Last Weekend I got a back to back running schedule, Saturday was an LSD day(38k) for me around Quezon City, then last sunday joined the Philippine National Red Cross "Run for Humanity" road race event for the 10k division. Got a blast and I was able to beat my old 10k PR from the previous Takbo.PH Runfest. It's now down to 50mins. Great!

I use to weigh before around 200lbs plus, then got tired of eat. I decided to loose weight and I so i did gym, running and diet. To date im weighing between 143lbs to 148lbs.

Condura Run 2010 Again, Its me against myself, the 21km was over after 2hours and 56minutes. I spent a lot of walking this time. my legs hurt on the 16th km, my hamstrings are in great pain. But I was able to end the great battle.
