button is the inspiration for the piece.

The creator of this piece says: I have been making lampwork beads for a while and decided that this flower focal would look good with pearls. I used sterling silver findings and a hill tribe silver heart, just to add a bit more romance to it. It suited a double strand bracelet, due to the size of the bead.

The creator of this piece says: My love for all things royal and majestic is never ending. When I receive a handmade pendant, something just runs through me and the feeling is heightened even more when I find the complimenting beads to uplift the pendant.

The Krishna necklace is constructed on softflex wire for flexibility. I wanted something that would add texture to this piece but not take away from the brass encased carnelian pendant. Pandora style Swarovski crystal beads set off the turquoise rondels and faceted jade rondels. The gold spheres lay nicely upon the collarbone of the wearer as a focal point and overall enhancement of this piece.

A White Dream

The creator of this piece says: I used pearls in diferent sizes, fish scales, mother of pearl, antique beads, and antique swade leaves. I embroidered all of this onto an antique piece of material.

In the back I used a fine piece of bronze in the same shape, covered by grey velvet, and used some memory wire inside to help keep the shape.

Nuts & Berries Acai Berry And Coconut Earrings

The creator of this piece says: I love bold jewelry, not necessarily the big diamond bold jewelry, but more so stones and off beat beads. I took a more eco friendly and modern route with these earrings. The Nuts & Berries earrings took about an 1 1/2 hours to make to ensure the smoothness of the steel wire to hold the acai berries to the coconut rings. One by one, I positioned the 8mm acai berry onto the coconut rings and wove the steel wire through each bead onto the top of the coconut rings.

I firmly wrapped the wire around to ensure the position of the berries. I finished off the piece with a coconut ring in the middle of each ring and silver earring hooks. The end result is a modern but lovely eco chic pair of earrings. Very stylish.

Seahorse Necklace

The creator of this piece says: I made this Seahorse necklace for a contest in the Netherlands with a Fantasty theme.

Its partly beaded on stiff stuff, with ultra-suede on the back. I used a lot of miuyki rocailles in different sizes, vintage brass flowers and freshwaterpearls. On the left side are the waves of the water, the right side are the water bubbles. The bubbles are made in herringbone stiches. After putting everything together, I finished the necklace with spiral rope.

The creator of this piece says: This piece is a handmade enameled necklace I created to represent the flowers I see everyday in my life. I love walking to work and seeing all the blossoms so I thought why not put them onto a necklace to see. I cut each and every flower out of copper, fused glass of varying colors, and cut jump rings for a chain. I am happy that I could capture the colors of the flowers I see and the beauty to show the world and other artists.

World Tour Mosaic Turquoise Necklace

The creator of this piece says: This necklace was inspired by a piece I saw of someone whose work I admire. I wanted to see if I could render something like it but in my own style. I love the boldness of the 20mm round mosaic turquoise beads and the contrast that the antiqued brass leaf motif beads caps provided against them. It was fun to string this necklace with these components and add fluidity to this piece with the 3mm antique beads as the spacer.

The only thing I needed to add to this piece to set it off as either a necklace to wear to the front, back or side was a very large 40mm leaf clasp and two corrugated brass beads to highlight the clasp and provide an interesting texture to a necklace that already has textural and cultural beauty.

The creator of this piece says: I used a variety of ceramic beads, ornate brass spacer beads and toggle clasp. They were strung on strong bead wire to hold the weight. I found the beads in 3 different bead stores over the course of several months. I was inspired by the painting "Irises" by Van Gogh that I had the great pleasure of seeing at the Getty Museum in California.

Collage Pendant With White Crystal Agate Druzy

The creator of this piece says: I started out with the fabulous crystal agate druzy. To get together an interesting mix of complimenting gemstones, I chose different shapes, sizes, colors and textures of Prehnite, amethyst, garnet, apatite, citrine and peridot.

The 'backplate' is a round shaped grid which offers options to fix the gemstones anywhere you like and is also solid enough to keep the shape.

I attached all gemstones with 26 gauge solid brass wire, making sure that the wire is always pulled tightly and wrapped around the grid a couple of times between gemstones/gemstone groups.

For a bail I just added 2 larger, 18g jumprings. My chain suggestion is a 3.2mm solid brass ball chain. I wouldn't choose anything much thinner to keep the proportions as well as to support the weight of the pendant.

Turquoise And Orange Chunky Boho Donut Necklace

The creator of this piece says: For this necklace I wanted to do something in a more contemporary "boho chic" style with bright colors, so I combined an orange aventurine donut with turquoise blue Czech picasso beads and a pair of tumbled aventurine nuggets. To add to the chunky look and feel I used a heavy chain with large links. All of the metal components are made of oxidized brass.

The creator of this piece says: For this necklace I started with a serpentine (new jade) cabochon and put it under a large antique brass hoop. I used a piece of oxidized brass filigree as backing to hold it in place. For accent beads I used a few smaller matching serpentine jade beads and some flat oval beads made of frosted glass, along with brass beadcaps and brass chain.

Amazonite Necklace With Smoky Quartz And Pearls

The creator of this piece says: This piece is made with antique brass, amazonite, smoky quartz and pearls. Blue and brown make a nice color combo, and amazonite and smoky quartz are two of my favorite gemstones, so I figured the two stones would look great in a necklace with a little bit of white thrown in somewhere.

I took a 40mm amazonite donut and wrapped it in several pieces of oxidized brass filigree and attached two dangles made from some smoky quartz nuggets and white pearls.

I then completed the necklace with a matching beaded chain made with flat amazonite ovals, more smoky quartz nuggets and brass beadcaps.

The creator of this piece says: Purple is one of my husband's favorite colors and animal print is one my weaknesses. So accidentally dropping a dyed hammer-shell bead next to a piece of purple leather in my workroom made me think the two were meant to marry!

I accented zebra print shells, mother-of-pearl nugget shells and hand-cut leather with multi-shaped black glass beads hung around link hammered chain.

Frozen Summer

The creator of this piece says: This is the first time I've worked with sterling silver. I designed a pendant, and while I was working, more ideas came to mind. I had no idea that you needed so many different techniques and materials in working with silver, but I loved it. The stone inside is a blue Goldstone, lovely. It looks a bit like a sunflower with the tiny leaves.

The combination with the silver gave me the idea of the name of the necklace, because that year in the Netherlands the summer was really bad, cold and wet.

The creator of this piece says: A beautiful goddess in pinks and copper. I embroidered her with copper iris colored glass beads, with bits and pieces from other jewelry parts for her crown which has a fabric pink flower rosette and mother of pearl. Inside is black felt and back is black leather. The same coordinating beads around the edges.

Pink pearl crown top. Fringe is copper clapper bells, copper lined glass beads, pink crystal bicones, pink quartz hearts. Necklace is fabulous pink yarn on jute with an equisite copper silky ribbon twisted and sewn on necklace with many beads. Very beautiful and she is one of a kind custom design. About 26" long and 12 hours work involved.

Love At First Sight Wrap Bracelet

The creator of this piece says: This fun beaded bracelet was created with 4mm sparkly brown and, just a touch of, hot pink crystal fire polished beads. Its "wrapped" effect was created by threading the beads with 10 meters of size 2 cotton cord onto soft 1.5mm brown leather cord. I made the catch for the clasp by knotting the ends of the leather, and created the stamped heart button for the catch out of copper metal clay to add a personalized element.

Rattlesnake Choker

The creator of this piece says: I've been working a lot with a weave pattern involving three strands of beads...I wanted the challenge of creating a five strand necklace and I thought it worked well as a choker. When I finished it, my little son looked at it and said it looked like a rattlesnake...I thought he described it quite well.

It measures 17 inches and combines small picture jasper rounds, small brown glass rounds, and small glass pearls.

Orange Elegance Necklace

The creator of this piece says: This jasper pendant was so beautiful that I wanted to use it in a necklace that would frame it well. The bright orange and dark orange metal beads woven in with the smaller copper ones created exactly the effect I was looking for--bright, vibrant, and pretty. It measures 18 inches and combines glass orange rounds, tiny copper rounds, and orange Swarovski crystals to create a single strand woven necklace. The pendant is a 2 1/2 inch stone of jasper with bands of yellow and orange. It fastens in the back with a lobster clasp and 1-2 inch extender to allow for a bit of adjustment in its length.

Autumn Flower Necklace

The creator of this piece says: This necklace combines the colours of brass, cream and amethyst. For the chainmail part I used 8mm rings, putting some 6/0 seedbeads on them before closing them.

On the bottom of the focal I worked with the seam measure rings. For the connection with the chain I kettled some Swarovski and other beads between the rings and the chain.

The creator of this piece says: This necklace is made using high polished silver chain and rubber coated satin red beads that I wire wrapped using silver hypo wire. I used silver jump rings to secure the beads onto the chain. I used a sivertone toggle clap as the closure for the necklace. The silver and red satin colored beads warms up the cool silver color of the chain and jump rings. The necklace is very light weight and the beads weigh nothing so it wears easily. These colors are powerful and beautiful togther.
