New Logo!!! New Look, Same Great Service

The Ben’s Computer Help Logo has changed. We decided that it needed to be upgraded. Our old logo was a little too simple for us, especially as we are becoming a bigger and more complex company everyday. You can view our new logo on all of our products or invoices that are printed after today, viewing it below, or by clicking here. We hope you will like our logo as much as we do. I want to thank all of you that subscribed to the Ben’s Computer Help Blog website! You will receive all the latest news about our monthly newsletters as well as tips and tricks for using your computer as efficiently as possible to save you time and frustration. The monthly newsletter will be coming in a few days. Until then, here are some tricks to save you time on Windows-based computers:

TIP & TRICK #1

To quickly minimize all your open windows and return to your desktop, use the following:

CTRL + M (Which means, push the CTRL button down and quickly press the ‘M’ key at the same time and let go of both)

This should make all the windows on your screen minimize down to the task bar. Some computers may have problems with this – so be advised that if you follow the steps above, they do have a small change that it will not work on your computer.

TIP & TRICK #2

To switch between open windows, follow these steps:

ALT + TAB (Which means, hold down the ALT key and push the TAB key. This will bring up a little window in the middle of your screen which shows all of the applications you have open. In some versions of Windows, you may see a live preview of the application. Keep pressing the key combination, to make it easier, just hold the ALT key down and don’t let go while pushing the TAB key to switch between windows. When you get to the one you want, just let go.)

Again, these steps may or may not work for you.

The July 2010 Newsletter is finally here!!! After a lot of work these past few days trying to get this website up and going, the Ben’s Computer Help July Newsletter is ready to be viewed. You can click here, or copy and paste the link below into your browser’s address bar. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a product that was really that great this month for our newsletter readers. However, we are now able to be found using Google’s Automated GOOG-411 service!!! Just dial 1-800-GOOG411 (1-800-466-4411), and either say Springboro Pennsylvania, or type the zip code 16435. For the business name, say computer repair. Ben’s Computer Help should be the first one listed. If you stay on the phone, it will tell you our contact information, and even connect you directly to us. You can use this service to find, and be connected to any business that is listed in the phone book.

How To Use The Site

First of all, welcome to the new Ben’s Computer Help Newsletter Blog! Here you will find all of our newsletters from July 2010 and on (to current). We will not be updating our old website anymore, however it will not be deleted, and you can still view it anytime 24/7, it will just not be current.

HOW TO USE THIS BLOG SITE TO VIEW THE NEWSLETTER:

When we update this website with our newsletter for the month, you should receive an update email if you subscribed to our website. To subscribe, just click the area to the right of this post that says to, “Click here to subscribe……” and enter your email address. You will have to confirm your email after you subscribe, you just have to open the email and follow the instrustions. After that, when we update the site, you will receive a notification (email, 1 per day, IF the site is updated).

To view the newsletter, just click the current month on the sidebar to the right. When we add the latest newsletter to this website, we will also post a note here with a direct link to that page to make it as easy as possible to find the information you want.
