Clinical Department Manager - Bend, OR

DESCRIPTION Full Time, exempt. DUTIES Responsible for departmental oversight of designated department including but not limited to staffing, performance appraisals, team building functions, coordination of communications, customer service, financials, budgeting and ensuring staff and physicians satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess professional business acumen and abilities, along with first rate interpersonal skills at all levels. With the ability to demonstrate and achieve clinical and business priorities while enhancing compassionate patient care. We are seeking a candidate with five + yrs managing a clinical department. RN - Chemotherapy/Infusion Room - Bend, OR

DESCRIPTION On Call. DUTIES Assists in patient care during clinic visits. Duties will include IV starts, port and PICC lines. Performs general RN duties and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the Clinical Services Department. This position is instrumental in patient education on monitoring and self care. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess excellent IV skills as well as experience with ports and PICC lines is helpful. Oncology experience preferred, but will train a person who is looking to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Must possess good organization skills and able to multi-task. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, able to collaborate care with physicians, nurse practitioner and other members of the team. A patient advocate is a must! This position will also have the opportunity to learn the compounding piece of chemotherapy as well as the administering of chemotherapy. BLS certification required. Chemotherapy certified and ACLS certification preferred.
