The Many Uses of Emu Oil

Some of these uses either have been or are in the process of being documented by research studies, while others are from personal experiences.

Diet Solution - Guidelines for 1st Time Users

1. Research the web for other testimonials and write-up re your target diet pill.
2. If you have a family doctor, list down the ingredients of the pill and seek advise from the doc.
3. For those with special health conditions, bring the actual pill to the doctor and have it checked by him or any chemist to certify that the content will not aggravate or cause any negative effect to you.
4. If the doctor gave you a “GO”, initially buy one (1) box. For testing purposes.
5. Take the pill and observe your metabolic, psychological, physical, emotional, mental and physiological reaction.
6. Be aware of these: rapid heart palpitation, sleeplessness, LBM, nausea, recurring headache, vomiting, stomach acidity, depression, etc.). Immediately stop taking the pill.
7. Wait for another week and try out other brands if you really want a pill-based diet program. But remember, for every new try-out, do STEP 1 religiously.

Bad news, some diet pills do HAVE a RELAPSE effect. Again, this issue is dependent on the body type. If the inherited genes came from a family that are usually large-types or has a tendency to be eventually large, a maintenance pill is normally recommended to control the development of being large but you have the option to maintain it by adhering to a healthy type of living such as religious exercise and prevention of taking food with high carbo and calories. If a person has the tendency to absorb and maintain the component necessary to control food intake (which is by the way, met a few), that is definitely good news. Relapse MAY take some time or NONE at all.

Q3. WILL I GET IMMUNED TO A CERTAIN PILL?
