Paris Hilton is suffering a new bout of cellphone drama. The heiress-turned-TV starlet reportedly lost two mobile devices on a flight to the Philippines for a visit to promote a hotel resort.

Television footage showed Hilton combing through a bag looking upset while she was surrounded by airline staff at the Manila airport late Sunday after arriving from Dubai.

According to reports, the airport and airline authorities investigated whether the cellphones were "snatched away" or just a careless action on the part of Hilton. They later found out that the cellphones were missing before Emirate Airways flight EK334 in Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

But some of the news outlets in Hong Kong falsely reported that Hilton's cellphones were snatched away upon arrival in Manila which created some negative views about Philippines.

Hong Kong and the Philippines are currently experiencing difficulty on their diplomatic relationships since the Manila Hostage Crisis in 2010 where eight Hong Kong nationals were killed by a crazy police officer.

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton attended the courtesy call made by Congressman and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao at a hotel inside Makati Business District. She will be staying in Manila for 5 days.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has finally arrived in Manila late Sunday night.

"Mabuhay Philippines! I just arrived, thousands of fans waiting at the airport when I walked in. I feel so welcomed here! Mahal ko kayo!" she wrote on her official Twitter account.

Paris Hilton is in Manila to meet with her friend, Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee as well as inaugurate her Paris Hilton boutique and promote a beach resort. (AP Photo)

Hilton arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on board Emirates Airways from Dubai late Sunday evening.

During the last boxing match of Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas, the heiress had expressed her desire to visit the country.

The Hollywood star is expected to stay in the Philippines for a couple of days to meet up with Pacquiao and wife, Jinkee, and to open her fourth store (Paris Hilton Handbags and Accessories) at the SM Megamall in Pasig City.

Hilton will also help design a property developed by Century Properties in Manila.

Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren have added another little girl their brood: baby Haven Garner Warren, People reports.

"She was born on Saturday, weighed 7 lbs. and was 19 inches long," Alba wrote on her official Facebook page, announcing the happy news. "Healthy and happy! Big sister Honor couldn't be more excited about the new addition to our family."

"Thank you for all of your support during my pregnancy," the post continued. "It means the world to me."

The prosecutor general has formally charged former Miss Colombia Valerie Dominguez for fraudulently receiving government subsidies meant for poor farmers.

Anti-corruption prosecutor Martin Moreno charged the former beauty queen with falsifying a private document and embezzling government subsidies.

Although the former beauty queen and her in-law family were the first to return the money they embezzled which reportedly totaled over $1.5 million dollars, Moreno asserted she should still be held responsible for the fraud.

The AIS corruption scandal is one of the biggest to hit officials of the administration of former President Alvaro Uribe. Former Agriculture Minister Andres Felipe Arias was sent to jail while awaiting trial for allegedly embezzling a total of $25 million to gather political support for his 2010 presidential aspirations.

Police reports say 21-year-old actor Kiowa Gordon, who plays a werewolf named Embry Call in the "Twilight" movie series, was arrested in Arizona earlier this week on an outstanding warrant.

The arrest warrant was issued for Gordon after he failed to appear following a Feb. 2010 guilty plea in Scottsdale Municipal Court to possession and use of drug paraphernalia and giving liquor to a minor/ underage consumption.

Local publications originally reported that Gordon was arrested on a DUI charge, but TMZ claims the actor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a "routine registration check," outside of Phoenix.

The entertainment site reports that authorities took Gordon into custody once they discovered there was an active warrant for his arrest.

Gordon plays wolf pack member Embry Call in the "Twilight" movies.

The popular "Twilight" series involves a teenage girl caught in a love triangle between vampires and werewolves.

Young actor Joseph Bitangcol is now safe after figuring in a car accident in Antipolo, his mother said on Wednesday.

"Ang humampas sa kanya ay 'yung left side ng face niya, may wakwak ang right finger. Ang initial findings ng doctor ay may fracture sa left side ng face at sa baba, kailangan yata ng operation. Pero so far ay out of danger naman," Bitangcol's mother, Lydia, said in an interview with ABS-CBN's "Showbiz News Ngayon."

Lydia also denied reports saying that her son was drunk when the incident happened.

"'Yung alam ko eh hindi [siya lasing] kasi galing siya sa taping. Noong kinakausap ko maliwanag naman siyang kausap," she said.

Bitangcol and his 5 companions were riding a Mitsubushi Montero and speeding along Sumulong Highway when a 10-wheeler truck appeared and sideswiped their vehicle, causing it to crash into a post.

They were first brought to the Amang Rodriguez Medical Center in Marikina City. Bitangcol was then transferred to the Marikina Valley Medical Center.

In a separate interview, Victor Beltran, driver of the 10-wheeler truck, denied that he was drunk and that he was driving fast when the incident happened.

He is currently under custodial investigation, said P/S Randay Amaro of the Antipolo City Police.

"Sila po ang lasing hindi po ako, pasensiya sa nangyari, wala naman pong may gusto noon. 'Yun na nga, wala akong kasalanan ako ang nakulong. Mabagal po ang takbo ng truck dahil may karga. Di po pwedeng bilisan ang takbo kapag may karga," he said.

Bitangcol entered showbiz in 2004 via ABS-CBN's reality talent search, "Star Circle Quest." He eventually left the Kapamilya network due to "misunderstandings."

He is the former boyfriend of Sandara Park, a Korean "Star Circle Quest" contestant who is know part of K-Pop sensation 2ne1.

In 2008, many were shocked when Bitangcol did a gay film with Polo Ravales.

Another youth sensation is the center of attention by the netizens from around the world. She is Janela Lelis, a 12-year-old student from Malinao, Albay, Philippines. She became popular during the devastation of typhoon "Juaning" in Albay where she was caught saving a Philippine flag from the ravaging flood, risking her life.

According to media reports, Janela’s brother asked her to look after the school’s flag after it was borrowed by one of the nearby barangays for its fiesta celebration. However, when Juaning battered Bicol, the flag was in danger of being swept away just like many of the school’s properties. That’s when Janela took it upon herself to save the flag. She can be seen carrying the Philippine flag home through knee-deep water and driving rain.

“We salute Janela for displaying a deep sense of citizenship and patriotism at such a young age. May she serve as a model to all Filipino students so that they may all take to heart the importance of protecting and honoring the symbol of our nation’s independence, the Philippine flag.”
