‘The Voice’ Top 8: Team Pharrell Nails It With Chill-Inducing Performances

2015-04-27T19:30:00.001-07:00

With another week of live performances down, we’re one step closer to crowning Season 8’s winner of ‘The Voice.’ This week, the Top 8 gave it their all, and the contestants nailed their performances. How will you choose, America?!

Things just keep getting better and better on The Voice! This week, former coaches CeeLo Green, Usher and Gwen Stefani all returned as guest mentors, and they really helped the singers step their game up to a whole new level — but it was Pharrell’s two artists, Sawyer Fredericks and Koryn Hawthorne, who stood out above the rest. Here’s a full recap of the Top 8 performances!

‘The Voice’ Top 8 Perform — Team Pharrell’s Sawyer & Koryn Kill It

To start the show, Corey Kent White, Joshua Davis and Sawyer Fredericks took the stage together to sing a unique version of Avicii’s “Hey Brother,” which was followed by a rendition of his hit “Wake Me Up,” sung by the girls, Koryn Hawthorne, Hannah Kirby, India Carney and Meghan Linsey. By the end of the medley, all eight performers joined forces to belt out the final lines of the tune. What a great note to start the show on!

Blake Shelton‘s, 38, artist, Hannah Kirby, kicked off the night’s solo performances, singing “We Don’t Need Another Hero” by Tina Turner. Totally hitting the mark on her wish to be a “theatrical” artist, Hannah absolutely nailed her vocals and put on quite a show by adding a kids’ choir for extra background melodies, per CeeLo’s suggestion. “That had CeeLo’s stamp on it!” Christina Aguilera, 34, laughed. And I loved it!

Up next was Adam Levine‘s, 36, final artist, Joshua Davis, who was instantly saved by America after landing in the bottom three last week. Josh sang Sting’s “Fields Of Gold,” showcasing his vocals and guitar skills for a moving performance. “[This song] tells my story and it’s me swinging for the fences,” Josh admitted. Hopefully the risk will pay off!

Next, Christina’s artist Kimberly Nichole took on a surprising song choice with Radiohead’s “Creep,” but considering this girl can do no wrong, it was, as always, an incredible rendition! Rather than doing showing off her usual powerhouse vocals, Kimberly gave a much more vulnerable performance, even becoming emotional as she truly connected to the track. “I’m honored that you were on my team. I’m honored that you are still on this show,” Pharrell, 42, gushed of his former team member. “That was masterful.”

The contestants had a quick break when Coach Blake took the stage to perform his new single “Sangria.” It’s always so fun to see the coaches get up and do what they do best, so of course this was no different! Go Blake!

After a commercial break, Meghan Linsey of Team Blake sang a soulful rendition of The Beatles’ “Something,” and proved, once again, why she deserves to still be in this competition. The performance brought Blake to his feet, and he raved, “It was just so classy. Your singing just gets better each week that goes by as you get more comfortable and have more confidence. After this performance, I’m absolutely positive saying I expect to see you in the finale of the show this year.” Bold statement, Blake, but I certainly wouldn’t be surprised, either!

‘The Voice’ Top 8 Revealed: 2 More Contestants Sadly Eliminated

Christina’s singer, India Carney, got her turn in the Top 8 next, and absolutely killed it by singing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” from The Wizard Of Oz. This song has been done on The Voice and shows like it many times before, but India completely kept the audience’s attention and totally nailed the classic tune. Those pipes are NOT. REAL!

Next, Season 7 finalist from Team Adam, Matt McAndrew, made a comeback to The Voice stage, where he sang his new single “Counting On Love.” Matt came in second last season, and we were so excited to see him back and sounding better than ever!

Sawyer Fredericks from Pharrell’s team was up next, and once again wowed the crowd with his performance of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Man.” As always, it’s impossible to believe this kid is just 16 years old! He’s been a frontrunner since the beginning of the season, and just continues to bring it week after week — even Blake is afraid of Team Pharrell! “He has two artists on his team that are going to be tough to compete with,” the country singer told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They are phenomenal!” I couldn’t agree more!

Blake’s only country singer, Corey Kent White, went for something different this week, singing “When I See You Smile” by Bad English — a classic rock song. “I feel like the only thing that’s close to being country about it is me singing it,” Corey told his coach confidently, and once he took the stage, Corey proved that he can take on a genre outside his comfort zone and make it his own. Definitely a breakout moment for Corey!

‘The Voice': Koryn Hawthorne Has What It Takes To Win It All

Last, but not least, Pharrell’s Koryn Hawthorne really gave it her all with a unique, stripped-down version of Alicia Keys’ “Girl On Fire.” On the show’s April 20 episode, Koryn had her breakout performance, and she rose to the occasion once again by belting out the track and proving that last week wasn’t a one-time deal.

Team Pharrell is stronger than ever at this point in the competition, and while all eight singers are absolutely incredible, it’s hard to imagine that someone from the “Happy” singer’s team won’t take it all! Oh, and they’re both teenagers, by the way!

HollywoodLifers, what did you think of the Top 8 performances? Who is your pick to win it all?

Linda Thompson On Bruce Jenner’s Gender Issues: She Wouldn’t Have Married Him

2015-04-26T11:10:00.003-07:00

Bruce’s second ex-wife, Linda Thompson, opened up about her marriage to the ‘KUWTK’ star right after his big ’20/20′ interview where Bruce revealed he was transitioning into a woman. In an in-depth essay, Linda emotionally reveals that had she known about his ‘gender issue’, she never would have married Bruce in the first place.

Bruce Jenner, 65, has been showered with a ton of support since he revealed to the world in his tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer that he’s transitioning from male to female. Now, it’s his second ex-wife, Linda Thompson‘s turn to speak. Linda, 64, shared her thoughts on her ex-husband’s journey into womanhood, revealing that she’s “so grateful to God” that she “didn’t know” about his gender issues at the time — here’s why.

Linda Thompson Speaks On Bruce Jenner’s Gender Transition

Linda, who is an Emmy-award winning songwriter, touched on how her marriage to Bruce affected her entire life in her emotional essay posted on The Huffington Post.

If Bruce had told me about his gender issue when we first began getting romantically involved, I would not have married him. But looking back, I’m so grateful to God, the universe and Bruce that I didn’t know, and that Bruce played the role in my life that he did. What a tragedy that truth, if Bruce had confessed it in 1979, would have been for my existence as I have known it! I would never have experienced the joy, the honor, the privilege of being the mother of the two most precious gifts I have ever known, Brandon and Brody. As life has a way of unfolding as it is meant to, I have learned to trust life.

Linda recalled meeting “handsome” Bruce in her essay, how she watched him win the Olympic gold medal in 1976, and married him in 1981. When Brandon was three and a half years old, Bruce approached her with “a very somber look on his face” and told her that “he identified as a woman.” While Linda was shocked at first, she sought, above anything, to understand.

I was pretty ignorant of the fact that being transgender isn’t something that can be overcome, fixed, prayed away, exorcised or obliterated by any other arcane notion. Being transgender, like being gay, tall, short, white, black, male, or female, is another part of the human condition that makes each individual unique, and something over which we have no control.

It sounds like Linda has a ton of unconditional love and support for her former husband, and is very much “grateful” of everything that he’s given her. Such a powerful piece!

Kris Jenner On Bruce Jenner’s Interview — She Cried & Feels She Failed Him

Meanwhile, HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that Bruce’s third ex-wife Kris Jenner, 59, feels she “failed him.”

“That interview made her think twice about herself and she thinks she’s failed miserably as his wife,” a source told us. “Hearing Bruce say that they would still be together if she were able to handle his transition better than she did sent chills throughout her entire body. She feels she failed him.” Poor Kris.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Tell us your thoughts on Linda’s essay below!

Cecily Strong: ‘SNL’ Star Bombs As White…

Funny lady Cecily Strong’s biting and blunt humor didn’t resonate well with everyone at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on April 25. The ‘SNL’ star fired jokes left and right, but unfortunately not everyone was rolling on the floor laughing!

Let’s be honest — President Barack Obama, 53, set the bar very high at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington on April 25. When host Cecily Strong, 31, took the stage to follow his hilarious bit, the SNL comedienne didn’t seem to bring in as many laughs as the President himself! Watch Cecily’s speech here and let us know what you think!

White House Correspondents’ Dinner: Cecily Strong Bombs As Host

We totally admire Cecily for her boldness and willingness to take risks — this funny lady did not hold back on any jokes at the huge event full of celebrities and politicians. From taking aim at C-Span (who broadcasted the event) to taking aim at Hillary Clinton and ISIS, Cecily seemingly went everywhere possible while roasting the President and his administration.

Unfortunately, some of her jokes seemed to fall flat. One that didn’t resonate well with the crowd was her reference to the Charlie Hebdo attacks (10:00), where she criticized the President for not paying a visit to Paris at the post-shooting memorial parade. Showing a photo of herself in the City of Lights, she threw shade at Obama saying, “Obama, Paris is so beautiful, Mr. President. You should really think about going there some time.” Burn!

Cecily also referenced SNL‘s criticism for ISIS jokes, while taking a slight jab at the President, making some seemingly uncomfortable! “Even ‘SNL’ got criticized for making fun of ISIS. If anyone is guilty of taking ISIS too lightly, it’s um, you know,” she said, nodding toward the president.

While Cecily’s jokes didn’t always resonate well, she definitely had some funny moments and we loved that she wasn’t afraid to hold anything back! As the second female comedian to host the dinner in more than 20 years, we think she did fantastic, even if not everyone found her bits funny.

She had some hilarious commentary which resonated well. One of her first jokes of the night drew in some laughs: “‘It is great to be here at the Washington Hilton,’ is something a prostitute might say to a congressman.” LOL. Also, Obama seemed to like when she reflected on what it would have been like growing up together in Chicago (where they are both from), playing basketball together while he wore her mom’s jeans.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Did you think Cecily was a funny host? Sound off with your thoughts below!

'KUWTK': Kourtney Fears She’ll Be Abandoned…

Poor Kourtney! With Kim and Khloe planning a trip to Armenia, she fears that no one will be with her in the delivery room when she gives birth — and she is not letting her sisters think that this is OK! Watch the clip for April 26’s ‘KUWTK’ here!

Things are getting heated between Kourtney Kardashian, 36, and her sisters Kim, 34, and Khloe, 30, on April 26’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians! As Kourtney’s due date grows closer, she fears that her family will abandon her in the delivery room, which shockingly includes Kim and Khloe! Being Kourtney, she confronts her sisters head on about how she feels and holds nothing back.

‘KUWTK': Kourtney Kardashian Fighting With Kim & Khloe

Khloe invites Kim to go to Turkey and Armenia with her and Kim doesn’t even have to think about it before she says yes.Unfortunately, this strikes a chord in Kourtney, and she is not happy.

“Oh that’ nice, so now you want to take Kim with you so that none of you guys can be here?” Kourtney says, adding that if she goes into labor early she will need some support.

Khloe brings up the fact that Kourtney said she doesn’t want anyone in her delivery room, but Kourtney thinks she misinterpreted what she meant.

“It’s just the point that you don’t care to be here,” Kourtney shrugs.

Khloe grows more defensive and says, “What do you want me to do stop everything?” Yikes, that’s a litlte harsh! All Kourtney wants is for her family to be sitting in the waiting room like they do in the movies.

The elephant in the room, more known as Scott Disick, 31, and why he won’t be there is next addressed. It seems like Kourtney is lashing out at her sisters because she’s just worried that Scott won’t be around, and wants some backup.

‘KUWTK’ Scott Leaves Pregnant Kourtney For Vegas

Another clip from April 26’s episode shows Scott planning a trip to Vegas, right before Kourtney is supposed to give birth to their third child! Tsk, tsk.

The clip shows Kourtney growing more and more frustrated with him, revealing that if she does go into labor she won’t call him because she doesn’t want him to be drunk in the delivery room. Yikes — this definitely will be one action-packed and juicy episode!

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays at 9pm.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Kim and Khloe are being insensitive to Kourtney? Sound off below!

Kim Kardashian Furious With Kris Humphries For Bruce Jenner Diss: ‘He’s An Idiot’

2015-04-25T14:50:00.001-07:00

Uh oh! Kris may have apologized for his mean tweet directed at Bruce and the Kardashian family, but Kim is beyond furious with her ex and thinks that above anything he’s a big ‘idiot,’ HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY.

Kris Humphries, 30, put his foot in his mouth right when Bruce Jenner, 65, bravely opened up about his gender transition during his interview with Diane Sawyer on April 24. While Kris rightfully apologized for saying he was “glad” he “got out” of the family when he did, Kim Kardashian, 34, isn’t too happy with her ex-husband’s insensitivity to her and her family. Here’s what HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned.

Kim Kardashian’s Reaction To Kris Humphries Diss At Bruce Jenner: He’s An ‘Idiot’

“Kim is heated and hates Kris,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Having him do that frustrates her to know end, but she isn’t surprised because she thinks he is an idiot and thats what idiots do.”

It was definitely disrespectful for Kris to make a snide comment about the Kardashian family during Bruce’s huge day, so we see where Kim is coming from.

We can imagine it was extra hard for Kim to soak in Kris’ rude reaction, too, because Kim revealed during an interview on the Today Show on April 25 that Bruce’s transition has been such a “hard adjustment.”

However, it doesn’t sound like Kim is too surprised by Kris’ behavior at the same time, hence thinking he’s an idiot. After all, things didn’t end well between them as they were only married for 72 days before calling it quits!

Kris Humphries Apologizes For Bruce Jenner Diss — ‘I Was Too Vague’ On Twitter

Following the backlash he received, Kris took to Twitter to defend himself and clear the air that he supports Bruce.

“I have and always will support Bruce hence #gottadoyou. Now recognize I was too vague and sincerely apologize for the way this came across,” the NBA star tweeted. He followed that up with another tweet: “#FullySupportBruce.”

Kris may have apologized, but it doesn’t sound too likely that Kim will be forgiving him anytime soon!

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Kim should be upset with Kris? Should she forgive him? Sound off below!

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Spoiler Leaks: Entertainment Weekly Apologizes For Big Reveal

Entertainment Weekly apologized for the spoiler — Patrick Dempsey‘s surprising exit from the series — in a statement, which was released to HollywoodLife.com‘s sister site Variety: “We are surprised that an EW subscriber may have received their issue a day earlier than planned. We always try our best to bring readers exclusive news first. We would like to apologize to fans of the show that learned the news ahead of time.”

Patrick’s exit from the series leaked via social media on April 23 after the new issue of Entertainment Weekly emerged on Instagram. A subscriber posted a photo of the pages, which show an image of Patrick and the headline “The Doctor is … Out.”

@entertainmentweekly how are you going to put that little, tiny, microscopic spoiler alert warning next to a full page picture of the smokin' hot @patrickdempsey and expect people to notice it!?! You literally just RUINED one of the most important moments of @greysabc in the history of the show!! “Dark and twisty doesn’t even begin to describe last week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy, but nobody was more surprised at the dramatic exit of Dr. Derek Shepherd than Patrick Dempsey himself. The actor spoke exclusively to EW about checking out of Grey’s — for good.”

We still can’t believe this. We were hoping it wasn’t true, but EW seems to be confirming Patrick’s exit.

Jeremy Renner & Chris Evans Apologize For…

Where are their super powers when they need them? Jeremy Renner and Chris Evans learned the hard way that they should leave cracking jokes to the pros. The actors issued apologies after making derogatory comments about their ‘Avengers’ co-star, Scarlett Johansson’s character.

Jeremy Renner, 44, and Chris Evans, 33, went too far on April 22, when they made wisecracks about the fictional character Black Widow, who is played by Scarlett Johansson. During the recent interview to promote Avengers: The Age of Ultron, the boys outraged fans after branding the heroine a “slut” – and the offensive language didn’t stop there. HollywoodLife.com has the details.

Jeremy Renner & Chris Evans Apologize For Derogatory Jokes About Black Widow

After igniting a firestorm of comments from fans, Chris and Jeremy expressed regret about using language that was considered derogatory. Chris explained to MailOnline on April 23: “Yesterday we were asked about the rumors that Black Widow wanted to be in a relationship with both Hawkeye and Captain America. We answered in a very juvenile and offensive way that rightfully angered some fans. I regret it and sincerely apologize.”

In a statement released by Jeremy, he explained: “I am sorry that this tasteless joke about a fictional character offended anyone. It was not meant to be serious in any way. Just poking fun during an exhausting and tedious press tour.”

Jeremy Renner & Chris Evans: ‘Avengers’ Co-Stars Used Sexist Language

The apologies come after the actors were asked by DigitalSpy how they felt about their characters getting snubbed in the love department by ScarJo’s Black Widow in the sequel. “She’s a slut,” Jeremy, who plays Hawkeye, said. Adding fuel to the fire, Chris, who stars as Captain America, remarked: “I was going to say something along that line. She’s a complete whore.”

Unaware that their humor could be considered sexist, they took a step further and made disability shaming comments. “She’s got a prosthetic leg anyway,” Jeremy quipped, to which Chris chimed in with: “She’s leading everybody on.”

The highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit theaters on May 1.

Hailey Baldwin & Justin Bieber Engaged: Fans Freak Out Over Rumor

The truth was revealed: Justin is still on the market and not planning a wedding with Hailey. Phew!

Not only did Justin’s fans cause his supposed proposal to make a huge splash on Twitter, they even made it seem like the story was first reported by TMZ. (It totally wasn’t!) We are anxiously waiting to see what Selena Gomez‘s ex looks like with his hot new hair! Nine Zero One, the salon where he got rid of his golden locks, tweeted a photo on April 22 showing just how much he chopped off, and it looks like this is definitely going to be a bold new look.

American Horror Story: Hotel
‘AHS: Hotel': Matt Bomer & Lady GaGa To Be…

As if we weren’t excited enough for ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ already! Matt Bomer is spilling secrets about his role on the series– and it closely involves Lady GaGa!

If you’re anything like us, you’re still freaking the freak out over the new that Lady GaGa is going to star in the upcoming season of American Horror Story, titled (creepily) American Horror Story: Hotel. While we still have a long ways to go until the show premieres on FX sometime in October, Matt Bomer, the hunky hunk who will also be starring, is dishing about what we might be able to expect from the sure to be amazing new series– and he has us thinking he’ll be getting cozy with Lady G!

‘AHS: Hotel’ Spoilers: Lady GaGa & Matt Bomer To Play Lovers?

Keep talkin’ Matt!

Though we know for sure that Lady GaGa will have a pivotal role in the fifth season of American Horror Story, that’s basically all we know about Hotel. Well, except for the fact that it’ll be set in/around a hotel.

But now, thanks to Matt Bomer, we’ve got at least one clue as to one of the season’s important relationships. “I know that I’ll be working with Stefani [Germanotta], Lady Gaga, pretty extensively, so I’m excited about that,” Matt told MTV. “Our storyline is really, really fun, and I think what they’re doing with our characters is really unique and kind of an original take on it.”

Yeah, he called her Stefani! We didn’t think anyone other than her mother and, presumably, religious figures were allowed to do that!

‘I Cannot Confirm Or Deny’

Okay, so we know that Matt and GaGa will be close in some capacity on the series– he’s already calling her Stefani after all! But the Magic Mike actor has remained pretty tight lipped about the specifics.

In fact, at the AHS: Hotel Paley Fest panel back in March, Matt was asked explicitly if he and Lady Gaga’s characters would be involved romantically. “I cannot confirm or deny that we’ll have a romance,” he said.

Well sometimes, Matt, words unsaid say a whole lot!

Ariana Grande & Big Sean: How She’s Mending Her Heart After Split

2015-04-23T15:29:00.003-07:00

There’s no better way to get over a break up than to just jump right into something new — and that’s exactly what Ariana Grande is doing after her split from Big Sean. But it’s not a new romantic relationship that’s helping her mend her heart!

Ariana Grande, 21, is newly single…but she’s not wallowing in her break up from Big Sean! Instead, the “Break Free” singer is keeping busy, and HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on how she’s mending her heart post-split.

Ariana Grande Single: How She’s Mending Her Heart After Big Sean Split

Just after Ari and Sean announced on April 20 that they’d called it quits on their relationship, the gorgeous singer flew to New Orleans to start working on the new Fox series Scream Queens, where she’s already bonded with co-stars like Lea Michele, 28, and Emma Roberts, 24. And HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that working on the show has helped her cope with the break up!

“Scream Queens came at the most perfect time ever and it’s helped immensely with Ariana’s emotions. She has been able to dive into something completely different and remove herself from the Big Sean relationship,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She is actually doing so much better than one would expect. She’s acting very strong right now!”

We’re so glad Ariana has something to take her mind off her personal problems, but unfortunately, Big Sean is a bit more emotional over the whole thing.

Big Sean & Ariana Grande: He Secretly Didn’t Want To Break Up

If fact, as HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported, the rapper actually didn’t even want to break up at all! Although it was he who eventually decided to end things, an insider told us that he expected a different reaction from his now-ex when he brought up ending things.

“Sean was expecting Ariana to put up a huge fuss and beg him to stay, but she did the opposite. He most likely would have stayed with her if she made an effort,” the source explained.

Another insider added, “Sean is taking it hard. He feels like he failed with another high profile relationship. He’s been emotional about it. It sucks because he was in love with her, but to him, her bulls— got in the way of their good times, so he’s really taking things hard.”

Poor Sean! We also reported that he’s even planning a diss song about Ariana now that they’re broken up, but we seriously hope he doesn’t take things that far!

HollywoodLifers, do you think Ari has really moved on?

Bruce Jenner: Supportive Lamar Odom Told Him ‘I Love You’ During Transition

2015-04-23T15:29:00.001-07:00

How sweet. Even though Bruce Jenner is worried he’ll ‘hurt’ his family because of his transition, his son-in-law, Lamar Odom, is showing him that he’s got nothing to be nervous about! In fact, Lamar has been in constant communication with Bruce throughout the process.

Khloe Kardashian, 30, and Lamar Odom, 35, may be estranged at the moment, but the former NBA player is still treating Bruce Jenner, 65, like his father-in-law. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that Lamar has been super supportive of Bruce’s transition.

Lamar Odom Supports Bruce Jenner’s Transition — Tells Him ‘I Love You’

“Lamar’s been in constant communication with Bruce throughout his transition process and has been nothing short of the perfect
son-in-law. He’s been to Bruce’s house several times since he’s moved there to check on him and make sure he was feeling alright,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

Dr. Phil Disses Bruce Jenner’s Transition: He’s Too Old

That’s so sweet. We imagine that Bruce can use all the support he can get. It can’t be easy going through a transition like this, in front of the world. And Khloe must be so appreciative.

“Lamar sees Bruce as a ‘father figure’ and respects all the advice and wisdom Bruce has given him over the years. He admires Bruce and thinks that if it’s his life’s quest to be a woman, then by all means, he should do it. Lamar’s incredibly supportive of Bruce and his transition. It takes a big man to live in his truth and Lamar thinks Bruce will be very happy in his new life,” our source adds.

We have to agree — Bruce should do whatever makes him happy, and becoming a woman seems to be it.

Lamar Odom Wants To Give Back

“Lamar just wants Bruce to know that at the end of the day, he can count on him. Lamar wants to be that bedrock of love and support to Bruce, just as Bruce was to him when he was battling substance abuse and his marriage was falling apart. He told Bruce ‘I love you’ and ‘I’ve got your back if you need anything,'” our source also says.

We’re so glad that Bruce has Lamar in his life.

‘Fuller House’: Lori Loughlin Disses Olsen Twins, Says ‘You Only Need One’

2015-04-21T13:27:00.011-07:00

There’s only one Michelle Tanner — which means ‘Fuller House’ only needs one Olsen twin! Lori Loughlin made this point clear by throwing shade at the twins during an appearance on ‘Access Hollywood’ to discuss the ‘Full House’ reunion.

Fans are dying to know if Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are on-board for the Full House Netflix reunion special, but Lori Loughlin seems completely uninterested in whether or not the actors-turned-designers will be returning! In fact, she even dissed her former co-stars on Access Hollywood, by pointing out that both of them aren’t even needed in order to add Michelle Tanner to the cast. Burn!

Lori Loughlin Disses Olsen Twins: ‘Full House’ Reunion Doesn’t Need Both

“It doesn’t matter how much money they get paid. They don’t care,” Lori said, quickly brushing off questions about the Olsens’ involvement, but eventually softening up and adding, “I think everyone would love it and it would be really nice.”

However, when one host pointed out, “You only need one of them,” Lori was quick to excitedly agree. “You only need one of them. She’s right! You only need one.”

It’s not just Mary Kate and Ashley who are unconfirmed for the show, either. Lori also explained that she, Dave Coulier and Bob Saget are still in negotiations, while Candace Cameron-Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber and John Stamos have all officially signed on.

“I’ll tell you why,” she explained, regarding why she hasn’t signed a deal yet. “They have been working on this for a while. It’s originally a spin-off idea for Candace Cameron, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber. Three girls move into a house to raise DJ’s three boys, so it’s a flip on the original series. Then they decide that it would be best to open the show with an hour reunion. The only thing is…they made deals with half the cast, but not the other half. So Candace, Jodie, Andrea, and I believe they just closed John’s deal. As far as I know, I don’t have a deal, Dave doesn’t have a deal, Bob…we’re all in negotiation. I think we would all like to come back if the powers that be are fair to all of us.”

She reiterated twice more: “We want to be there, we want to come back. It’s up to them,” and “It’s not on us. It’s now on them.”

‘Fuller House': Why Olsen Twins Won’t Appear On ‘Full House’ Spinoff

Basically, Lori, Dave and Bob want to make whatever John’s making for this fun little re-boot — as long as that happens, it looks like they’ll be on-board. However, don’t get your hopes up for the Olsens.

“They don’t consider themselves actors anymore and they don’t want to return to acting even though they know how much people would love it,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “As much as everyone would want the twins to be a part of the show, it would be a current act of God and a miracle for them to make an appearance. The girls are very unlikely to join in on the fun.”

‘Full House': John Stamos Confirms Reunion & Spinoff Are Happening — Watch

John officially confirmed news of the Full House spinoff during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live April 20. The 13-episode series will start with a one-hour reunion, followed by the Fuller House series, which will feature DJ Tanner (Candace) as a pregnant widow with two sons already, who moves back into the Tanner home.

To help her out, younger sister Stephanie (Jodie) and BFF Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea), along with her teenage daughter, move in. So, yes — a very similar storyline to that of the original late 80s/early 90s series!

“We wanted to give credit to the legacy. We didn’t want to just, sort of…throw it away,” John explained, gushing, “It’s a labor of love and we’ve literally been trying for so many years to get it right and I think we finally got it perfect.”

Well are more anxious than ever to check this out — and are holding out hope that everyone signs on!

Taylor Swift thinks Camila Cabello should take the next step in her career by writing her own songs! What did Taylor say to put the writing bug in Camilla’s ear? HollywoodLife.com has the scoop!

Camila Cabello, 18, couldn’t ask for a better music teacher than the biggest pop star in the world, Taylor Swift, 25. The two friends have developed a mentor/mentee relationship, and Taylor wants Camila to take it to the next level. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned what advice Taylor shared with Camila to get the Fifth Harmony singer to take a stab at songwriting!

Taylor Swift On Camila Cabello Writing Own Songs: Advice To Fifth Harmony Singer

“Taylor’s biggest thing with Camila is for her to write more and take ownership of her songs,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. “She told Camila to jot down moments or memories that touch her throughout the day. Taylor also wants Camila to start writing daily in a journal, which will really help with her songwriting.”

Wow! Having a multi-award winning songwriter give you advice is a big deal! It seems that Taylor really sees something in Camila, even reportedly encouraging the Fifth Harmony singer to leave the group and go solo! Camila is reluctant to pull a Zayn and desert her friends, but she’s still incredibly grateful for everything Taylor has done for her.

“Taylor has become a serious mentor for Camila. And Camila feels so blessed that they have become good friends and really looks up to her. She feels so lucky Taylor has taken an interest in her and giving her so much advice,” the inside source tells HollywoodLife.com.

Still, Taylor isn’t ruling out a Camila Cabello solo career.

“Taylor knows getting Camila to write her own songs will really help her if-and-when Fifth Harmony splits up,” the insider added.

Taylor Swift & Camila Cabello: Working On New Music Together?

Camila might see the Swiftian songwriting process firsthand as these two are possibly making music together. “Taylor and Camila have been meeting regularly and are discussing the possibility of working together,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. “[Taylor] insisted that she would gladly write music with [Camila] because she loves her voice.”

Selena Gomez Feels ‘Stabbed In Back’ By Kendall Jenner For Justin Bieber Hook Ups

2015-04-21T13:27:00.007-07:00

Selena Gomez has had it with Kendall Jenner after she heard that the model, who she thought was her friend, had actually secretly hooked up with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. In Selena’s mind, Kendall has broken girl code to the max.

Selena Gomez, 22, has split with Zedd, 25, and now she’s breaking up with former friend Kendall Jenner, 19, for good, too — and it’s all because of Kendall’s friends with benefits relationship with Justin Bieber, 21. In fact, Selena’s so furious after learning about the hook ups between the pair, that she’s vowed to have nothing more to do with Kendall or any of the Kardashian/Jenners!

Selena Gomez Furious With Kendall Jenner Over Justin Bieber Hook Ups

“Selena has heard that Kendall and Justin are hooking up and feels totally lied to, betrayed and stabbed in the back by Kendall,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She doesn’t know how long it’s been going on, but she’s convinced it’s actually happening, and feels embarrassed and foolish. She doesn’t even consider Kendall a friend anymore.”

Oh no! We hate to see the girls’ friendship completely ruined by this — and it’s even harder to handle because just a few weeks ago it seemed Selena had gotten over Justin for good. Unfortunately, now that things have fizzled out between the “I Want You To Know” singer and her new boyfriend, Zedd, she’s right back to being hung-up on her ex once again.

Plus, this isn’t even the first time Selena and Kendall have had a falling out because of Justin. The young stars were in a similar situation last April, when the Biebs got uncomfortably close to Kendall and her sister, Kylie Jenner, 17, at Coachella.

Eventually, at the urging of mutual friends like Gigi Hadid and Cody Simpson, Selena and Kendall patched things up, and became close again after their New Year’s trip to Dubai, our insider says.

“Unfortunately, since then, things have gone downhill. Kendall and Hailey [Baldwin] started hanging out with Justin a lot, but Kendall kept insisting that they were just friends,” the source adds. “Selena even texted Kendall about it a little, so now she feels like Kendall just lied to her face.”

Selena Gomez: Justin Bieber Flirting With Ashley Moore ‘Makes Her Skin Crawl’

Unfortunately for Selena, Kendall isn’t the only girl she has to worry about. In fact, on April 19, Justin made a point of publicly flirting with model Ashley Moore, 21, on Instagram, posting a picture of her with the suggestive caption, “Sometimes I wonder…”

As HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported, Selena was livid over Justin’s message. “Selena still feels like Justin cheated on her with Ashley while they were still dating,” source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “So to see Justin publicly flirting with Ashley makes her skin crawl.”

This is all happening at an especially difficult time for the sexy singer, because she just broke up with her boyfriend, Zedd, 25.

Tell us, HollywoodLifers— do you think Selena has a right to be angry at Kendall? Do you think these two will ever make up?

Say what? Honey Boo Boo’s older sister, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon, raised some eyebrows with a startling Facebook post where she casually used the n-word! HollywoodLife.com has the scoop.

Hoo-boy. It seems like the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo clan can’t help themselves from getting in trouble. The latest drama surrounds Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 15, the sister of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 9, who has found herself in hot water after posting a message on her Facebook page that included both the r-word and n-word!

Honey Boo Boo’s Sister: Facebook Post Uses N-Word & R-Word

Oh, Pumpkin! What were you thinking? Lauryn’s post came on April 20 when she posted a “Man Candy Monday” message dedicated to her friend, Josh Efrid, reports RadarOnline. During this loving shout-out, Lauryn dropped some language that made some people look twice!

Man Candy Monday: My Bestfriend the person I spend half of the day on the phone with having stupid conversations and being r*tarded. I’ve never laughed so hard at someone the way I do you. Josh you’re a good guy and I’m glad to call you my Bestfriend and glad to know you’ll always be by my side. Love you n**ga.

A spokesperson for the family told RadarOnline that the post was meant to be “a sign of affection to her friend,” and not intended to be derogatory. While it’s clear that Lauryn was showing Josh some love — and she wouldn’t be the first teenager to post something inappropriate on social media — the words she used are still considered really offensive!

Lauryn seemed to understand where she made her mistake, as she edited her post to take out the controversial language.

Good job, Lauryn! There are plenty of fantastic words out there to let your sweet boy know you think of him as your ‘Man Candy.’

Honey Boo Boo Intervention: ‘The Doctors’ Take Mama June To Task Over Daughters Health

Pumpkin’s language isn’t the only unhealthy behavior in the Honey Boo Boo household. During a February 2015 appearance on The Doctors, Alana was determined to be obese and blamed her mother, Mama June Shannon! The pair were confronted over their unhealthy eating habits and warned her that they needed to change their diet ASAP!

Khloe Kardashian ‘Hearts’ Lamar Odom: Flaunts Tattoo In Sweet New Instagram

2015-04-21T13:27:00.003-07:00

This says it all, doesn’t it?? Khloe Kardashian made her love for estranged husband Lamar Odom loud and clear by posting a cute Instagram of her ‘LO’ tattoo. Did you get the message, Lamar? Khloe’s been thinking about you!

Khloe Kardashian, 30, has been trying to rekindle her romance with husband Lamar Odom, 35, with whom she separated in December 2013. Though she filed for divorce, they’ve never actually made the split official — and Khloe is looking to make things right after their time apart. Rumors have been swirling about a possible reconciliation between the feuding couple, and her latest Instagram, posted on the afternoon of April 21, just adds fuel to the fire.

Khloe Kardashian’s Lamar Odom Tattoo In Sweet New Instagram

Her April 21 Instagram was a sweet, simple message to her love — a photo of her “LO” tattoo prominently displayed on her right hand as she clutches the gear shift in her Bentley. And hey, her gunmetal grey mani is looking pretty fabulous as well! She captions the photo with just a heart. It’s clear who this post is targeted to, and Khloe wants the world to know that she “hearts” her Lamar.

This recent behavior indicates that Khloe is all for being married to her Lammy again!

When Khloe and Lamar divorced, it seemed like there was no hope of the couple ever getting back together. Lamar’s drug problems, and the trust issues that built up in the marriage, made it vital for Khloe to end her union with the man she so clearly loved. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but Lamar never responded to the papers. Now, Khloe has until the end of April to file her papers again and get a default divorce judgement, something that doesn’t seem likely at this point! With the divorce potentially off, Khloe and Lamar will remain legally married until one of them moves to file for divorce again — will they or won’t they?

It’s not the first time Khloe has flaunted her “LO” tattoo on Instagram, either. Khloe snapped a recent shot of her pink and gold mani, but we all know the real focus of that photo — the closeup of the “LO” on her right hand surrounded by all that glitter. Was the April 7 post directed at Lamar as well? Khloe has a tendency to post cryptic messages about Lamar on social media, but this recent batch of Instagrams is far less mysterious. Khloe loves “LO,” — and a good manicure to match!

Khloe Kardashian Heartbroken: Lamar Odom Dating His Ex Lara Manoukian

While Khloe is set on getting Lamar back, it’s going to be tougher than she expected. A source told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY that Lamar has stopped waiting around for his wife, and even though he hasn’t filed his response divorce papers yet, he’s still trying to move on — just like Khloe did with French Montana.

But the reality star was devastated to learn that Lamar is back with his ex-girlfriend, Lara Manoukian, whom he dated for seven years before her.

It’s a heartbreaking situation; Khloe wanted her marriage to work so badly, and won’t stop sending Lamar signs that she’s waiting for him, her “soulmate.” Khloe even started using Odom again on legal documents, it was discovered during her recent trip to Armenia. Let’s hope that whatever happens, Khloe is happy.

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Khloe’s Instagram?

Michael B. Jordan Slams Jimmy Kimmel For…

Woah! ‘Fantastic Four’ star Michael B. Jordan recently chatted with Jimmy Kimmel about the film’s biracial casting– and he had some choice words for the late night host!

That’s some serious class. Michael B. Jordan, who stars in the highly anticipated Fantastic Four, dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on April 20 to chat about the movie. The film, which will hit theaters on Aug. 7, defied some tradition in its biracial casting– but you may not want to ask Michael about that! In fact, we bet host Jimmy Kimmel is regretting doing just that, as Michael definitely put him in his place after doing so! Check out the awkward interview!

Michael B. Jordan Disses Jimmy Kimmel

This may qualify as a palm to face moment for Mr. Jimmy Kimmel.

While discussing Fantastic Four, Jimmy asked star Michael B. Jordan about playing the brother to his costar Kate Mara (who is white). At this, Michael got just the slightest bit exasperated, but overall gave a very thoughtful response.

“Kate Mara, I don’t know if you know this, is a white person,” Jimmy said.

“I do know that,” Michael said. “I’m pretty sure there’s white people here with other ethnicities, brothers and sisters. It doesn’t mean biological. It’s the world that we live in… It’s one of the things I don’t like drawing attention to.”

Well said, Michael!

Michael B. Jordan Is A Secret Keeper

Luckily for Jimmy, Michael seemed to brush past the awkwardness for the rest of the interview. On a different note, Jimmy asked if the Fantastic Four powers that be made him sign his life away in the name of Marvel secrecy.

“Yeah, Fox is pretty top secretive and Marvel when it comes to their projects. [When I’m] in costume, and I ever have to leave set or go to the trailer I have to throw this big, huge, black cloak on.”

Top secret indeed!

Do you think Jimmy crossed the line asking questions about Fantastic Four‘s casting?

Tyga & Kylie Jenner: What He Thought Of Her Racy Sheer Coachella Catsuit

2015-04-21T07:40:00.003-07:00

Kylie isn’t shy about showing her skin, but does her boyfriend, Tyga, really want the rest of the world seeing so much of his lady? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on how the rapper really felt about Kylie’s super revealing Coachella ensemble.

Leaving little to the imagination, Kylie Jenner, 17, put her curves on full display in a black bikini and sheer bodysuit while attending Coachella on April 18, and even for her, the ensemble was pretty racy! But what did Tyga, 25, think of her wearing the sexy get-up in public? HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVE details on his reaction.

Kylie Jenner’s Sexy Coachella Outfit — Tyga’s Opinion On Racy Look

It turns out, Tyga couldn’t care less about how his girl dresses!

“It was appropriate for the occasion. Coachella is one of those places where you’re allowed to be anyone and do anything you want to. It’s a free-spirit environment. If Kylie wanted to wear a plastic bag around her body, Tyga wouldn’t trip. His only concern is that she’s happy and enjoying herself,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

Aw, it’s so great that Tyga wants Kylie to express herself in whatever way she wants to, even if it means the whole world might get to see her in even the most intimate looks. Considering Kylie showed off the outfit in more than one Instagram photo, she was clearly feeling confident and sexy, and she needs a man who’s going to support that!

Tyga’s Romantic Coachella Weekend Spoiled By Third Wheel Khloe Kardashian

Unfortunately, even though Tyga was a-okay with Kylie’s look, he wasn’t so happy about the company she brought to Coachella — namely, her big sis, Khloe Kardashian, 30. See, the weekend was supposed to be a romantic getaway, and Khloe got in the way of Tyga’s plans, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.

“Tyga had the best of times the entire weekend until Khloe began tagging along with him and Kylie,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They couldn’t get away from her! All they wanted was some much-needed time to themselves to enjoy the festival, just the two of them. But Khloe was out of the country before and all she wanted to do was talk until she was blue in the face.”

Hopefully Tyga and Kylie were still able to get some alone time over the weekend!

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Kylie’s Coachella outfit? And is Tyga’s reaction appropriate?

In this new sneak peek, we see Casey (Britt Robertson) flea from catastrophic danger, with the help of the disillusioned genius, Frank (played by someone you may have heard of named George Clooney). Check it out now!

‘Tomorrowland’ Trailer: George Clooney & Britt Robertson Team Up

“It felt like anything was possible,” Casey says in this brand new trailer for Tomorrowland.

“And then it was gone,” she adds. This fleeting land she’s referring to seems to be just out of her tangible reach. In fact, she is only able to see its beauty when she is holding onto a special pin.

Casey’s only real chance of actually entering this other world is with the help of Frank, who isn’t exactly jumping at the chance to help the plucky teen out. Actually, when she knocks on his door, his exact words are, “what do you want?” They don’t have much time to hash it out, though, before authorities show up at Frank’s home demanding they release Casey to them.

And this is where the action begins!

‘An Enigmatic Place’

Bound by a shared destiny, former boy-genius Frank, jaded by disillusionment, and Casey, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as “Tomorrowland,” according to an official plot description. What they must do there changes the world—and them—forever.

The film promises to take audiences on a thrill ride of nonstop adventures through new dimensions that have only been dreamed of. Excitingly, Tomorrowland features a script from Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof, as well as Brad Bird, who will also direct.

Rihanna’s Coachella Outfit: Wears Fur Coat…

Even though temperatures soared over 90 degrees during the first weekend of the Coachella music festival, (and most celebs stepped out in crop tops and shorts), RiRi totally stood out in a bright purple fur! What do you think of her statement look?

You don’t have to morph into a boho babe with a flower crown to totally take the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival by storm — and Rihanna , 26, is a perfect example of that! The songstress stayed true to her unique sense of style when she emerged in a purple, full-length fur coat, which she paired with pink boots as she was spotted at the Empire Polo Club for Coachella in Indio, California — and the look left us quite confused!

Rihanna’s Coachella Outfit — Fur Coat In The Desert:

We never know what to expect when it comes to Rihanna and her quirky sense of style — and that proved to be the case when she was spotted at Coachella in a full-length fur. At first we had to do a total double take — especially because it was a bright and sunny, 88-degree day. Sure, in the desert the temperature does drop at night, but the low for the evening was 63 degrees — not exactly ideal for breaking out your favorite fur.

RiRi loves fur — and this isn’t the first time we’ve seen her in a colorful fur coat! Additionally, fur is a major trend, both for Spring and Fall 2015 — but even though we saw fur coats come down the runway for spring doesn’t mean this was the right time to rock it.

If you do want to try fur for spring like RiRi, we recommend faux fur — it definitely won’t hold in heat like the real thing. A faux fur vest can be paired over a little dress or even separates, making it a great way to rock the trend in an appropriate yet seriously effortless way.

Although we’re not quite sure why the star even packed the coat for Coachella, she clearly couldn’t wait to show it off — she’s on such a purple kick these days! In fact, she paired it with a bold and bright purple lip. She added to her colorful ensemble with a pair of bright pink boots, which she wore undone.

While we love how Rihanna manages to pull off all of her head-turning looks, we just can’t get behind the whole fur-in-the-desert-heat theme. Not the most practical look, RiRi!

What do you think? Are you obsessing with her unique take on festival fashion?
