WINTER! BROWN & BLACK

2017-12-04T00:26:00.002-08:00

Hey guys!!! Happy December!!! I was planning on starting vlogmas this year... but... fail!! =( sorry guys maybe next year!?

For the fall/winter time I love wearing black.& brown! It gives a cozy warm look =)

I'm obsessed with black turtle necks.. I have a few in my closet... but I love the one I wore in this picture. It's comfortable, stretchy, and has the wide bell sleeves. It is a pretty thin material so I have to wear a black tank underneath. A lot of people have also been asking about where I got my necklace from! I bought this at a store called "TWEE" here in Korea! They have a lot of pretty clothes and jewelry~ make sure to check out the store when you visit Korea =)

These flats are so comfortable and pretty!!! The leather is very soft and it has two buckles! I wear size 6 and bought this in size 235... and they fit perfectly =). Sometimes when I buy new shoes and wear it for the first time, I get blisters all over my feet.. BUT when I wore these for the first time I didn't get any!

I went inside MIXXO and instantly feel in love with these Burgundy heels! It's perfect to wear with skirts and jeans. If you have wide feet I don't recommend these shoes because it slightly hurts on the sides of the feet =( ~ still looks pretty tho!

Hapjeong is right next to Honda~ less crowded with lots of places to shop and eat. This is also the place where our friend has her cafe (cafe n' then). Today I just wore a comfortable green sweater with my favorite jeans. I love this sweater and the details on the sleeves.. I love anything with knots and bows~!! BUSAN FOR A DAY

2017-10-19T16:59:00.000-07:00

Last week I had to goto Busan due to a family emergency... so Aiden and I went for a day. I cried a lot so that is why in most of these pictures my eyes look swollen =(.

I haven't been to Busan since 16 years ago when I was visiting Korea with my grandma for just two weeks. I got to meet my mom's side of the family again and all my cousins! I can't believe we were all so young the last time we saw each other (cousins) and now we are all married and have kids!

Busan has changed dramatically since the last time I was there! Before there were not a lot of high buildings and huge shopping areas, but now Busan is pretty much like Seoul! A lot of the places we visited ... it seemed like we were in Gangnam or Myeongdong!

The flight ticket to Gimhae Airport cost about $110/roundtrip and only took 40 minutes from our house since we live right by the gimpo airport! If you take a KTX it's about the same price, but train takes about 2.5 hours.

My mom and dad were both raised here in Busan, Korea. When I visited Korea as a child this place didn't seem that interesting to me, but now as an adult it's amazing to discover the place my parents were raised...... walking the streets where my mom use to shop and hang out with her middle school friends.

We had about 2.5 hours left to head back to the airport after saying goodbye to my family members, so we quickly stopped by the Haeundae Beach 해운대. My mom told me to take lots of pictures and show her so she can see how much this place has changed. As soon as we got there, I was shocked at how beautiful this place was!!! There are a lot of places to eat and shop by the beach. Aiden and I went into a restaurant to eat early dinner and it was SOOO good!!! We each ate two bowls of rice!

The day we went there they happened to be doing the Busan International Film Festival at the beach!! There were hundreds of people and celebrities. We ran into this guy (actor) and this actress! Jang Dong Won and Yoona (snsd) attended the day before~ boooo

We also stopped by "gook jeh she jang" 국제시장 which is pretty close to the Gimhae Airport (where we had to take our flight). My grandma use to work in these streets in her early 30's... selling fishes! My dad told me as a kid he use to always run around this area and eat yummy food! If you ever visit Busan area, make sure you visit here!! There are LOTS of delicious street foods all lined up. There is also a huge shopping area (looks just like Gangnam .. with almost all brands like h&m, forever21, zARA, etc.

Hope to visit Busan again soon with the kids <3

Love this churro place called "AH-CHU" next to our apartment! Churro, ice cream, chocolate iced latte taste SOOOO good! Our kids love coming here too~

I purchased this wool sweater from Zara last year. I got it in this tan color and also in a grey color. It feels sooo soft and very comfortable.

Today Aiden and I took a walk around our neighborhood, ate, and had dessert. Here is the outfit that I wore today! This is one of my favorite dresses!

If you guys follow me on my Instagram and watch our family blogs, this dress probably looks familiar BECAUSE this is the dress I wore when we took our pictures in front of the cherry blossoms (spring time). Plaid Jacket this fall 2017

2017-10-17T04:35:00.000-07:00

Hey guys!!!!! I love fall outfits! Lately I have been obsessed with this plaid jacket (double-breasted blazer) that I bought here in Korea. I found similar ones and placed a link down below! I have been seeing plaid jackets everywhere in the stores... big trend this fall!! Love how you can wear this with anything.... jeans... or even with a black dress like how I wore to the LUSH Christmas event yesterday!

Had sooo much fun at the Christmas event yesterday! 러쉬 네이키드/크리스마스 쇼케이스 A lot of awesome products are coming out for their Christmas collection! Their new "naked" concept is using eco friendly packaging to make less trash (not harmful to the environment). One way that they will be packing this holiday season is using a eco friendly scarf. You will see a lot of the upcoming scarf designs down below in the pictures =)

I also got to hang out with my two dongsengs!!! Make sure to check out their youtube channels~ Jen (meejmuse) and sangah!

They were showing me different ways that I can used the products that were used to package the lush products. You can wrap it around your purse handle, around your arm, on the head, etc.

JAPAN TRIP | OSAKA DAY 1-2

2017-07-09T21:04:00.003-07:00

Our family went to Japan for the first time in May 2017!!! The tickets cost about $170 / each since it's close to Japan. I think if you purchase tickets way ahead, you can even fly there for $100! The flight only took 1 hour 40 minutes. We stayed in Osaka for 3 Nights and Kyoto for 2 Nights. Japan is such a beautiful and CLEAN place... ♥ We did have to walk A LOT during this trip, which can get hard when you are traveling with two kids... but we did have a great time made a lot of good memories there!

Enjoy the pictures! =)

Here is the Airbnb home that we stayed at. The owner was super friendly and kind. Since this place is two stories, we thought it would be better for us to stay here rather than a hotel because it's a lot more spacious!

KAIYUKAN

Sunwoo and Yunwoo had such a great time at the aquarium! It was a HUGEEEEE aquarium and also had a giant whale!

OUTDOOR SAUNA

After the aquarium, we grabbed a quick dinner (dongktasu again) lol...

We also ordered some shumai's to eat at the sauna. I ordered the shrimp one, but they gave us the wrong one... man.. I really wanted to try the shrimp one =(

The outdoor spa was SOOO nice! It did rain a lot while we were walking here =(....

We get a big room where you can change and wash up... and the spa is outside. It looks pretty small, but Aiden and the boys were all able to fit inside! There were bigger ones, but it was all sold out! I just started my period this day so I couldn't do it... booo~!!!

Great way to end the night <3

LAST MINUTE GET AWAY TRIP - KOREA

2017-07-06T22:42:00.001-07:00

I decided to start blogging again! It's been soooo long since I last updated my website!

Few days ago we got back from a 1 night 2 day trip to the beach! From our gimpo house, it took about 3 hours to get there. We went with our friend and his mom! We asked our mother in law to go, but she wanted to rest at home~ =(

Our original plan was to just go here and stay at a pension (choong Chung) 춘청... but the water was sooooo brown and dirty because it rained a lot few days before we got there. You will be able to see how BROWN the water was after I finish editing our vlog from this trip! We just took few pictures here and decided to eat dinner near by and drive 1 hr 30 min more to a different place with a nice beach!

Here is the place we decided to eat at! It's famous and well known ~ came on a lot of tv shows because it's SOOO good =)

When you enter, there are tents set up (also tables indoor)... but we decided to eat in the tent! The weather was really nice this day =) I did get 2 mosquito bites while we were eating tho =(

OMG The dak galbi taste soooo good~~~~ *drooooolll*... I want to go there again!!!

The neng myun was really good too!

SUKCHO

(pictures taken from our hotel balcony!)

That night we finally arrived at Sukcho (석초). The view here is AMAZING!!!!! The resort was really nice and a water park was one minute away!!!

SUKCHO WATERPIA

We arrived at the water park at 11:00 am! It was not that crowded, has an indoor kid pool, and an outdoor adult and kid pool! There was also big water slides for the adults! I was scared to ride it, but Aiden rode it many times and vlogged it as well! =) (coming soon!). The tickets were pretty expensive, but at least Sunwoo got free entrance! (under 3 years old)

Yunwoo had so much fun at the water park, but Sunwoo was scared of the water again and refused to go inside. He only stuck his feet inside the water! I thought he would swim since he loved swimming in Cancun last year... but NO.... =(....

GANGNEUNG

Our last stop was at GANGNEUNG 강능. This place is known for the beautiful Hammock Beach 안목해변 and their restaurants/cafes. From Sukcho it took about 40 minutes to get here. We left the water park at 5:00 pm and RUSHED to the beach so we can get there before it gets too dark. We ate soondae near by and quickly went to the beach! (RIGHT IN TIME TO WATCH THE SUNSET!)

Sunwoo REFUSED to go in the sand ... just like the time we went to Cancun! Do you guys remember when he was so scared of the sand, but later he started playing in it? He kept crying and refused to stick his feet in the sand this day, but when it got really dark and we had to go home... he decided he wanted to play in it! At least he got to play with the sand for 15 min! =)

My friend and I stopped by a care near by called "BOSSA NOVA"...

OMG

Amazing view.... yummy desserts & coffee =)

If you guys ever visit Gangneung, make sure you guys stop by here!!

TIME TO GO HOME

(last picture was taken at a different beach at Sukcho the night before)

Ended this trip with fire works!! Yunwoo and Sunwoo had a lot of fun doing this!

This trip was amazing! I'm so glad we only live 3 hours away! We will be back for sure!

Hope you guys enjoyed the pictures from our trip!!!

Bye Bye!!! xoxo <3
