(private message to Kim or email over website contact page). We will prepare ……it… for them for Valentines Day this year! This could be a friend or relative, or someone you are barely acquainted with…but you know they would not ever treat themselves to a REALLY COOL cake! We will keep their names and stories anonymous! Entries will be accepted now through January 31st, and then we will contact you if your story and person is the one chosen! Judging will take place by my local BNI group members….once again, anonymously! Only the story will be shared! Good luck and message/email us PRIVATELY with your story!

NEW this 2012, we are offering one sheet cake size ONLY – our full sheet, with a possibility of four flavors (or less!)  This cake serves 100-120 people and is $100.00.  You can customize this cake with any design you wish….your school colors, mascot or emblem, as well as the graduates sports, clubs, and interests, if you wish!

If you are in the market for a unique cake, try our double layered cakes, our triple stack cake, a tiered or whimsy cake, or even a 3-D sculpted and shaped cake.  These cake styles also begin at $100.00, but do not necessarily have to serve 100 people.  Of course, we can make them as big as you wish!!  All cakes can be customized with special details, and can come in at least TWO flavors- maybe even more, depending on the size and style you choose!

To book your graduation cake, you MUST know the exact date you wish to pick up your cake, and you MUST mail us a $35.00 nonrefundable deposit to hold your date.  The balance is due when you pick up your cake….all details can be worked out in April or early May.  Do NOT wait too long to reserve your spot!  And….if you would, please look at our booking calendar to check availability before contacting us.  If you notice that the date you wish to have your cake is booked, you can reserve an earlier date.  Our cakes are good to go for 7-10 days without refrigeration!  Use our CONTACT page to inquire further!

Don’t delay….reserve your date NOW!   We promise a high quality cake with a very special touch!  Your guests will be talking about it for years to come!

As we head into the 2012 Graduation and Wedding Season, consider purchasing a gift certificate for someone you know is graduating in 2012 or is getting married this coming year!  The holiday season is a perfect time to bless someone with a little (or a lot!) to help offset the cost of their future celebration!

Some things to know….(certificates ONLY for a wedding or a graduation cake!)

(1)  Minimum order is $100.00 on all cakes that use a certificate.
(2)  You can purchase certificates in increments of $10.00.  They are not refundable and MUST be used in 2012!  Let us know the amount you would like!
(3)  Make sure you check our booking calendar (on our site – www.beautifullydunn.com) to see if a wedding date is available before purchasing the certificate!  EXCEPTION….if you KNOW the bride has already booked the date with us, then don’t worry about checking the calendar!
(4)  Encourage ALL people that you purchase graduation cake certificates for to book IMMEDIATELY in January.  They MUST know the date of their party to hold their reservation!  We will only sell a certain number of graduation gift certificates….first come, first served!
(5)  Certificates will be EMAILED to you with a specific number on it, to avoid duplication and to keep track of the number of certificates issued.
(6)  Payment is DUE to us by December 23, 2012!  Cash or Check ONLY!
(7)  Your name will be entered into a drawing for a FREE cake in January.  The more certificates you purchase,the better your chances of winning!!!

IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A CERTIFICATE, respond via email NO LATER THAN December 20th and let us know the amount, the occasion, and the NAME of the person you are purchasing for!  Once we receive your payment, you will be issued the certificate!

Because of this blessing, we are having to make some administrative decisions regarding the types of orders we accept on a weekly basis…..as you know, (and you can read again in the “About Me” section of our website) our business philosophy is one which places our faith and family first!  Our children are growing up so very quickly, and we are busier than ever because of that!  We recognize that they are the best blessings God could have ever given us!  The next few years will fly by, and we are focused on enjoying these times with our kids to the fullest.  So……

Beginning January 1, 2012 we are emphasizing our double layered cakes, tiered cakes and specialty design/sculpted cakes more, and are making the decision to eliminate the sheet cake side of our business for now…. (with the exception of graduation time…..”full sheet cake” sizes will be available for these events ONLY).  You will notice these changes reflected on the pricing page of our website.  We are STILL VERY MUCH IN THE CAKE BUSINESS!!!  So please…..NO rumors that we are not!  

We are asking that you continue to think of us every time you want a UNIQUE, one-of-a-kind, special creation for ANY event!  We will continue to offer TOP-NOTCH service and QUALITY as we forge ahead with our business into a more “specialized niche”….one that really is not readily available in the Northern Miami Valley.  You will MOST definitely “get what you pay for” with us….we believe we create the BEST custom designed specialty cakes in this region, both in taste and in appearance!
