Don`t be jealous cause theres trick that you can use to make yourself beautiful.

Faces were judged as most attractive when the distance between the eyes was 46 percent of the face’s width and when the distance from eyes to mouth was 36 percent of the face’s length, according to the study published in the most recent issue of the journal Vision Research.

So you want to be beautiful, do some makeup like using eyeliner to make the distance between your the eyes the same percentage as written above.

Beside using makeup to make you beautiful, you also have to make sure that you have a smooth skin to start with.No point of doing thick makeup to cover your face that is full of acne .It will look really unnatural and not beautiful.

Having Confidence also add up to being beautiful cost it will show from inside out.
It is really easy for others to see if the confidence you have is real or you are just pretending. So get too know yourself better and search to things or event that will make you confident.

Exercise and healthy diet is important to look and feel beautiful. You are what you eat and Exercise will improve blood circulation and you will feel more positive.Having a better body resulted by the exercise will increase your confidence level too.

Hair and clothing will also impact on how other look on you.Having a beautiful face but wearing sloppy clothes and crazy hair will not make people noice you as beautiful

Last but not least
remember average is the key. Do not over do it.otherwise it will look really fake.

botox for $15

beauty treatment are now more affordable that more young and younger people turn to it now.

If one use medical treatment to look young its just no big deal and nothing to be proud of, but if one take care of herself and still look young even at old age,she should be proud of herself.Especially nowaday we are busy and lot of thing that can make we aged easily such as pollution and fast food.

Being active in life also make ones look younger and have a healthy heart. There are many ways to be health. What matter is we have treasure ourself and take care of ourself and our body.

taking care of our body include skincare regime ,exercise , handle stress properly ,eating healthy and taking vitamins and so on.everyone has her on way, what matter is to start early. If you have not done so ,start now.nothing is too late.

I have once read that wrinkle can be considered beautiful as it is a rememberance of what she have gone through in life and have a lot of stories to tell that we can learn from.People can take it as charisma .Perhaps that why some young man fall in love with older women.

Its all a matter of perception as the saying goes

There no ugly women ,just lazy one.

That's one of my favourite quote. It really true that theres no ugly women.every women has individual unique features. And every one is special in her own way.it all matter on how you take care of yourself especially your face and have high self esteem. a beauty face will turn ugly ,full of acne and scar,if you are lazy to wash it and do proper skincare regime.

If you don`t know the proper skincare regime ,do something and learn.Don't be lazy and do nothing about it.You have to know about Cleanser,Moisturizer and all that. This site also have some basic guide to skincare so do stay, read and navigate along this site.

SINGAPORE, Feb 17 - Despite the threat of job losses and the country's deepest economic recession, seven in 10 Singaporeans will continue to spend on beauty products and services, a small industry survey showed.

One in every two polled said they spent at least S$50 a month on beauty products and a third said they would be cutting back on other lifestyle choices, not beauty, according to a survey by the organiser of the BeautyAsia 2009 exhibition.

"I don't think any of us has ever really appreciated how important looking good is to Singaporeans," show organiser Gillian Loh said in a statement.

"For the majority, it is a 'must-have' rather than a luxury."

Shopping is considered a pastime for many people in this small city-state of 4.6 million and cosmetics counters at department stores on central Orchard Road are often crowded.

The poll fits in with what economists often call the "lipstick factor", referring to the historic rise in sales of beauty products as consumers spend on small luxuries to offset their overall belt-tightening.

Despite the government's dire warning the economy could shrink by five percent this year, around 36 percent of respondents said they would keep their current standard of living, according to the poll of just under 100 people aged over 18, which was conducted in January.

Even those who said they would review their beauty spending would just switch to house brands over designer levels, it said.

And if you're like me you probably have a cabinet full of anti aging skin cream jars and tubes that make your cabinet look better than you.

Don't feel bad. We all want to have healthy, youthful skin. And like most people, we're willing to spend our hard earned money on getting it.

However, cosmetic companies are taking unfair advantage of this huge demand for anti aging skin care products. In their haste to get their products into the marketplace and our money in their pockets, these companies cut corners in developing their anti aging skin cream and then deceptively promote these inferior products as being the answer to our skin care problems.

So in my frustration I decided to do the one thing that most cosmetic companies are counting on consumers NOT doing: some research into why the majority of these products fall miserably short of their promises. And what I discovered were some big lies that are making these companies lots of money and leaving us frustrated and angry.

The first lie is that the reason you're being asked to pay so much for a jar of anti aging skin care cream is because the ingredients are so good. What you're really paying for is the second lie: the cost of advertising that uses models air-brushed to perfection and high-paid celebrities that probably don't even use the product. You're also paying for an attractive design of the jars and tubes that belies the substandard quality of what's inside.

Many skin care products are made up of cheap and, ultimately, harmful ingredients. Mineral oil, dioxane, fragrances, parabens and alcohols make up most skin care products and have less to do with the health of your skin and more to do with creamy consistency and shelf life. If it feels good and smells good, then it must be good, right? Wrong!

These ingredients clog your skin's pores and unnecessarily expose you to harmful chemicals.

Well, you might say, "But I do see an improvement in the appearance of my skin when I use these creams."

Which leads us to our next lie, because you're not seeing a true improvement in your skin. What you're getting is the temporary "filler" effect of lines and wrinkles that these products produce. Once you wash the stuff off your face your skin is right back where it started.

Does this mean that we're crazy to believe that there is an anti aging skin care cream that can really deliver what it promises?

I'm happy to tell you that the answer is a big fat NO! You're not crazy. Just uninformed. But now I'm going to tell you just what you should look for when you want to purchase a quality, effective anti aging skin cream.

You need a product that contains ingredients that stimulate your skin's own ability to produce collagen...not collagen itself! If you're looking to buy a cream because it contains collagen then you're wasting your money.

The most important ingredients you want to look for include phytessence wakame, cynergy TK, and CoQ10. These ingredients have been proven to naturally and effectively block harmful enzymes, improve moisture retention, inhibit the production of free radicals and promote natural collagen production. Also, look for products that are fragrance-free.

But I should call your attention to the fact that some cosmetic companies will throw in low concentrations of these ingredients just so they can be listed on the label. This helps to achieve the credibility of a good product without actually having to pay the high cost of producing a good product. However, in order for anti aging skin care products to be effective, they must contain high concentrations of these ingredients.

Well, now that you've become informed, take what you've learned and apply it to some some simple research to find a really effective anti aging skin care product that you can have confidence in. All it takes is a little time to reduce the effects of time by finding the best anti aging skin cream available. After all, you're really worth it!

It usually happens to individuals who have very active sebaceous glands. The excess oil on the skin makes it hard to inhibit clogging of the pores, as a consequence in accumulation of dead cells and hence formation of acne or pimples. Your looks can be spoilt because of it.

Therefore, it is important to follow a good skin care routine to have a smooth, flawless, and glowing skin. There are a few factors that cause oily skin:

• Hormone levels
• Diet
• Cosmetics
• Heredity
• Pregnancy
• Birth control pills
• Humidity and very hot weather

Taking care of oily skin properly is a tricky process that needs a balance between eliminating adequate of the excessive oil to get rid of the problem without making a new one by eliminating too much and causing dry skin.

Here are some tips how to treat your oily skin and restore fresh-faced balance, clean, and shiny to your skin:

1. Washing with Warm, not Hot Water
It is essential to remove the excessive oils but not to remove them all. The soap that used with hot water will work easier to remove the oil and dirt from your face and accelerate the whole process and may direct to dry skin and flaking. Scrub your face gently should be sufficient to get rid of your oily skin problem without causing a dry skin problem in the process. Avoid scrubbing it too hard, as this can irritate the skin.

2. Use Mild Soap
One washing per day with a mild soap should be adequate to get rid of the excessive oils while leaving enough behind to keep moisture and protect skin. Keep away from any soap that contain alcohol or harsh soaps to strip away oil. Your glands will instinctively replenish lost oil and will increase their oil production. This could create more health problems than existed with the oily skin. Try to get soap with all-natural ingredients such as olive, almond, or even avocado oil. All have deep-penetrating qualities that will refill the skin and help retain moisture.

3. Moisturizer and Sunscreen
Choose non-acnegenic or non-comedogenic products instead, that are less likely to block your pores. You also can use an oil-free sunscreen with a minimum SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of 15 when exposed to the sun. But, keep away from creamy moisturizers and sunscreens. Make sure they are oil free.

4. Oil-Free Makeup and Facial Product
Choose powder-based products, or products particularly intended for oily skin, such as containing acne medication. These will work to remove the excessive oil and treat your pores simultaneously. But before applying makeup, use an antiseptic day cream with active ingredients that reduce sebaceous secretions. Don't use a lot of liquid-based foundation, eye-shadow, blush, or concealer. In addition, if you want to sleep while there is still makeup on your skin, don’t forget to remove it. Another reason why pores are blocked is the interaction of oil on the skin and chemicals in makeup.

5. Avoid Stress
There is certainly a correlation between oily skin and stress. Androgens generate a lot more oil when you are stressed, busy, or anxious which unavoidably leads to oily skin. So always take the time to relax.

6. Natural Remedy
A combination of cucumber juice with limejuice is an excellent remedy that should be applied on your skin half an hour before having a bath. You also may add a few drops of eau de cologne to the combination. This combination prevents development of acne and gets rid of excess oil from the skin.

The excess oil on the surface of the skin attracts dirt and dust from the environment. oily skin is also prone to black heads, white heads, spots, pimples and such skin will never be clear. Oily skin is caused by glands that produce too much sebum, resulting in skin that has a greasy slippery texture, appears shiny and is frequently has large, clogged pores. Oily skin types are prone to develop acne, a condition resulting from sebum trapped inside the skin and causing pus-filled lesions known as comedones. Oily skin looks shiny and also has a sort of hardness to it that goes beyond the nice firmness of normal skin—a sort of thickness. Pores are larger and more visible and, due to the excess oil, there's more of a tendency toward pimples, blackheads, whiteheads etc. During pregnancy and menopause, hormonal imbalances can also upset the oil balance and increase the activity of sebaceous glands. Many people have skin that is oily only in certain areas and dry or normal in others, a condition known as combination skin.

Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. Vitamin A capsules help control oil production to a certain extent. It is important for those with this skin type to have an oil-free diet with lots of vegetables and water and to move their bowels regularly. Anti-bacterial, antiseptic neem soap, with the right pH balance, is good for this kind of skin. Use hot water when washing your face. Hot water dissolves skin oil better than lukewarm or cold water. Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week. Choose cosmetic and facial care products specifically designed for oily skin. Before applying makeup, use an antiseptic day cream with active ingredients that diminish sebaceous secretions Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week. Try using a clay or mud mask.

Oily Skin Care Tips

1. Cleanse your face two or three times daily with good old soap and water.

2. Avoid using cleansers that tend to overdry skin. This paradoxically causes your skin to produce even more oil than usual.

3. Use only noncomedogenic moisturizers and sunscreen products'this means they're oil-free and won't clog pores.

4. Shower or bathe in tepid rather than steaming-hot water. Hot water can strip your skin of needed moisture, while cold water can shock your skin.

5. Avoid skincare products that leave your skin feeling taut and dehydrated.

6. Try using a clay or mud mask.

7. Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week.

8. Choose cosmetic and facial care products specifically designed for oily skin.

9. Before applying makeup, use an antiseptic day cream with active ingredients that diminish sebaceous secretions. Look for benzyl peroxide in the list of active ingredients.

10. Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week.

There are plenty of ingredients that you have at home and you can use to create your own beauty products.

Here is a collection of tips and tricks to make you naturally beautiful:

- Make a homemade beauty facial scrub from grapes. Mash a handful of grapes. Strain them to separate the pulp from the juice. Remove the skins and mash the pulp and juice with 1 tablespoon of almond flour.

- Make a homemade hair rinse. Use Aloe vera gel to thicken your hair. Massage it into your scalp then leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing.

- Make a homemade beauty facial mask with sugar and oil. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with a few drops of olive oil for a sweet facial exfoliant. This can be mixed in larger quantities for full body exfoliation.

- Make a homemade beauty facial mask with honey and bananas. Make sure the bananas are not overripe. Mash 2 teaspoons of ashed banana, 2 teaspoons of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of milk and 1 teaspoon honey. After 10 minutes, massage it into your face. Allow it to sit for 5 more minutes and then rinse with warm water.

How do scrubs work? The scrub, when on, is a king of peel. The dead skin cells adhere to the slightly dried paste and are removed by the friction created when you gently massage it over your face. The result is a healthier looking and refreshed skin.

If your skin is dry and easily irritated, don’t wash more than once a day. You may risk stripping the skin of its natural oils. Dr. Franks recommends looking for non-irritating cleansing washes that are soap-free, moisturizers that are light, oil-free, and water-based to help maintain the skin’s natural barrier.

For a skin softening bath, add 1/4 cup honey to the water, and 1 teaspoon of lemon.

And more:

- Make a homemade beauty facial mask with apples or pears. Add the piece of fruit to one tablespoon of honey.

- Make a homemade moisturizing exfoliant. (do not use in your face) In an air-tight jar, mix together the sugar, the salts and the coffee granules (the concentration of the ingredientes is not important at this point, just experiment with different quantities) Add in the oil. Rub all over your skin in the shower, and then rinse off thoroughly. The mixture will naturally become quite oily. Next, pat the skin dry with a towel.Your skin will be soft and smooth.

- Make a homemade moisturizing whitening bath for your nails. Get a bowl with plenty of lemon juice as to cover your nais. Clean your nails, removing any polish you may have on. Dip your nails in the bowl, and keep them there for two minutes. Rinse your nails and apply hand lotion for best results.

They either do nothing, just accepting the fact that their skin is dry, or they try product after product without ever finding something that resolves the situation: when the product comes off, the skin is still dry. As the skin is designed to protect the rest of the body and, without that protection, we are more vulnerable to dehydration, disease, damage from chemicals and pollution, and other skin problems such as eczema, rashes, and so on, it's important to fix it. There are two basic changes you can make that will move things in the right direction - first, start exfoliating, and second, use a dry skin treatment that repairs the surface layer rather than just coating it.

Why is exfoliating important? The surface layer of normal, healthy skin consists in part of dead skin cells. However, too many dead skin cells cause a problem: as they tend to be cracked, moisture escapes through the skin and, in turn, the skin dries out further. This causes more cracking which then causes more moisture loss and the skin becomes more susceptible to penetration of chemicals, pollutants and bacteria. It's a never-ending cycle. When you exfoliate you remove the excess dry skin cells and replace them with healthy cells that are more capable of producing water and thereby restoring natural moisture.

In order to exfoliate without creating further damage, it's important to exfoliate only when needed and to use products that are gentle. Natural products are best. You can even make your own from ingredients found in your kitchen. Check the Internet for masque and exfoliant recipes. Once a week will suffice but you can monitor the frequency by feeling your skin - run your fingers gently along your face, if you feel little patches that are slightly rough, it's time to exfoliate.

The next step is to heal the surface layer. This is best done with a shielding lotion. A good shielding lotion bonds with the outer layer of the skin to form a protective barrier that locks in the natural moisture and keeps chemicals and other outside irritants out. This protection then allows the skin to actually heal, unlike the usual moisturizers that simply make the skin feel smooth when they coat it.

Often, the combination of exfoliating and using a shielding lotion will be all the dry skin treatment you need. Give it a try!

There are so many products to choose from that you just do not know where to start. Do you choose one certain brand because it is endorsed by a celebrity or do you choose another brand because it is affordable?

But whichever products that you choose to use there are still other factors that need to be taken into account. First of all is that if you do have dry skin then it is up to you to take the initiative and to take the desired action.

Now let us suppose that a person has decided to buy some skin care products in order to help with their dry skin condition. But this will not mean that this is the end for having dry skin.

And the reason for this is because such creams cannot and will not be able to stop a person from smoking for instance. There is also the case of a having a poor diet that lacks anything natural but consists of only processed foods. These are other factors that can also contribute to having dry skin.

But there are some medical conditions that may cause a person to have dry skin, and so a cream or lotion will be prescribed in order to provide a means of treatment to the condition whether it be eczema, psoriasis, dry skin or even the result of an allergy.

But even still such creams will have their limitations, and you should realise that no instant cure will be obtained as soon as the skin is applied to the affected area. What is needed is a good daily skin care routine.

There are a number of factors that determine what skin care product a person uses. Sometimes it can be the case that the person has been using a certain product for a number of years, and does not want to change. Or what used to be available is not any more, and there is nothing else that is quite as suitable.

However if a skin care product is not available any longer, that does mean that as suitable alternative is not available. Many of the skin care products are better today than ever before, especially with the boom in natural and organic skin care products.

There are also many oils that are available such as coconut oil that is wonderful for helping to provide a great treatment in the relief of dry skin.
Dry skin care is more than about just making the skin moist, it is also about helping to prevent the signs of ageing. So any skin care range that you do buy should help to stimulate the production of collagen, which helps to keep the skin firm and prevent it from losing its elasticity.

So there is more to a skin care product then providing moisture, it has a lot of other tasks that it needs to perform as well. In fact there are no limits in what a good skin care lotion can perform. Natural skin care products are able to perform all of these without causing any damage to the skin at all.

But it is not just about looking after your skin there is a level of vanity involved. After all having a polished look does help you to be more attractive towards others, and your level of confidence has gone through the roof.

And the image of looking good, also reflects a person having a healthy body and healthy lifestyle which are paramount in our fast modern world.
However, when it comes to skin types, it is quite likely that a man is to have oily skin compared to that of a woman, and so men will generally have to deal with more oily skin related problems such as acne, spots and other skin blemishes.

There are a number of reasons why people have oily skin and this can occur in various parts of the body, but not surprisingly the most common area is that of the face.

The glands in the skin sometimes are overactive and as a result excess oils are produced. The natural oily like substance created by the skin is that called sebum. Any over activity of these glands tends to take place during any hormonal changes and so this is why you tend to see a lot of teenagers suffering from oily skin.

But that is just one factor as to why oily skin happens. Other factors include diet, genes, poor skin care and even the weather.

As you will be aware, oily skin brings with it spots, acne, blackheads as well as a very shiny face. If you are wondering why oily skin is prone to spots and acne, well it is that fact that the oil is essentially acting like a glue and therefore attracts more dirt and bacteria compared to other skin types.

It is important that you start to control your oily skin from the outset, otherwise matters could much worse, and you do not want to deal with acne and oily skin, and possibly acne scars in the future.

One other reason that men especially want to care for their skin and stop oily skin in its tracks, is because the skin is shiny, it looks dirty, and you could be mistaken for not having had a shower before leaving the house. Can you imagine that!

However given the disadvantages of oily skin there of course certain advantages and the main one is that you will not age as quickly compared to someone who has dry skin that is more susceptible to wrinkles. And for this reason, this is why a lot of men do look younger than women once they get over fifty.

You therefore need to all that you can to make sure that you obtain a natural balance for your skin in that it is not too oily and also not too dry.

This article looks at tips to help your skin look it's best.

For most women, part of the morning and evening routines involve a skincare regimen of applying creams, moisturizers, tonics, lotions, and the like. Why do women put themselves through this? They do it primarily to combat the signs of aging, and to maintain youthful looks and beautiful skin! It is a safe bet, however, that most women haven't put much thought into what is in the products that they are using.

Some women probably do not realize that what they are putting on their skin may actually be undermining what they are trying to prevent to begin with. In fact the average woman puts twelve products on her skin daily, most of which contain harmful chemical preservatives.

Dr. Myron Wentz, founder and chairperson of USANA Health Sciences, has this to say about beauty in the company magazine's June/July 2005 issue: "Some say that beauty is only skin deep. Nonsense! I believe that true beauty is a reflection of true health, and true health begins deep inside each and every cell in the body. But true health and true beauty have an outer component, which is why we require protection from environmental insults such as solar radiation, pollutants in our environment and the drying effects of air.

The fact is you simply cannot contain a healthy body if your skin isn't healthy. And your skin can't be healthy if your are subjecting it to toxic substances that are ultimately absorbed into your body."

So, what can women do? How can they combat environmental pollutants, the affect of solar radiation, and the drying effects of air? How can they be sure they are using the very best products on their skin so they can be healthy inside and out?

Here are some tips to assist in this process:

- Be very aware of what is in skincare products. Use products that are all natural as much as possible.

- Look for products that contain Dermal Surface Renewal Technology. DSR smoothes away existing signs of aging such as laugh lines, crows feet, and dullness.

- Use products that have regenisomes. Regenisomes penetrate the skin to speed cell renewal after sun exposure. They also use the light of photosomes to undo sun damage, and have ultrasomes to renew skin while sleeping.

- Find products with Proteo-C and Proflavonol-T. These two vitamins protect the skin from premature aging caused by the sun, pollution, and other environmental factors. They also provide advanced nutrition to the skin to keep it appearing smooth and firm.

- If possible, use products that are paraben free. Parabens are synthetic chemical preservatives that are widely used in personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair styling products, make-up, facial masks, skin lotions and creams, and deodorants. They also are typically ingredients in baby lotions, shampoos, and other personal care products for infants and children.

In addition, parabens are in many foods and pharmaceutical products. Researchers are beginning to find parabens in benign and malignant human breast tumors. While some studies have challenged their toxicity in many products and question their long term affect on humans, using products that are paraben free can eliminate the risk of exposure to this harmful chemical.

- Drink plenty of water! Water hydrates skin and hair as well as flushes toxins out of the body.

- Limit stress or learn to manage it effectively. Stress is harmful both emotionally and physically. Find that stress reliever activity that works best and use it on a daily basis!

These beauty tips should help you achieve your goal of having natural beauty and health. Just be aware of what you are doing on a daily basis
