I've really enjoyed this travel system so far. My son is 3 months old, so he's still riding in the carseat when we use the stroller. The seat is easy to get in and out of the car when you use the base. You can also purchase extra bases so you can have one in each car which makes things really simple. I can open and close the stroller with one hand while holding my son in the other. The carseat part is a little heavy if you have to carry it a while and the handle gets in the way of putting the sun shade up and down a little, but overall, not a big problem. I live in a big city and use my Joovy Caboose every day. With this wind/rain shield, it is a year-round stroller. The shield is thick - it will not crack or tear, and the rain just pools on top, never leaking through. We've used it in the rain many times, and the kids have never gotten wet, except for in a really heavy downpour when their shoes get wet. Unfortunately, there is no way to help this, since understandably it cannot cover all the way down, as it would then cover the wheels. The shield does not cover the organizer, and so things in that may get wet in the rain. I also use the shield in cold weather, and it does great to keep the kids warm. It's like a little greenhouse inside, so be careful that the kids don't get too hot if they are bundled warmly.

One of the best features of the shield is that there is a zipper about 6 inches long on the side of the front where you can pass things through to the front child. This is great for handing snacks or a water bottle through without taking the shield off or reaching up underneath it. There are also little holes for air vents on each side. It attaches with 3 squares of velcro on each side in the back and with strips of velcro by the front tires (I don't attach the front unless it is really windy out). The back child can just undo one side and come out of the stroller easily without taking the whole thing off.

One con is that it is very difficult to hear the kids through the shield, so pay extra attention that they are not in there yelling and you just aren't hearing it!

Overall, this is a wonderful product. This makes it very feasible to use the Joovy Caboose year-round and still have the kids be comfortable.

We purchased this stroller because we wanted something that had the versatility to turn the baby seat around and fit our 6 month old a little better (we also have a Graco Mosaic which is too large for him currently).

Stroller positives:
Extra smooth ride (we have cobblestone streets in our New England neighborhood and this stroller floats right over them)
Large basket (I can't believe how much stuff you can get under the seat)
3 wheels makes it easy to maneuver with one hand
built in cup holders
Removable toy bar
Reclining seat that can face in or out
Price - these are great features to get at this price

Stroller negatives:
Heavy
I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but it seems a little "racked" like ever so slightly twisted, although that hasn't affected the function
Quality is okay
It's a little tricky to fold, but once you get the hang of it you might stop pinching your fingers
Could only find it in red, wish there were more colors

I can't fold my stroller when I put this on. If I want the cup holder, I have to take it on and off every time I unfold/fold my stroller. Maybe it is just me and I'm not putting it in the right spot. I've been using it for over a week now and I'm very very happy with this travel system. I just returned another one I had purchased when the baby was born because the stroller seat didn't recline and because the canopy was so small it wouldn't protect my baby from the sun. This one is great and doesn't have any of those problems; although the seat doesn't recline all the way (which I thought it did) it reclines enough for my baby to sleep comfortably.
It's a bit higher than I would've liked since I am not a tall person at all and I feel a bit like a kid pushing a big stroller around. But still, no complaints, it's easy to maneuver, a soft ride, my baby is more comfortable than in the last travel system and it's also very cute!

We thought long and hard about which car seat to get. We settled on this one for the following reasons:
1) the minimum weight for the seat is 4lbs, we never thought we would have a medical emergency when we purchased the seat, but we did. Our daughter was born just over 5lbs. Hospitals require that all children under 6lbs do a oxygen test in the car seats to check if the position of the car seat hinders any oxygen supply for small infants. This car seat passed with flying colors and the nurse noted that only a handful of Graco car seats ever passed.
2) It is made out of quality durable material-- some of the graco car seat fabric seemed really cheap. It also very easy to clean.
3) The adjustments are very easy, just one easy pull. So easy-- none of that fliping the seat over and adjusting straps.
4) it was very nice looking seat, we still really admire it.
5) fits in all grocery cars
6) the infant inserts seemed very comfy and they did a great job holding the head steady.

Also, we thought the only negative to the seat was that the weight is only up to 22lbs. However, this turned out to NOT be an issue. Our daughter was just around 22lbs on her first birthday and i cannot imagine trying to carry a child over 22lbs in a car seat, that will be so heavy. I owned an older Graco carseat with my first child but wanted a newer one for the new baby. Up to this point, I've been a huge fan of Graco products! I received this carseat as a gift and set it aside until the baby arrived. I didn't realize that the front adjust wasn't a standard feature on all car seats. This carseat only allows you to adjust the straps from behind the seat which is a pain for two reasons: 1) trying to get the straps even on both shoulders, and 2) the time and effort it takes to loosen and tighten the straps is very inconvenient when you're trying to buckle the little one in. I recieved this as a shower gift along with a Graco Travel system and have been using both for over a year now. My baby was born in October, her Graco infant seat straps easy and securely into the Jeep Liberty stroller and even on cold windy, rainy, or snowy days she was very well protected warm and dry througout the winter as the hoods of the infant seat and stroller overlap nicely. The suspension system makes it easy to push off road and very uneven sidewalks, and even through a little snow on sidewalks. My parents live in the country and we always take it for hikes in the woods and walks on the gravel road with no problems. I love all the big and deep cupholders (which actually hold a Mucnkin sippy), and my iPod Shuffle plugs in easily in the external speakers for lullibies and/or workout music (walking). The is sooo much storage room underneath and in the side pockets. The front tray pivots 360 degrees or comes totally off for a better access or view of the world at the zoo etc. Steering wheel toy removes easily is handy entertainment that can not be tossed over board and seems durable. I hook a golf umbrella vertical to the stroller with a small bungy cord for those "iffy" days at the zoo, etc. The only minor downs are: the hood does not pivot all the way forward to block the sun if it's late afternoon/evening and the sun is low. Travels better vertical which can save space, but not always optimal. It has lots of a turning radius than many strollers, so it is still nice to take to mall, crowded places, 5K walks, etc. My husband and I love it! This seat has lasted until 7 months, and would go a little longer. My son is about 20 pounds, but is growing out of the height range. I have been very happy with this car seat! The pads wash very well, even after spit-ups and diaper blow-outs. You would never know to look at the pads. It clicks into the base easily and is very simple to install. A t the hospital they preferred this one because it lays newborns back a little more. remember to take the newborn insert out when your child reaches the appropriate size, and adjust the strap heights. This is VERY easy to do. This car seat is heavy and I almost never carry him in it. I don't know how it compares to other seats, but add a 10-20 pound baby and it's too much for me.

I hate this stroller and am trying to sell it. It is too bulky to shop with. There is no need for it with the infant seat, and I want a better stroller now that he's out of the infant seat, so it was never useful. I used a Maclaren Easy Traveller (much recommended over the coordinating Chicco travel system strollers) to get him everywhere. I wanted the Cortina so that I could lay him flat and not have him trapped in the car seat all the time. Even for an obsessive mom like me, it just wasn't worth it. The storage is minimal and impossible to get to if the seat is down, it turns poorly, it is wide, and it takes up my whole trunk!

Seriously? A hundred bucks for a metal bar? The whole reason we bought a BOB is because it was the only side by side double stroller we could find that would support our car seat. Once installed, the car seat is unstable, the restraining strap barely fits, the car seat crushes the canopy against the back of the stroller, and the car seat invades the space of the other rider. In fact, it is so unstable that the company started including a foam block to place in the actual seat to help stablize the car seat. As my husband noticed, for sucha price they could have at least covered the foam! And the snack tray, while handy, has compartments that are way, way too small. My toddler's sippy cup wouldn't fit. I am shocked that such an expensive stroller wouldn't come with the accessory, that the accessory is so expensive, and the accessory is such poor quality. I bought the Graco Lite Rider when my chunky 6 month old outgrew his infant seat that we were using with a Snap-and-Go. I had a Graco Quattro Tour with my older son, and I loved it, but I wanted something a little lighter and easier to maneuver this time around. The Lite Rider does meet those requirements, and very well. But I do miss having the amenities of the Quattro Tour.

Overall, I think this is a decent stroller, but not a great one. I would recommend it for shopping trips and quick jaunts, and for people with limited trunk space in their cars, but not for long walks or intense daily use.

Pros:

* Wonderful fabric! My Lite Rider is in the "Pippin" design, not "Tango in the Tongo." They are the same stroller body, though. I love, LOVE the Pippin design. Adorable for a boy or girl. It's attractive without being too cutesy, durable, and comfortable for baby.

* Huge storage basket for a lightweight stroller.

* Decent canopy with a window.

* Child tray and parent tray make the Lite Rider a huge improvement over an umbrella stroller.

* It is indeed light, and it rolls smoothly on pavement or indoors. It's a great choice if you have to lug your stroller upstairs, or in and out of the car frequently.

Cons:

* It's a smidge too short. I do okay with this stroller. I'm just over five-feet-four-inches tall, and it is only a little lower than I'd like it to be; I'm not totally comfortable, but I'm not hunched over, either. But my husband has to slouch a bit, and at five-foot-nine, he is not a large man. Skip this one if you're tall, as there is no way to adjust the height the way you can on some other Graco models.

* The child tray sticks out awkwardly when the stroller is folded, and it also does not swing open and closed.

* The stroller must be reclined to be folded, so if you usually want to use it in the not-reclined position (and I do), you have to straighten it up every single time you unfold it. The basket needs a tug every time you unfold the stroller, too. These little things add up when you're juggling a squirmy baby, a diaper bag, and whatever else.

* The parent tray is attached with 2 screws, but it really needs 4. It keeps popping up in the back. It won't come off, the two screws in the front are tight, but it is annoying.

The bottom line: this stroller is not great competition for a full-sized stroller like the Quattro Tour. It feels cheaper and it just doesn't have those nice extras. I don't think it will last a terribly long time. But when you compare it to an umbrella stroller, it comes out leaps and bounds ahead. So it definitely fills an important niche in the stroller market.
