COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO — August 22, 2011 — The Idaho State Tax Commission has reopened its doors to the public in Coeur d’Alene. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for walk-in service at 1910 Northwest Blvd., Suite 100. Taxpayers can get answers to their tax questions, assistance in filling out forms, and more. A drop box will remain inside the building entrance for those who just need to drop off a tax payment or correspondence. (Read more)

In addition Wine Direct Shippers also need Sales & Use Tax permit ( IBR-1 form). Retailers need Sales & Use Tax permit (IBR-1 form) but do not need BWA permit.

Updated Oct. 2010: Use the online Idaho business registration system in place of the Form IBR-1 (referenced in the links above).
