We are pleased to announce the Pittsburgh RV Show in January was a great success! We got to meet so many wonderful people interested Bear Ridge. This year we will continue to add so many fun activities, crafts and social events to our calendar. Please check out our event calendar on our website. We also want to welcome back all the Marcellus Shale Employees that stayed in our campground last season. We are pleased to host all the Marcellus Shale employees when they are in town. Come and join Bear Ridge for a family fun-filled Labor Day weekend beginning on Friday night with our Big Screen Outdoor "Movie Under the Stars". Saturday, we will have a Kid's Scavenger Hunt beginning at 2:00 followed by a BINGO PARTY in the main lodge. At 5:00 the Bear Ridge Express Choo-Choo Train" leaves the station for a fun-filled kid's train ride. Saturday night everyone will be dancing and parting with DJ music in our Main Lodge Pavillion. Sunday, we gather at the lake to "Catch The BIG One" in the Bear Ridge Fishing Tournament. On Sunday afternoon, come the the RACES in the lodge pavillion and watch the kids race their favorite MINNOW! Come and camp at Bear Ridge for a weekend filled with memories!

The kids with love the "Bear Ridge Express" our campground choo-choo train. The Bear Ridge Express runs every weekend! After the train ride, the kids can enjoy cooling down on our "Water Slide". Everyone, including the teens enjoy dancing to their favorite DJ tunes during all of the holiday weekends. The camping experience would not be complete without a fishing pole. Our springfed fishing lake is stocked with bass, trout and catfish. Come on and try you luck!

The Bear Ridge Campground has recently added two brand new lakeview cabins nestled under beautiful oak trees. The cabins are equipped with both queen-size and single beds with room for four campers. The cabin sites are furnished with electric and water and located close to our full service bathhouse.
