When you draft a Top 20 WR, you are drafting a player you expect to player every week. No matter the matchup, that player will be in your lineup and you will depend on him to reach double digit points in standard leagues every week. For those in PPR leagues, double digit points better be guaranteed or we are going to fight someone.

For the Sheep, they are once again putting their eggs in the wrong basket taking Garrett Wilson as the #16 WR in Fantasy Football. Anyone suggesting to draft a Jet with confidence, should have their license removed as a certified Fantasy Football Expert. The only good thing about owning Jets players is they will be trailing from behind, so that means there is a possibility of some easy garbage time. As far as real production in a real game, depending on Geno Smith to bring you joy on a Fantasy Football Sunday is the fastest way to kill that joy.

Geno Smith is done, he is washed, his best days are far behind him. Today’s Geno Smith is not a NFL QB and the Jets as a Franchise will fail instantly because of that. Does not matter who this team has, even Breece Hall takes a huge step back because Geno Smith is his QB. Last year I wrote an article on Ashton Jeanty being a BUST, one of the main reasons Jeanty was such an easy BUST candidate was because Geno Smith was his QB.

Last season the Jets got Justin Fields as their QB, I instantly wrote an article calling Fields the BUST of the Year at QB. Nobody in BEAST DOME touched Justin Fields, which means they did not touch Garrett Wilson. This year I am calling for the same behavior from Geno Smith, obviously Geno cannot be BUST of the Year because he is not ranked as a QB1 like Justin Fields was last season. In fact, nobody expects Geno Smith to do well, which baffles me how all these Sheep Experts can expect Garrett Wilson to put up Top 20 WR numbers.

This is how your Sunday will go with Garrett Wilson on your team. 1st Quarter, 1 reception for 8 yards. 2nd Quarter, 3 receptions for 22 yards total. 3rd Quarter, Jets fall further behind now GW is at 4 Receptions for 31 Yards. Then 4th Quarter you have to prey the Jets give the garbage time targets to GW and not their developing play makers. 6 Receptions for 58 Yards, only an occasional TD.

2026 FINAL NUMBERS: 102 Receptions. 986 Yards. 5 TD

While those numbers look respectable, they will be painful, slow, and not enough as that is 5 Points in Standard leagues each week, and barely double digits in PPR leagues. The #16 WR should be at 80 Yards every week with the pretty frequent TD, not whatever this Geno Smith garbage is.

Jordyn Tyson was the #8 Pick for the Saints, you know they were an early pick if they have a Topps Now card. I personally think Topps Nows is a scam, you can just go on the Topps website and order the card. No lucky pack magic pulling it out of thin air, just clicking a card and saying buy now.

The Saints offense started to click at the end of last season, with their first round pick they drafted a big body WR Jordyn Tyson. Instantly, Tyson has what it takes to be a WR2 in the NFL. Vele is probably better if we want to be 100% honest, but Tyson will see the field a lot with Chris Olave manning the #1 WR spot, knowing the Saints they will give their 1st Rookie the WR2 spot. Tyson reminds of George Pickens a bit, but that is probably over exaggerated. Tyson is big and strong and even has good moves in the open field. He made College defenders look like they were in HS, always wide open.

There is no doubt the Saints have a talent at the WR position with Tyson, but there is a doubt Tyson is going to make a fantasy impact this season on a consistent basis. I do like the player, and he could do well with ‘Shough Time’ as his QB, but I am just not in love with the potential target share. Seems like a duplicate of the same player as Vele, and Shough was starting to gain some chemistry with Vele.

2026 Prediction: 68 Catches, 867 Yards, 6 TD

That is 4 catches 51 yards a game with the occasional TD.

Tyson looks like he will be on many Fantasy starting lineups in his career, could even be this season if injuries occur. However as it stands, Tyson is more a WR3/4 on a Fantasy roster as we head into the season. Cannot forget that Jujuwan Johnson should be more targeted than Tyson/Vele. If the price is a gimme, Tyson could make a good depth pick.

The Cleveland Browns had an interesting strategy to their draft. A startegy I can only remember the Detriot Lions doing when they drafted Roy Williams and Charles Rogers with their top two picks. The Browns did the same with Concepion at the end of Round 1, and Denzel Boston in Round 2.

Like I said in the Lemon article, every WR we talk about in this Rookie bootcamp is better than him, and both of these WRs went after Lemon. Concepion has good size and is dangerous in the open field with his moves, he can definitely make noise after the catch, I give him a larger compliment below but for this sentence I am going to say Calvin Ridley. Denzel Boston reminds me of Mack Hollins, but he can run more than just go routes.

Together that is two strong WRs then you throw in Jerry Jeudy. Right now it is an open competition at QB between Watson and Sanders.

The talent is there for both players, Boston is the real deal and if he was not starting the season as the likely WR3 for the Browns, his career could have jumped off the page. Concepion kind of has an Antonio Brown swagger to him, before the CTE. The only problem is, when was the last time the Browns offense has been able to support 3 WRs when we include Jerry Jeudy. Notice how it is not a question mark because you already know the answer. Never. The talent is there, the opportunity is barely there, but then again we have to remember, it is the Browns.

It is rare that there are only two Rookie RBs that will be relevant to Fantasy Football this season. However in 2026 we have two really good ones. After I saw tape on Jeremiyah Love, it made sense why he was such a highly touted RB I can see the upside without a doubt. When I look through the NFL Draft and see the last pick of the 1st Round in Jadarian Price, I see a star, maybe just as talented as Jeremiyah Love when it comes to physical running.

The Seahawks will not have Zach Charbonnet for at least half of the season, (pretty sure confirmed fact at this point) and realistically it is very hard to be top notch when everybody is in mid-season form. The Seahawks brought in Emanuel Wilson who stole way too much production from Josh Jacobs last season. Wilson is solid, but he is not GREAT. Jadarian Price, he has the chance to be something very special. He has some Jamal Anderson in him, and this a name I do not use often.

Jamal Anderson was a truck running through the lanes. Powerful stiff arm, vicious cut back, can bounce off the tackles. All those things Jamal Anderson can do, Jadarian Prince can do them as well. Look for the Seahawks to ride the talent. Emmanuel Wilson is in the same role he was with when he paired behind Josh Jacobs. Jacobs was better, but Wilson still found ways to steal full drives here and there, and once he showed some success that gave him more and more drives.

While the Seahawks will miss Kenneth Walker, they certainly will be excited for their Rookie RB. Consider this a gift reading this article, he is a freebie and should have a very strong season. We finally have our first BEAST of the series. I am not even close to starting the Rankings, let alone the Draft Strategy. However if the Price is right for Jadarian, he will likely find himself on the Draft Guide.

Makai Lemon wishes he was Amon Ra St. Brown. Lemon wishes he was prime Cooper Kupp. Lemon is the Temu version of both of these players. He is not very fast, he is not that shifty in the slot. He essentially was thrown into that role at USC, and looked good in the role, not superstar, just good. The problem is, USC is not the NFL, he is not going to be open, he is not going to get quick throws. Lemon is going to be covered instantly, and he is not fast enough or strong enough to get open.

With the Eagles getting rid of AJ Brown, people think that means Lemon is going to have a big season. No way, if anything it just means Lemon is going to do far worse. Defenses do not need to send safety help towards AJ’s side anymore. Jalen Hurts will not have the patience to watch Lemon run in quick sand while his defender is more open than Lemon is. The Eagles really messed up with this pick. Every single WR we will cover in the Rookie Bootcamp would have been a better pick than Makai Lemon.

To make matters worst for Lemon with his time on the Eagles. Hollywood Brown and Dontayvion Wicks are far better WRs than Lemon will ever be in his career. Would not be surprised to see Lemon put up Waiver Wire numbers and not be close to any Fantasy Football roster. The snap count will be way too low.

2026 Projection: 51 receptions, 442 yards, 3 TDs.

That is what 3 catches for 26 Yards looks like averaged over a Full season with the rare TD.

*Last note, after writing this article I then searched the Rookie Card of Lemon and found that. What a douche, guy really thinks he’s all that and a bag of potato chips. He is not fast at all in the slot, Wes Welker last year in Denver is better than Lemon now. That is an insult to Welker, Danny Amendola is better than Lemon.

J-E-T-S. SUCK SUCK SUCK. Omar Cooper Jr. and Kenyon Sadiq will try to stop the noise. It seems like the Jets have not been good at Football since Vinny Testaverde was handing the ball off to Curtis Martin. While of course there was the Fitz Magic year and you cannot forget Brandon Marshall. The Jets just have not been winning Football games and seemed plagued to continue the trend after the Aaron Rodgers project did not work out.

While there was no QB who was going to be the magic pill to fix the Jets in the Draft this season, Geno Smith is definitely not the answer in Free Agency. Before I even dive into the breakdown of these two rookies, we just have to take a moment to really just say the Jets are such a sorry organization for thinking Geno Smith still has anything left in the tank. The Raiders were automatically disqualified every game that guy took snaps, now he goes to the Jets like that will really change his fortune? Give me a break. Geno is a wild gun slinger with no arm strength and no speed, might as well add no vision as he will make some awful decisions.

The Jets basically ended their season before it even began, but with two first round picks, the Jets took a BEAST TE in Kenyon Saqiq who I believe described as Jeremy Shockey mixed with Kellen Winslow. I am of course referring to the Boot Camp video. He is an absolute stud. Mason Taylor was a very strong TE and had a bright future, but Sadiq looks like he could be a TE1 on your Fantasy Football roster if he had a capable QB. Muscles like you have not seen on a Football player before, something created out of a lab.

Omar Cooper Jr. is smooth. He kind of has a Marvin Harrison Sr. to his game and he makes play. He has a great WR body with good speed and good hands and good route running. However there has not been a time in our lives where the Jets WR3 was really relevant for a full season in Fantasy Football. With the Jets already having Garrett Wilson as well as Adonai Mitchell, it just does not seem likely the Rookie WR3 will get enough targets to be a Fantasy stud, even though the talent is there.

When watching the tape of Omar Cooper Jr. it made me realize, even though I am not on the Mendoza bandwagon to begin with, now I am further away from liking Mendoza as a talent as this is very similar to the Jojnny Manziel/Mike Evans at Texas A&M. Evans was so dominant that Manziel was able to ride his coat tail to success throwing to a wide open WR. While Cooper may have not been Mike Evans good, he was still dominating college secondaries.

Maybe in the future both of these players will be in the BEAST category. However with no QB, how can they even dare to dream of good numbers in 2026. Mason Taylor is too good to just not play as well, the snaps will not be there for either player to be consistent. Sadiq will be a flashy TE2 on your Roster. Flashy meaning he should probably be on your Waiver Wire but he made an amazing play that will keep him on your roster a few extra weeks at a time. Omar Cooper JR. will be on every Waiver Wire.

HOW I GOT HERE

I know ball. I picked the 76ers to upset the Celtics, I had a future to win LARGE for the 76ers to win the East. My bracket in the East was going exactly to plan, until the Hawks could not beat the Knicks. I had faith in Dyson Daniels to shutdown Jalen Brunson, and that did not happen. Then the Knicks dominated the 76ers before I could even cash out which was 10x my initial investment after they beat the Celtics. I got the 76ers at +6600 when Embiid had an appendicitis and were still in the play-in tournament. I have had my appendix removed, I knew there was enough time for him to return.

Now the Knicks face my who I thought would be the Champions in the Spurs. My closest ticket to that was a future on the Cavs vs. Spurs at +5500 NBA Finals when the Cavs were 2-2 against the Pistons while the Spurs were 3-2 against the Wolves. After the Spurs won game 1, I was feeling on top of the world when the Cavs were up by a ton of points against the Knicks in Game 1, to completely collapse. I was going to put Spurs to win it all when they were down 3-2 to OKC heading back to San Antonio. However with Jalen Williams returning, it seemed like a daunting task for the Spurs to win both games especially at only +500 to win the Finals. With Williams not playing in game 7, and just a shell of himself in limited minutes for game 6, it gave the Spurs an easy path to win in OKC and take the series.

With both teams matching up in the NBA Finals, I could care less who wins. I really do not like either team. The Spurs I do not like because out of De’Aaron Fox, everyone on that team is so selfish and their head coach Mitch Johnson has no IQ, and their assistant coach who ‘runs their defense’ so the announcers say every time stands up and yells so much. Never would you see Phil Jackson tolerate another coach standing up and yelling like a head coach from the sideline. Mitch Johnson looks like he is waiting to play next at YMCA gym, not a head coach.

WHY I DO NOT LIKE THE SPURS

Here is my real beef with the Spurs and why I said everything above. The game plan should be simple, give the ball to Victor Wembanyama every single possession. If the Knicks do not double team, let Wemby goto work and dominate like he is playing on a 5 Foot Rim and dunking from the free throw line. If the Knicks continue to not double, give the ball to Wemby again and again, and even if he misses a shot, give it to him again. When the double team comes, that is when Wemby makes the pass and someone else will be wide open. Instead the Spurs play street basketball, Castle tries to go one on one, Vassell and Champagnie will never turn down a shot if they have two inches of separation. It annoys me so much when Wemby will miss a jumper like he did in Game 7 in the 3rd quarter, then not shoot the ball for eight straight possessions as Castle thinks he is superman. When in reality, Castle is better suited for a last place team where he can just ball hog, like the Wizards. If it was not for Wemby sucking up all the attention, Castle would not be the name he is today, just another SG who can score 17+ Points with high volume.

The fact that the ball does not goto Wemby every possession makes me really hate the Spurs its hard watching dumb basketball.

WHY THE KNICKS CAN WIN

Then you have the Knicks. A team that is a team, but is kind of turning into the Jalen Brunson show. As much as I hate SGA and his flopping, Jalen Brunson flops maybe just as much as SGA. You lay a finger on Brunson and he spazzes out like Timmy from South Park. Brunson has been the motor that is carrying the Knicks, and the Spurs do have guys who can give him a hard time. However the flops will always keep Brunson relevant. The Knicks are really going to need KAT to play smart and not pick up stupid fouls. They will also need him to be great every game, none of those 12 Point games, KAT will need to be a 20+ guy nightly if the Knicks are going to win the Finals. Most important is OG returning to form. He did not look great in the Cavs series, he was nowhere the player he was in the Hawks series. He has had enough time to heal from his hamstring injury against the 76ers, and he will be a HUGE X-Factor in the Knicks winning.

BIGGEST X-FACTOR

At the end of the day, the Spurs win the Championship easily if they do not play like hooligan street animals who all think they are superstars. The Spurs win the Championship easily if Wemby shoots the ball 20+ Times a game. That is all it takes for the Spurs to win, 20+ FG Attempts for Wemby. If he shoots 30+ times, then the Spurs definitely win. Mitchell Robinson breaking his pinkie would be a big time loss if he misses any time, but even if he plays the Hack-A-Mitch will definitely be on call. Spurs could sweep, or they could drag out the series. All depends on the IQ of the team. End of the day, Spurs have enough opportunities in a best of 7 to win it all.

Wemby wins Finals MVP. Wemby gets his first of many Championships. Yes Wemby will cry.

Carnell Tate enters the 2026 fantasy football season as one of the most intriguing rookie wide receivers in the NFL. After being selected fourth overall by the Tennessee Titans, fantasy managers want to know whether Tate can immediately become a reliable fantasy starter or if he is a better long term dynasty investment.

The Titans have a Franchise QB in Cam Ward. Last season Cam Ward was looking amazing while throwing to absolute scrubs. Well, scrubs because Calvin Ridley went down and then he was depending on Little Dike and ‘Getting Chiggy with it’ to save his season. The Titans decided they wanted a star WR, they drafted Carnell Tate with the #4 Pick in the Draft.

There is no doubt Carnell Tate has superstar potential, but was he really the right move for the Titans? The Titans are stacked at WR this season, Calvin Ridley is healthy and the Titans went out and grabbed Wan’dale Robinson. Okay, maybe stacked is a lot over exaggerated. The Titans may be ready to move on with the thought that Calvin Ridley is no longer their #1 WR however his 4 Years/$92 Million contract says otherwise.

I want to say Davante Adams potential down the line for Carnell Tate when he puts on a little more weight, but like Davante Adams he will not be a BEAST out of the gate. Even though Tate should be on the field a lot, it is not guaranteed he becomes the #1 target, and even when Cam Ward sees Elic Ayomanor who showed flashes of brilliance for his few snaps, or Dike gets his special plays called for him. Is there really enough targets between Tate/Robinson/Ridley? The answer to that is no.

Let us really imagine a Football Sunday for the Titans. Cam Ward will always check Wan’dale to see if he is an open cheap bunch of yards, if they cover that he will look for Ridley on single coverage, something Ridley never got to experience in 2025. On the other side will be Tate, while the chemistry can change in the offseason, and I am not writing it off completely, I just see a lot of inconsistent weeks from Tate. Especially when you consider the four bubble screens to Dike, and the three deep targets where Ayomanor has a scrub guarding him.

While Tate has a bright future and is ready to build something special with his QB in Cam Ward, there is probably a one year bump in the road before Tate really takes over as a target hog.

The Titans have too many WRs, if they did not just go out and get Wan’dale Robinson the draft pick of Carnell Tate looks a lot sexier. However there are just too many mouths to feed to say that Tate is nothing more than a WR3 at best in Fantasy Football this season. There will be weeks he plays like a WR 4/5.

You can salvage the search bar and look up Bijan Robinson Rookie Articles I wrote. I wrote Bijan Robinson was going to be a BUST, I did it with no hesitation as well. The Rookie RB Bijan Robinson was being drafted as a Top 3 RB, and would finish near the #20 RB spot. The reason I had Bijan Robinson as a BUST was one simple name, Tyler Allgeier. While many thought Tyler is not a great RB with nothing to fear for Bijan owners, only for them to see Tyler Allgeier is more than the real deal and he became the least favorite player of all Bijan owners over the years. Last season despite Bijan being a monster, Tyler still ended up with 8 TDs.

When Tyler Allgeier went to the Cardinals in the offseason, it seemed he finally found a home where he should be the lead RB, however James Conner is still in the picture as he was the engine that carried the Cardinals offense during the Kyler Murray years. With both Conner and Allgeier, the RB room seemed more than filled for the Cardinals. However in the 1st Round of the NFL Draft, the Cardinals decided it would be a great idea to take RB Jeremiah Love.

Love is no doubt a super talented RB. You watch the film and he looks like Travis Etienne Jr. mixed with Adrian Peterson. A good combo of breakaway speed that can catch the ball, and a great RB with power up the middle, no doubt a starter in the NFL. However Love ended up on a team that simply cannot play him as an every down RB. James Conner still has something left in the tank, if the Cardinals keep him instead of trading him, Conner has to see the field. He is their leader. The Cardinals also opened up the checkbook giving Tyler a 2 year/$12.5 Million deal. RBs in their prime, they do not like it when their best years are wasted on the bench.

While Jeremiyah Love is ready to rock and roll as a starting RB who could instantly put up double digit fantasy points every week, that will not be the case in 2026. Hackett will be the OC for the Cardinals this season, the man famous for being on the wish list of Aaron Rodgers to the Jets. While as an OC, Hackett does have some skill, but as far as his personality goes, you can tell he will mesh with the veteran in James Conner and of course everyone knows how good Tyler Allgeier is at this point of his career. Do not forget their new head coach LaFluer who was the OC for the Rams last season used both Kyren/Corum more evenly than he should have. There is just not enough touches in this offense.

FUTURE BEAST

Once James Conner is gone out of the picture, Jeremiyah Love will flourish. However with all 3 RBs demanding touches, Jeremiyah Love is looking at a Bijan Robinson type of career. Splitting touches early on, showcasing he has the potential to be a star, then will be the star when the path opens up. Even in a two man RB situation with Allgeier, Love can flourish.
