As a result of pressure build-up in these veins, excess fluid leaks out into the alveoli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Heart disorders:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heart attack (death of heart muscle) or Myocardial Infarction&lt;br /&gt;Left-sided Heart Failure&lt;br /&gt;Valvular heart disease -- poorly-functioning doors between heart's 4 chambers&lt;br /&gt;Arrhythmias -- irregularities in heart rhythm&lt;br /&gt;Cardiomyopathy -- enlarged, balloon- like myocarditis (i.e., infection of heart muscle)&lt;br /&gt;Congenital (present at birth) heart diseases -- such as holes in the walls between heart chambers (i.e., atrial and Ventricular Septal Defects).&lt;br /&gt;Endocarditis -- infection of the valves&lt;br /&gt;High Blood Pressure&lt;br /&gt;Volume or fluid overload -- too much liquid intake by a person with diseased heart or kidneys.&lt;br /&gt;Thyroid disease (hypothyroid or hyperthyroid) &lt;br /&gt;Beriberi (Vitamin B1 Deficiency)&lt;br /&gt;Others:&lt;br /&gt;Kidney (renal) failure&lt;br /&gt;Pneumonia -- infection of the lungs&lt;br /&gt;Pulmonary Embolism -- blockage of lung blood vessels due to air bubbles, fat, amniotic fluid (in newborns), or clotted blood&lt;br /&gt;Pancreatitis -- irritation, infection, or damage to the pancreas.&lt;br /&gt;Drug overdose -- heroin and others&lt;br /&gt;Shock&lt;br /&gt;Drowning&lt;br /&gt;High altitude sickness -- rapid climbing to heights (mountains) can cause Pulmonary Edema and other problems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;History:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Symptoms&lt;br /&gt;Illnesses&lt;br /&gt;Medications&lt;br /&gt;Surgeries&lt;br /&gt;Habits&lt;br /&gt;Family history&lt;br /&gt;Birth history&lt;br /&gt;Allergies&lt;br /&gt;Travel history&lt;br /&gt;Medical exam:&lt;br /&gt;Patient will appear breathless with nasal flaring (sides of nose moving outward with each breath)&lt;br /&gt;The pulse rate (heart rate) may be faster than normal (60-100 beats per minute)&lt;br /&gt;The doctor, using a stethoscope, will hear the Fluid in the Lungs (rales and crepitations) and abnormal or extra heart sounds.&lt;br /&gt;Tests:&lt;br /&gt;Arterial blood gas test -- blood oxygen levels are lower than normal (hypoxia).&lt;br /&gt;Blood test may show that carbon dioxide levels are lower than normal (hypocarbia).&lt;br /&gt;Other blood tests may be necessary in diagnosing the cause (e.g., high CPK levels in heart attack and Amylase in pancreatitis).&lt;br /&gt;Chest X-Ray will show Fluid in the Lungs.&lt;br /&gt;Electrocardiogram (measures electrical activity of the heart), Echocardiogram (uses sound waves to create a picture of the heart), and CAT scan can also be helpful in pinpointing the exact cause of the edema.&lt;br /&gt;A cardiologist (heart doctor) may be called to perform a cardiac catheterization or Swan-Ganz catheterization, which are techniques that can provide valuable information about the heart and edema.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Aim is to treat symptoms and remove or reduce the fluid &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;In sudden, severe cases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oxygen as needed&lt;br /&gt;Morphine, furosemide, nitroglycerin, and other medications are given in the hospital to reduce Anxiety, improve circulation, and promote fluid excretion (diuresis) or peeing excess fluid.&lt;br /&gt;The patient, once admitted, receives drugs (diuretics) over the next several days to assist in gradually reducing excess fluid (urination removes excess body water).&lt;br /&gt;The weight and amount of fluid taken in and urinated is carefully measured.&lt;br /&gt;Low salt diet&lt;br /&gt;Fluid restriction&lt;br /&gt;Before discharge, the patient sees a cardiologist and is sent home with a treatment plan and medications.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;See causes&lt;br /&gt;Asthma&lt;br /&gt;Pneumonia&lt;br /&gt;Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease&lt;br /&gt;Hyperventilation or Panic Attack&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/8279872681552368440-6417861394511245881?l=beirutdiet.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Ouf… a succession of consequences in chains where one foresees a health condition with  disastrous future that  cannot be repaired when it arrives  its final  limit and which is : THE LOSS OF THE CARTILAGE ON THE LEVELS OF THE ARTICULATIONS OF ALL THE BODY.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name="4519052904380835190"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;DRUGS or POISONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a name="4519052904380835190"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The EFFECT OF the TARGETED NUTRITION is not to be demonstrated anymore&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, for me the four last months convinced me definitively that the usual food that one eats with pleasure  are either DRUGS or POISONS!.&lt;br /&gt;Of course it is the long heritage practice of  good taste in eating that lays heavy on our shoulders. Especially here in Beirut the capital of mezza ,arak,and heavy meals.  But more then share of the eaten time which gives us pleasure and which is our right on earth and in Lebanon, it is in final only for a certain number of (young) years that eating with pleasure will give us joy.&lt;br /&gt;After that the pleasures of the good old Lebanese cuisine will be a beautiful site to watch and not to touch!.&lt;br /&gt;The first of these joys would be Sugar or if you like to soften the terme : Sweets and I mean by that all kinds of sweets from Beirut  to Europe  and what they bring to us of evils for the teeth or serious diseases like the diabetes. Then what they contain of butters and oils and  fat and what they  bring for the  heart, obesity or cholesterol.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;           &lt;a name="4519052904380835190"&gt;  &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;ALL STARTS WITH  BREAKFAST: COFFEE WITH MILK AND THEN THE 10 o'clock COFFEE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;  A MORBID PRACTICE  WICH  IS AT THE BASE OF  MORE OF OUR TROUBLES IN LIFE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PURE COFFEE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the problems of breakfast it is that it must be well balanced and fast.&lt;br /&gt;but when one has a PROBLEM to manage, it is necessary nevertheless to take its time to compose a breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;balanced well.&lt;br /&gt;With regard to the osteoarthritis and the problems of the articulations (tendons, bone, cartilage, muscles, nerves, etc…).It is that few nutritive ingredients in the kitchen are able to satisfy our taste for a tasty good breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;A good breakfast means copious  or to be more precise glucid and lipids rich .&lt;br /&gt;However how to illiminate from our breakfast these  “dangerous” practices for the problems of osteoarthritis and health in general?&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;                                &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAFEE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;a name="4519052904380835190"&gt; One of our practices in the morning is of course  coffee!&lt;br /&gt;Coffee was used in its  countries of origins like tonic medicine in the event of diseases a stimulant for muscules in the wars and a hallucinatory poison for the Shamans!&lt;br /&gt;Is This  makes  the coffee  suitable for a modern individual?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the first signs are a general satisfaction of good being an awakening of the direction due to its stimulative influence on the nervous system, this is why it becomes a morning practice: it awakes the senses&lt;br /&gt;a great muscular tonicity due to its work on the nervous system and the blood pressure.&lt;br /&gt;but the reverse of the medalion is there:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muscular tonicity needs to be deployed. If one has much to do in the morning It RULES, BECAUSE the STIMULANT AND EXPANDING MUSCULAR AND ITS EFFECT  DISSIPATES&lt;br /&gt;BUT IF ONE IS WITHOUT MOVEMENTS the BODY MUST DISSIPATE THIS STIMULANT In ANOTHER MANNER: BLOOD-PRESSURE BECAUSE OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE COFFEE ON BLOOD, WORK ON THE LIVER WHICH ILLIMINATE THIS FOOD BECOMING POISON, AND IN THE CASE OF TURKISH COFFEE A DEPOSIT OF SLACKNESS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This tonicity of  coffee lasts one hour. One who takes  coffee has  pink or red cheeks at the beginning.&lt;br /&gt;Then suddenly there is a  drop when the effect DECREASES&lt;br /&gt;He becomes pale yellow and with an air of fatigue, tired because of the muscular efforts, and active blood, deployed involuntarily During the general nervousness of the body.&lt;br /&gt;This  explains our need to have a second coffee towards 9:00 or 10:00 to reinitiate us in form: THUS AGAIN TENSION, ETC….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It IS the ADDICTION .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;My personal research and test daily on this subject: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for 3 cups per day of 8:00 15:00 has (the evening I do not take any, BECAUSE TONIC EFFECT is MUCH LONGER AND IS LIKELY TO LEAVE ME WAKE UP MOST OF the NIGHT)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;indeed the coffee returns me hyper agitated (it is well for the alarm clock)&lt;br /&gt;but after that a feeling of frustratiion and a tiredness.&lt;br /&gt;It is the same as  the case of alcohol.&lt;br /&gt;If I take several cups per day, I have cramps at the feet by night&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Coffee IS a calcium iliminator and a inhibitator of iron&lt;/span&gt; Who consumes  coffee in large quantities CAN BE CONSIDEREd as Anemic in force and with large chances to become a  truly anemic.&lt;br /&gt;Modern research bound it to the osteoroposis.&lt;br /&gt;My personal research has lead me to bind it with the uric acid, cholesterol and triglyceride  high level .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name="4519052904380835190"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;SO WHO HAS THESE THREE PROBLEMS MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP TAKING  COFFEE OF THE MORNING&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And may replace it with tea or another herbal infusion.&lt;br /&gt;This with regard to the coffee taken only&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;however the MAJORITY TAKES the FAMOUS COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR, AND THERE WHERE THE TRUE PROBLEM BEGINS ......
