@butz_steve: thanks, for your answer. at least we can see "they" (Yahoo! or better Yahboo!) is still on(line)... BUT still not the thing i was hopping for they should restore the photo and discussion and IF there are comments challenging the rules of flickr tackle them and there users not the discussion tread in general. you don't blow up the congress because someone said something in it what is not in line with the rules!

@butz_steve: what? where? which "thread" are you talking about? @www.only-dreemin.com: get active, think yourself (don't ask the lawyers) and then act appropriate! Ask your self: is the situation right? what can you do to fix it? and pls. don't try to act as dead, taking off your contact page, it doesn't work (http://google.com/search?q=cache:www.only-dreemin.com/contact.htm) @flickr: so, how much do you value your customers/community? what can you do about it? and are willing to do? @rebekka: maybe you can offer to www.only-dreemin.com a way out of this situation possibly they would be quite happy. Call them and offer that you will except there official apology and an on time payment to compensate your copyright infringement. –> after all we are all human, so to fail or make mistakes is natural – but when we realise we did wrong we have to fix it!
