It is a mini standalone utility.

With Windows Vista and Windows 7 Seven
you should always do the following:

Right click on the gadget and from the pop-up menu

select "Properties".
In the new window, chose the tab "Compatibility" and there chose the option:

Windows Vista:

Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP Service Pack 2

Windows 7 Seven:
Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP Service Pack 3

Apply it and click on the button OK.

Don't forget in both the above cases to check the option "Run as Administrator"
That's all you need to do and everything will run fine!
