Beauty Spotlight: Gatsby Girl Elizabeth Debicki

At last night's The Great Gatsby premiere in Sydney, there was one star in particular who caught our attention: Elizabeth Debicki. Born in Paris but growing up in Melbourne, the 22-year-old actress' parents are of Polish and Irish descent - which explains that perfect alabaster skin. Aside from being a performing arts graduate, she's a trained ballet dancer, and it shows in the way she carries her 5ft 11 frame. She's graceful, elegant and can rock a 1920's hairstyle like it's nobody's business, which she does playing brunette Jordan Baker in Gatsby. Gwyneth Paltrow Fits a New Gig Into Her Packed Schedule

Gwyneth Paltrow has landed another job and, according to her, it's perfect for her busy lifestyle. Hugo Boss announced today that Gwyneth will be the face of its new Boss Jour Pour Femme fragrance. The new scent is the daytime counterpart to the brand's Nuit Pour Femme line of scents, which also features Gwyneth in its ads. She told WWD that modelling for a fragrance is the best new gig to add to her already hectic schedule. Gwyneth said, "I can only really do one film a year now because of my family and how it all works out, so it's so nice for me to be able to work for a great company and, you know, I'm going to Spain next week for two days so I still get to travel and meet really interesting people and have a work interaction. But it's not like I am out of the house for three months."

Gwyneth also revealed that she starts her day at 7am, when she wakes her kids up, drops them off at school, and then returns home to spend the rest of her day working on Goop. With her duties for Iron Man 3 wrapped up, Gwyneth is back to focusing her time and energy on her Internet newsletter. She threw a party for Goop's Summer season in London yesterday, which featured a star-studded guest list, including Kate Hudson and Tom Ford.

This is one product I've been dying to tell you about. We know BB and CC creams are no new thing now, but that doesn't mean they're all the same. As you might already know, I'm a big fan of both Smashbox's Camera Ready CC Cream and L'Oréal Paris' Anti-Redness CC Cream, but the Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream ($45) has really shaken things up in my beauty cupboard. They're like my children, you see - I try to share the love. A new addition to the brand's popular Moisture Surge range, it comes packed with SPF 30 and glides on like a dream. It's more foundation-like than other CC creams I've tried, but still feels very light. The hero ingredients in the Moisture Surge range are aloe barbadensis leaf water and hyaluronic acid, so you can see why this CC cream is so hydrating. Perfect for Winter. I am oily so I finish with a powder, but if you have dry skin, you're going to love this just on its own. The finish is luminous. Want the good news? Blast Blemishes With This Two-Ingredient Spot Treatment Recipe

When you're plagued with a persistent pimple and need to clear it up fast, never fear. Here's an easy, two-ingredient spot treatment that comes together in no time. All you need is a small bowl of crushed mint leaves and oats.

Procedure:

Take a handful of fresh mint leaves and pulverise them with a pestle in a bowl.
Next, add moistened oats to the mixture and mix until it forms a paste.
Apply evenly to your face, or just to your affected areas, and wait 20 minutes.

Relax and take deep breaths during your waiting time; allow time for the oats and the oils to absorb. Apply twice a day as needed, storing the remaining mixture in a sealed container in the fridge.
