With more than seven years of industry experience, Josh has built a strong reputation in the commercial property sector, specialising in Sales & Leasing, Development Acquisitions, and Project Marketing. His expertise lies particularly in industrial and logistics assets, where he combines technical knowledge with strategic thinking to unlock opportunities others often overlook.

Holding a QLD Real Estate Licence and accredited as an Auctioneer, Josh also holds diplomas in Finance & Mortgage Broking and Building & Construction Management, as well as an Advanced Developers Course. He has partnered with respected organisations including Moreton Bay Regional Council, Prekaro Projects, Norhart Developments, and Unison Projects, and is valued for his focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering outstanding service.

David Scott – Director, Bentley Partners

David brings over fifteen years of experience in residential project marketing and off-the-plan sales across South East Queensland. He works closely with developers to design and execute sales strategies that connect the right buyers with the right projects, guiding developments from early planning through to successful completion.

Known for his transparent and relationship-driven approach, David combines market knowledge, sales expertise, and creativity to deliver campaigns that achieve exceptional outcomes. His commitment to long-term value and genuine partnerships has positioned him as a trusted advisor to both developers and purchasers, and as a Director of Bentley Partners, he continues to drive the firm’s reputation for strategic, client-focused results.

Jamie Askey - Sales Executive

Born and raised in Birmingham, United Kingdom, Jamie has established himself as a respected name in Brisbane’s Northside property market. With a 20-year background as a builder, Jamie brings technical understanding and expertise in property construction, design, and value, giving his clients the edge in today’s competitive market.
