Well I am still in the process of doing that. I have been told that it should take about a year and I will need many web sights in order to do that. So..... I am including in this blog some of the sights that I have come up with over the past year. Some have similar subjects but some are not even related, just a practice page.
Please Check out my links or sites listed below. If you like them please recommend them to your friends on Facebook as one thing I have learned is that traffic or people viewing my sight may at some point mean money.

Using Natural Dyes to Make Easter Eggs
History Of the Udranian Easter Egg
New High-Tech Kitchen Gadgets
Never the less I will keep at this for a while longer as I know that I was scammed by the company that is "schooling" supposedly teaching me how to make money online and if I don't keep trying they will say that I didn't follow through on what was taught to me in the "webinars"

Kitchen Gadgets Lists

There are so many people who have a list of their favorite kitchen gadgets. There are even lists of useless kitchen gadgets. I think most of these lists depend on your life style, what you like to eat , how you cook it, and even how big your kitchen is. The first and most important gadget for me is the Coffee maker. You can find the exact one I use at The Best Kitchen Gadgets. I find it rather difficult to spend lots of dollars at those famous coffee spots when you can make the very same things right in your own kitchen. No fighting the morning traffic to get to it and you can drink it in your robe if you are able to stay home for the day. You will even be able to find the accessories at my website.

AppleFest

Went to Applefest this weekend. Good time. I enjoyed Carmel Apple cupcakes, and fresh squeezed Apple juice. No sugar, no salt no preservatives. They were using the juicer listed at The Best Kitchen Gadgets
I actually looking for a juicer cider maker similar to the one my sister has. It is one that you have the apples on the top of a double boiler style kettle then the juice runs down into a separate part, almost like a still.
One being this little gadget. Chilled Condiment Caddy This gadget has room below each compartment that you can put ice. it will keep those pickles and onions or any other condiment that you may like to serve with your BBQ cold.
I have a bamboo tong that I purchased for using in a silver-stone frying pan for turning bacon, not real impressed with the way they work. I have a scissor type tong also. I use this tong more for serving spaghetti and placing those long pieces of lasagna in the pan. There may those of you out there that own a good pair of tongs-- probably 8" Stainless Steel and a lock that allows them to stay shut when not in use -- you wonder how you ever got by without them. Tongs can be used for turning a piece of meat in the pan, pulling a hot baking sheet towards you if it's gone too far back in the oven, serving and plating food...you get it. The choices are many and possibilities are endless.
Measuring cups may be made of plastic, glass, metal and even Progressive Collapsible .

Most chefs' will tell you that you need to measure accurately. If you are an experienced baker or cook, you most likely have learned when accuracy is important. I myself have found only a few cases where accuracy is important. There is also a difference between dry measure and liquid. When using a Measuring Cup , keep in mind that these types of measuring cups tend to be most accurate when used to measure amounts that are close to their maximum capacity. Just try to pour one cup liquid into a one cup dry measuring cup, it may run over.
Measuring Dry Ingredients
You should use nested graduated measuring cups to measure dry ingredients like flour, sugar, oatmeal, and cocoa. Dry measuring cups are designed so that they can be leveled off by sweeping a straight edge, like the back of a knife, across the top.
Here are a couple more things to keep in mind when measuring dry ingredients:
1. Brown sugar tends to hold a lot of air between its sugar crystals and that air needs to be squeezed out in order to get an accurate measurement. For this reason, brown sugar is 'packed' when it's measured. Fill the measuring cup and pack it down and refill until the cup is level.
2. Butter and margarine should be measured based on the markings lines shown on the sides of the paper wrapping.
3. Semi-solid foods such as peanut butter, sour cream, mayonnaise and shortening should be packed into measuring cups to remove all air bubbles until they are level with the top of the cup. An easier way to measure these types of ingredients is to use a plunger style measuring cup
Measuring Liquid Ingredients
Liquid ingredients should be measured in a clear liquid measuring cup with a pour spout. These types of measuring cups are typically made of plastic or glass and have extra room at the top for the liquid to slosh around.
For accuracy, place the measuring cup on a level surface. Then, assuming that you're using traditional glass or plastic measuring cup, bend to view the cup at eye level as you pour the liquid ingredient into the cup to the point where the surface of the liquid against the side of the cup matches the line on the cup indicating the amount to be measured.
If you have only one or two, you won't be doing a lot of chopping or cutting.
I have several "paring knives" in my kitchen. This is a knife with a blade that is about 2½ - 3½ inches long. A knife this size is easy to handle especially when doing small jobs. I use this type of knife for hulling strawberries, cutting sandwiches, and other things that only take a few seconds to cut. I have about 4 of this type.

One of the reasons I will use this knife as apposed to an electric processor is that I am able to get the size chunks of food that I desire and they are much more uniform. When using this knife the tip or front part of the blade should never leave the cutting surface. Simply rock the knife up and down on the tip while lifting the back part ( the part closer to the handle) The proper use of this knife does take some practice. I suggest that you watch some chefs using this knife before you try to use it yourself.
I am sure that not many of you bake your own bread your self, but in case you do and do not have an
Electric Carving Knife or only need a bread knife once in a blue moon this is the one to have. This knife makes smooth cuts and will not squash the bread while you slice.
A good general purpose knife should be any where from 5-8 inches long.

Tyler Florence from Outset 8-in. Titanium Cutlery Chef's Knife with Magnetic Block

Here are a few tips on keeping your knives sharp
1. Don't place your knives in a dishwasher. the heat will dull the edge.
2. Use a wooden block or magnetic knife strip to store your knives.
3. If you are using a wooden block to store your knife, store it blade up so that the weight isn't forcing the edge into the wood.
4. Only use wood, bamboo or polyethylene cutting boards as they create less friction for the blade's edge than plastic or ceramic cutting boards.
5. Wipe the knife clean when finished, especially if cutting through acidic fruit like tomatoes or citrus.
6. Lightly touch up any burrs that may form on the edge with a couple of light passes across a sharpening stone.

Here is a list of other knives that you might be interested in if you do a specific type of cooking
I have not gotten to far on the Kitchen Gadget thing. I have decided that I will write about a different kitchen gadget every post. Doing some history of kitchen gadgets and then showing uses of kitchen gadgets and where to get that kitchen gadgets and maybe even different models available. This may take several posting of certain kitchen gadgets. I will have to start a list. first of the top 10 kitchen gadgets I have come across different lists of kitchen gadget. I am sure that there are other cooks that have kitchen gadgets that are a treasure to them and I have no clue as to what to do with their kitchen gadget or that they even exist. So if you have a unique or unusual kitchen gadget, let me know.
This making money online thing is really hard, yet there are lots of people out there that are doing it every day, and there are tons of sights that you can buy "secrets" on how to do it. After all that's what I did. Maybe some day I will be able to sell you my secret to being a success online or you can read about me going broke trying to make money online. Who knows? Its all relevant somehow.
