Here are some ways of making your relationship even more special and celebrating Valentine’s Day EVERY day of the year.

1. Get clear on what you want from the relationship. Make the fulfillment of your short term and long term needs the criteria for choosing a partner and being in a relationship. Create and share a vision of your dream life together.

2. Accept your partner just as they are. Your partner is a very special human being – the only one in the world like them, with their own wonderful traits and unique gifts. Truly love the whole beautiful package they came in.

They are entitled to their own decisions, hobbies, goals and hopes. Find out their deepest desires and get as excited about them, as you are about yours. And remember too that this wonderful human being is prepared to spend their life with you despite knowing all your shortcomings!

3. Be generous and loving in all your dealings with your partner. Give unconditionally, rather than wanting something back in return. A lot of relationships work on a 50 / 50 basis whereby partners do things for each other only on a tit for tat basis. Instead, commit 100% to doing things for your partner, and with zero expectation. If your partner gives you their commitment on the same 100% / zero basis, then you will both be in Nirvana!

4. Always be in integrity. Commit to tell your partner the total truth, as honesty is one of the key things people want in a relationship. Knowing they can trust you builds a zone of safety and comfort around them.

5. Resolve your differences as soon as they happen. Conflict actually fuels a genuinely passionate partnership. So accept responsibility for your part of the issue at stake, and do not blame your partner. The sooner you stop blaming and start talking, the better you will feel.

Never go to sleep with an unresolved issue. Last thing at night, tell your partner what you love about them being in your life.

6. Do not criticize. It is OK to complain but not criticize. Your partner is doing the best they can – support them in becoming an even better person – you will benefit in the long term. NEVER put your partner down in front of other people.

7. Create a haven for your partner. Make them feel so safe and secure with you, that they drop all their defensiveness. It is natural to feel fear and you can help them overcome it with lots of tender loving care.

Thoughtfulness is so important in a healthy relationship. So be considerate of your partner’s feelings and treat them with the utmost care and kindness.

8. Let go of the past. All relationships have their difficulties. Remember only the lessons learnt and forget the details. Weather the stormy moments, and savour the memory of sunny days.

Remember what brought the two of you together in the first place. What attracted you to each other? What do you admire about your partner’s personality?

9. Have a fun date with your partner regularly and often. Spend one night a week with each other. At that particular time nothing is as important as your time together. Strengthen your relationship by putting each other first. Give the relationship the same commitment you made when you first started dating – simply put each other first!

In a dream relationship, you and your partner can be yourselves. You are honest and patient with each other. You accept one another, and you are kind and thoughtful. In such an open and caring relationship, your love is sure to grow, and working together you can keep your relationship happy and healthy.

The system uses a method of linking known as 3-way linking. Unlike the traditional one-way link, where only one site benefits, with a 3-way link all 3 sites get what Google sees as a one-way link to their web site.

In the old reciprocal link method, site A linked to site B and site B linked back to site A. Google does not value that kind of link very much at all anymore. Google wants to see one-way links (or at least what it believes are one-way links).

In a 3-way link setup, site A links to site B, site B links to site C, and site C links to site A (as shown in the graphic above). This is where the power of this system lies.

Google sees each link in the 3-way link exchange as a one-way link and gives it the FULL ranking value of a one-way link.

Google Gets What Google Wants

As I said earlier, not all links are created equal. Google wants to see certain kinds of links into your web site before it will rank the site for your selected keywords. Those 3 things are:

A Variety of Link Texts

If all of the links aimed at your site contain the same link text, Google will either discount or ignore all of your links. Google wants to see a diversity in the text of the links that are pointed at your site.

My tireless research has shown that using a 60% / 30% / 10% linking pattern works best. That means that about 60% of your links will contain your primary keywords, 30% will contain your secondary keywords, and 10% will contain your third-choice keywords.

Geographic Diversity

If all of your links come from web sites that are hosted in the same place, on the same IP address, or even on different Class C IP addresses that are too geographically close to each other, Google will discount or ignore the links.

This network perfectly mimics a natural network of links, because that’s exactly what it is! There are thousands of sites owned by many hundreds of web masters. The sites that your site will perform 3-way link exchanges with are located all over the globe, on a very diverse variety of IP and Class C addresses.

A Steady Growth in Links

If hundreds of links suddenly appear in Google that are all aimed at your site, Google will not count the value of those links for many months. This process of withholding link value is known as the "Google Sandbox". When this happens, you have to wait anywhere from 3 months to a year to see the value of your incoming links applied in Google’s ranking of your site.

My system spreads links slowly, at the rate of 0 to 8 links per day. That means that there will be some days where no new links are added, and some days where as many as 8 are added — which is how natural linking occurs. Once your site reaches 250 inbound links, the process stops. This usually takes about 60 days.

Most people have an obsession with wealth. Politicians promise to create it, most popular magazines are filled with gossip about those who have it, and the average person spends much of their adult life trying to obtain it. GM

GM will need US$18 billion loan from the government in order to prevent from bankruptcy. In particular, some $4 billion must be available within this month, showing how alarming its cash reserve level is.

To persuade the congress to accept its request, GM promises the following cost cutting measures:

• Reduce workforce from 95,000 to 65,000-75,000 people
• Reduce dealerships from 6,450 to 4,700
• Sell Saab division
• Sell Hummer division
• Sell or eliminate Saturn division
• Downsize Pontiac to a niche brand
• Negotiate with UAW to cut labor  benefits
• CEO Rick Wagoner will receive $1 salary – yes, one US dollar.

Ford

The financial condition of Ford is healthier than both GM and Chrysler. It predicts it will have enough cash to survive until the end of next year. While it is seeking a government loan of US$9 billion, it hopes the loan will not be actually used. Ford forecasts its balance sheet will return to black in year 2011 through the following cost cutting measures:

• Close 6 plants in the next 3 years
• Sell Volvo division
• Negotiate with UAW to cut labor costs
• CEO Alan Mulally will receive $1 salary – yes, the same as his GM counterpart.
• Sell the company’s 5 corporate aircrafts

Chrysler

Similar to GM, the Cerberus-owned Chrysler needs money within this month to be safe from bankruptcy. The exact figure is US$7 billion. Besides, it also wants another US$6 billion from the government funding for green vehicles. For cost cut, Chrysler did not give details, only mentioning it will rationalise production, forge partnership with other car makers to share platforms and pay its CEO Bob Nardelli a salary of $1 – yes, the same as Rick Wagoner and Alan Mulally.

If your company look for a cheap yet hardworking CEO, you can look no further than Detroit. Yes, they do sometimes take corporate aircrafts to meetings and vacation, but these smart guys can get you billions of free government money.

US sales slide in November

The US auto market is experiencing the most severe sales decline in recent decades. In November, the total sales for all makers dropped 11 percent compare with October, or 37% compare with a year ago. In particular, GM dropped 41%, Chrysler 47% and Ford 31%. Even the Japanese could not escape from sharp decline – Toyota slid 34%, Honda 32% and Nissan 42%. Hyundai group suffered a 39% drop. Porsche lost 48% of sales, reflecting luxury sports cars are hit heavily by economy. Among the big car makers, only Volkswagen group (including Audi) dropped by less than 30 percent, which was 21%.
