While sweat itself is virtually odorless, bacteria use it as a breeding ground and multiply rapidly. What you smell is the products related to bacteria breakdown of keratin protein on the surface of your skin. Sounds disgusting, doesn’t it? Chalk it up to an unpleasant fact of life!

So, in order to smell better or good, we need to work on the source of problem which is the bacteria. One of the natural methods of getting rid of the bacteria is by using tea tree oil. Tea tree oil contains over 90 compounds. However, the terpinen-4-ol, terpinolene and cineole are the more active chemotypes. These compounds have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-septic properties.

Method of application:
1. Get a small little spray bottle of 30ml and fill it with clean water.
2. Add a few drops of tea tree oil and shake to have the mixture. Remember, oil and water don't mix well and before you use it, shake it well.
3. Spray on the area where the odour is emitting. In most cases, it is the armpit area.

Apply once or twice a day and you will be able to see results in a couple of days time.

NON-TOXIC SANITIZER AND DISINFECTANT

You can brand your own J-Pine. Use a sprayer bottle filled with 200ml water. Add few drops of PTO into the bottle and shake well for use as a disinfectant to sanitize your home. A powerful agent against organism, it will remove germs, fungus, odour, moulds, etc.

FOR LAUNDRY

Add a few drops of PTO into the water just before you spin dry your linen and clothes. It will give the linen nice fragrance and act as an effective insect repellent.

FOR SKIN CARE

Add 3-5 drops of PTO to your Vitamin E lotion or moisturizer. Mix well and apply over skin regularly. Condition your skin and keep germs away. It is also an effective insect repellent

AROMATHERAPY

Add a few drops of PTO into your hot bath or spa can help you to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate. Mix with Lavender oil for massage. Combination of these oils will give you the best fragrance. We would like to share with you on some information that we came across about a chemical used as an insect repellent and killer.

Earlier today, we came across an article from the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) that did a study and lab testing about this chemical called Etofenprox. We were quite surprised about the findings and we feel everyone should take note of it. Attached is the report circled in red.

Please note that natural scented repellent sprays are only repelling mosquitoes and they do not kill them. Same goes for other insect as well, natural scented repellent sprays only repel them for a short period and they will be back.

By repelling, we are still not solving the problem to get rid of the source and when this happens, there is more breeding and there will be more infestation. You have to get rid of the source such as the eggs of mosquitoes and bed bugs.
