I always use body scrub twice a week, First time I bought boot body scrub "Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub" ( buy 1 get 1 free that's why I bought it hahaha)

How I use it: I cleaned my body with soap, washed off and then I applied scrub pretty much just like body wash , scrubbing in a circular motion to remove the dead skin cells and left it on my skin for 10 minutes.

How it feels: Smell good and made my skin softer, scrub didn't make me hurt. My ex-boyfriend couldn't resist me everytime I used it (hahaha that's the best point of it).

Buy it again? : If it sales "Buy 1 get 1 free" again, I will buy it next time.

Next my younger sister bought soap & glory sugar scrup and why I have to buy a new one, I shared it with her (without shared her money hahaha).

How I use it: I used it the same way as Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub.

How it feels: Smell ummm... it smells good, fruity smell, but I prefer vanilla smell and it melt so fast. By the way my skin feels soft and it feels so good, I love my feeling after using this than vanilla scrub. I think except the smell and melt so fast, this sugar scrub is better than vanilla scrub.

Buy it again? : If my sister buy it (hahaha :P).

You can make it at home, I didn't try it yet but I think it's easy to make.

Next is Victoria's secret scub, it discounted that time about 7$.

How I use it: I used it the same way as Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub.

How it feels: It smells clean, mint and fresh. It melt as fast as soap & glory but the feeling after used it, I think soap & glory is better.

Buy it again? : Nope, I think soap & glory is better choice if I want to use sugar scrub.

and right now I used my homemade scrub cheap and good hahaha, I can't even tell how soft my skin feels, I will tell you how to make my body scrub
next post.

- Cutto bud
- Nail polish remover
- Sponge
- Clear nail polish
- Violet blue nail polish
- Gold nail polish
- Clear orange nail polish
- Dark blue nail polish
- While nail polish

Now we have everything we need, let's start

1. Plain nail

2. Apply dark blue nail polish

3. Put white nail polish on the sponge

4. Apply white color from sponge to your nail to create a nebular

5. Apply gold on a sponge

6. Apply gold color

7. Apply orange by sponge

8. Apply violet blue by sponge

9. Make some dot by white nail polish (you can use toothpick to help making dots)

10. Put on a top coat to keep colors stay and make it more shiny

Yeah! you hands and nails, we all overlook them because we think it's unnessary, but... your hands can tell your age.

Hands are part of our body that careless and unprotected from sun, they can have freckles or blemishs. Your hands will get older than your face, you can do plastic surgery with your face but what about your hands??

Let's protect and take care your hand, you can start it now.

First week:

- After wash dishes, clean youe house, wash clothes or whatever that make your hands wet or get dirty. After that clean and wipe your hands and then apply lotion on your hands immediately, any kinds of lotion (it's not specific just only handcream).

- Stop using your nails as staple remover.

- Don't bite your nails.

- Before go to sleep, apply vitamin E on your nails.

- Apply lotion... and then... sleep.

How to apply vitamin E on your nails and cuticles:

- Pop a hole in the vitamin E capsule with a pin. Squeeze the capsule so some of the oil starts to come out.

- Collect the oil with a small brush.

- Brush the oil over the cuticles on your left hand.

- Massage the oil over the cuticles with the fingers of your right hand. This will stimulate the circulation of blood in the area, which helps your nails grow.

- Repeat Steps 1 and 2 with another vitamin E capsule for the right hand, using your left hand to apply the vitamin E oil and massage it in.

How to make hair treatment at home: DIY

I love long hair but always like 2-3 inches from the ends are completely split!
So I had to cut it off and it's sure that made my hair look better.

But I found the better way to make my hair heathy and shine, use hair treatments, I got how to make hair treatment from my favorite beauty website http://www.jeban.com/viewtopic.php?t=118871.

Let's see what we need:
-4 tablespoons of yogurt
-1 tablespoons of honey
-2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil

How to make and use it:
- Mix all ingrediens together.
- Then apply on your hair except the root about 3 inches (otherwise it'll make your hair oily).
- Leave this treatment stay on your hair at least 30 minutes.
- Wash your hair (2 times will be good) and use hair conditioner.

P.S. This treatment will make your hair rough first and then when you wash your hair, it will be soft and silky.
