PRAY WITH US about rights vs freedoms: Father God, where Your Spirit dwells there is freedom. But freedom without rights becomes freedom that produces many wrongs. So show us Your guidelines for authorities who bear the sword to keep the peace. And for not using our freedom as an opportunity for the flesh. Let Your Spirit hover over any chaos in the streets an turn it into divine order as You did in the beginning.

Establish authorities from different segments of Belize who share the same constitutional values. For those values still exist within the stated supremacy of God that begins the Constitution. Let holy angels guard our streets and alert us to pray. In that way we can participate with You, not only in safety but in salvation for those who seek You. Make us watchmen who not only see when the enemy comes, but also when You come to seek and save the lost. Then we can reap a harvest and take back our streets for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Rights vs Freedoms—Belize’s Gang Violence Dilemma

We have the right to some freedoms, but not to others. Especially not the freedom to infringe on the rights of fellow citizens. When a gang war erupts, Belize police call for State of Emergency (SOE) that suspends freedoms. They conduct warrantless searches, take known gang members into custody and limit movement. But that has become controversial, leading to difficult court cases that lack enough guidelines to follow.

Belize’s 13^th amendment seeks to provide those guidelines. Specifically, it establishes a National Security Council to decide how to apply and enforce those guidelines. And a Gun and Gang Court to prosecute offenders according to the guidelines.

But drawing up guidelines only begins to solve the problem….

PRAY WITH US about stop legalizing pot, that God will:

1. Empower God’s leaders to work together with congregations and allied groups to implement His plans. Bring their words and warnings effectively to all the voters who need to hear them. And show them all His plans to prosper them without the marijuana trade which harms in so many ways.
2. Not let enemy plans to involve Mexican drug cartels to influence the voters or government in any way. Uphold Belize’s sovereignty against their desire to do backdoor hard drugs with front-door pot facades. And give the small Belize Defence Force angelic backing to resist heavily militarized drug cartel pressures.
3. Not to let vulnerable teens get drawn into habits of marijuana and then harder drugs. Instead, let the wind of the Holy Spirit blow the pot smoke away, and fill them with His pleasures and desires. And do the same with every other small Caribbean country that big drug cartels are targeting.
4. For Haiti, stop the spread of gangs to the countryside and villages. Help the loved ones of the 42 killed by gangs in Labodrie to grieve with godly sorrow that brings repentance and leads to Christ. And show such powerful resistance to all gang members that they will also repent and surrender to You.

PRAYER ALERT: Stop Legalizing Pot—Belize Island Wants to Go it Alone

Three years ago, the churches gained enough signatures to force legalizing pot to a national vote. But some village councillors on Caye Caulker island—where I live and work—found a loophole in the law. Apparently, one community in Belize can hold a referendum and legalize it for that community only. Then Caye Caulker got enough signatures. So it will hold a village vote on Oct. 8—while I’m recovering from urgent surgery in the US.

For three years I’ve collected dozens of articles on the dangers of marijuana, in case someone revives that cause. Including articles on the following topics:

• Inhibited head growth of fetuses in smoking pregnant women.
• Also inhibited brain development in teens who smoke regularly.
• High-THC concentration hemp packaged in gummies and other snacks for kids.
• Smoking kids more likely to develop anxiety and depression and suicidal thinking,

  And to suffer arrested development of key bodily functions, causing lung damage and heart disease…

And the list goes on and on. Adults and entire states face dangers too. But how do we communicate all these dangers to the voters? Where we have God’s will, we have God’s way….

PRAY WITH US about sleeping giants awaken: Father God, we thank You for Your Son Jesus who gave His life for us. For He said that when a grain of wheat dies, it bears much fruit. So let that be the outcome of this horrendous assassination. For we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of His testimony. Charlie Kirk became a faithful witness of His testimony. Let his death start the billion-soul harvest around the world that we have been praying for.

And let the prayers of the saints cover each of these new chapters. Often Charlie went out before hostile crowd without much connection with the local body of Christ. Now that we have seen what can happen, move the body of Christ around TPUSA chapters in the future.. Mobilize prayer warriors to protect them, and prayer counselors to minister to the debate attendees. And let there be massive deliverances from the evils abounding on college campuses. For You came to destroy the work of the enemy, so that Your kingdom can come in his former places. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Sleeping Giants Awaken—With 32K TPUSA Chapter Requests

Did they think that to kill Charlie Kirk meant the end of Turning Point? No, quite the opposite. Instead, within 48 hours of his assassination, Turning Point received 32,000 chapter applications. if we add the 27,000 high schools to the 4,000 colleges and universities in the US, we have 31,000 total. Conceivably, Turning Point could assign a chapter to each one.

Or how about reaching nations that have responded to the assassination with demonstrations and vigils? Including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Africa and Australia? New chapters could reach them online and help them develop their own nation-changing Turning Points.

The Charlie Kirk assassination has become a shot heard round the world…

PRAY WITH US about Russian drone wave: Father God, we declare You as Father of nations and Jesus as the desire of nations. You make wars cease to the ends of the earth. So we thank You for US and European efforts to find terms of peace. Yet Putin remains defiant of You and the western world, and escalates war instead, threatening World War III.

So we call on You to override his plans and bring all drone attacks to naught. Convince him that he is kicking against the pricks as Saul did. Make him a Paul with an overwhelming revelation of Christ as He really is. And move on the Russian nation to show them they are alienating Ukraine by trying to overpower it. Raise up examples of right relations instead. And bring such revival to Ukraine and Russia that they want Your peace instead of demonic war. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Russian Drone Wave Shot Down over Poland—What Next?

Polish PM Donald Tusk called it the most serious threat to Europe since WWII. Specifically, at least 19 Russian military drones violated Polish airspace during an assault on Ukraine. Poland is about 400 miles east of Russia. Between the two stands Belarus, a Russian ally, from which some of the drones launched.

The rest of the drones flew over Ukraine which also shares borders with Poland and Russia. Dutch and Italian surveillance planes helped Poland intercept several drones. Moreover, eight drones crashed after getting shot down.  

So is Russian signaling that it not only wants all of Ukraine? But it also wants Poland next? …

PRAY WITH US about Bolsonaro House Arrest, that God will:

1. Bring all accusations against Bolsonaro and de Moraes before an impartial justice process. Let the truth come out loud and clear about all of them. And clear the air for the 2026 elections so that voters may choose without censorship or intimidation.
2. Set the course for the free exchange of views including Christian views on essential issues. Let the truth come out about those issues too. Show the Christian voters what God’s will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will for Brazil. And let His will for all prevail.
3. Bring an end to the weaponization of judicial branches which has affected too many countries. Do not let legalistic tyranny against one side allow lawlessness on the other side. And let the same liberty and the same justice be for all.

PRAYER ALERT: Bolsonaro House Arrest Draws 50% Tariff from US

On Aug. 4, the Supreme Court of Brazil had Jair Bolsonaro put under house arrest. They accused the former president of plotting a coup to stay in office despite his alleged 2022 defeat. US President Trump, who faced similar accusations after the 2020 election, imposed a 50% tariff on Brazil. Specifically, he tied it to the “witch hunt” weaponization of the judicial branch against Bolsonaro.

Prosecutors accuse him of leading a criminal organization to overturn the 2022 election. Moreover, they charge him with plans to kill the current president, Lula da Silva, and Alexandre de Moraes. De Moraes, the highest Supreme Court judge, has long fought for increased authority in Brazil. Already in 2022 he had ordered investigations of Bolsonaro’s reelection campaign. And he jailed some of Bolsanaro’s supporter for “attacks on the nation’s democratic institutions.” Now the US State Department calls de Moraes “a US-sanctioned human rights abuser”...

PRAY WITH US about Colombia Pres Hopeful, that God will:

1. Comfort the assassinated candidate’s family and show his widow how to rely on God’s all-sufficiency. Lead his supporters to find a candidate who has God’s favor and cause that candidate to prevail. And help them fight the good fight against gangster-influenced politics and for God-influenced politics
2. Lead children from an early age to refuse evil and choose good. To resist corruption and receive God’s grace to change their nation God’s way. And especially to refuse drugs and violence of any kind and learn how to rely on the the Spirit of God.
3. Expose the bitter roots of many violent gangs. Send a wave of repentance to release members from bondage to them. Uproot what remains and execute justice on the main perpetrators so others will take warning.
4. For Haiti, disarm the gangs which have dominated the capital and are spreading to the central region. Empower the new interim police director and his force to overcome the gangs. Establish the new government and help it to restore farms and the food chain.

PRAYER ALERT: Colombia Pres Hopeful Dies of Assassin’s Gunshots

At age 5 he lost his kidnapped journalist mother who died during a botched rescue attempt. Then on Aug. 11 at age 39 Miguel Uribe Turbay died of gunshots from a 14-year- old assassin. It happened during a June 7 Bogota rally for his conservative presidential campaign. While being arrested, the boy assassin shouted, “I’m sorry, I did it for the money, for my family.”

For which money? From a drug gang like the Medellin Cartel which kidnapped his mother in 1990? During the 80s and early 90s, that cartel committed 3000+ assassinations including 500+ police officers. So far, Colombian prosecutors have arrested one alleged accomplice and one alleged mastermind. But we have no names for the suspected assassin, accomplice or mastermind.

After the attack, tens of thousands streamed into Bogota streets supporting Uribe and protesting the violence. During the 2022 campaign Uribe got elected senator with more votes than anyone in the Democratic Center party. Then he became one of President Gustavo Petro’s strongest critics…

And we come against the lies that deny that huge blessing and spread fake news and fake pictures against it.

So keep exposing Hamas for the terrorists that they are, even to their own people. Disarm their attacks against aid convoys. Overturn the tables which they use for black market sales of stolen food. Also, establish the safe routes and safe distribution of healthy food. And multiply blessings back to those who give. Exalt Jesus as the way, the truth and the life who makes all this possible. PRAYER ALERT: 100 Million Gaza Meals Served—a Food Aid Crisis?

Do we have a food aid crisis in Gaza, or a fool’s aid crisis? In other words, who’s fooling whom? Already the New York Times has had to apologize for viral photos of an emaciated “starving” child. Actually, as David Collier reported, he has “cerebral palsy, hypoxemia, and…a serious genetic disorder.” All pre-existing conditions unrelated to hunger.

Other media photos of other “malnourished” children also proved to be hoaxes. Clearly, the mass media is having a hard time finding real starving children. They aren’t reporting the elephant in the room—100 million Gaza meals served in two months. And to a Gazan population of now estimated at 823,407, according to World Population review. That amounts to an average of 121 meals for every Gazan, or two meals a day.

Who is serving all these meals? Not the UN, which has far less successful Hamas-infiltrated feeding operations. Nor Hamas itself, which often attacks and steals from food convoys….

PRAYER ALERT: Woke Origins—From Marxism to 21^st Century Narcissism

Can we find a method to the madness of woke ideology that has swept over the US in only a few years? Yes, says Catholic philosopher Bishop Robert Barron. We can find it in the combined influence of 19^th century philosophers Marx and Nietzsche and 20^th century philosophers Jean-Paul Sartre and Michel Foucault. Their often dense, complex writings have filtered through universities into our youth culture. And those youth grew up to become the main woke and DEI enforcers of today.

They have a method behind this madness. But there is also madness behind their method. “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God’” (Psalm 14:1). For “has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?” How has the resulting woke ideology become both mad and foolish?…

So guide us to respond rightly to these revelations of wrongdoing at high levels. Because we don’t want to see more corruption from the top down. Expose the truth about this wrongdoing and mobilize Your people and Your divine forces to set it right. Let the wrongdoers face the consequences so that others take warning. And so that such defiance of You and of the people’s will never happens again. Instead, give us all grace, from top to bottom, to repent and follow Your better ways. PRAYER ALERT: Anti-Trump Colluders Face Grand Conspiracy Case

We thought it was just the DNC and Hillary behind the Russian collusion hoax. They dishonestly used that hoax to smear Trump during the 2016 presidential race. Now newly-surfaced documents show the then-CIA director John Brennan learned of the hoax. Then he then met with VP Biden, FBI director James Comey, and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

In Brennan’s own handwriting, he explains why he shared Hillary’s plan with them. Why? “To vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.” They all knew it was a hoax, but they cooperated by letting Comey and the FBI weaponize it. Specifically, their “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation aimed at persecuting Trump. And of course they leaked it to the anti-Trump media. But they never found evidence of wrongdoing by Trump. And they failed to stop him from winning.

But by 2020, they found more nefarious ways to remove Trump from the White House…

2. Further expose the bitter roots of the terrorist rebel groups. Protect the indigenous people and other vulnerable groups they are targeting. And fill the power vacuum in those areas with God’s power, plan to prosper, and divinely established authorities.
3. Turn back the waves of lawlessness that attack police and presidential candidates. Pour healing anointing power into Miguel Uribe’s brain. Give him the new mind that Jesus’ crown of thorns bought for him. And raise him back up with a renewed calling and great testimony to Your glory.
4. Show Haiti how to overcome challenges from many directions with divinely-sent help. And guide Navy Seal Eric Prince in his new role on advising the government on restoring security.

PRAYER ALERT: Colombia Rebels Bomb Police After Assassination Bid

On June 10, at least four people died in bomb attacks on police stations in Colombia. Immediately, the police and military blamed them on FARC-EMC. This group broke from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia after it signed a peace deal. The bombs detonated in cars and motorcycles parked near the police stations.

Only three days before these attacks, presidential candidate Sen. Miguel Uribe was shot. After the police shot the 14-year-old gunman in the foot, they held him as a contract-killer suspect. Upon his arrest at Uribe’s rally, he shouted, “I’m sorry, I did it for the money, for my family”…
