You would almost think there were only two people left in the world the way this movie has generated buzz. If you haven’t read or seen anything, just don’t tell anyone, k? Here we have the star of the hottest movie/book buzz on the market right now, Kristen Stewart at the much talked about LA premiere of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” held at the Mann Village Theater. Right New Moon, yes people are still talking about that Twilight thing, pretty much what I thought too. So if you haven’t seen it yet, we’ll do a quickie review for ya. Because where would Hollywood be without that old standby, the vampire-werewolf-schoolgirl love triangle? As every Stephenie Meyer fan knows, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” is the one where studly vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) dumps his human girlfriend, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), for her own safety, and she turns to old chum Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) for solace, unaware that he’s a werewolf, and therefore Edward’s sworn enemy from way back. What fans are about to find out is that critics, present company included, don’t care much for this adaptation of the second in Meyer’s “Twilight” series. With Chris Weitz taking over as director, the second movie has exactly what those fans want: Big, bouncy boy hair. Sculpted torsos everywhere. Teasing caresses of fingers on fingers, lips on lips. Love so deep and frenzied the smitten would prefer to die than go on without the other. Torsos, did I mention torsos? Most important, not just one, but two supernatural hunks snarling over the quivering carcass of a breathless, doe-eyed young woman. Swoon factor times two. For anyone who has not sworn the blood oath of undying allegiance to all things “Twilight,” here’s a few issues with “New Moon”: It’s really two half moons, or two halves of a movie that don’t quite fit. It’s unfathomable how two different sets of monsters could fixate so completely on her. All three lovers are almost joyless, it’s hard to imagine why any of them would want to spend eternity together. They’re here for two more movies, though, so they must be doing something right.

There’s not much to know about Kim Kardashian, since there’s not really much exciting about her. But one thing that she knows is that she likes herself, a lot a lot. And she seems to have managed to find a way to make a career out of that oddly enough, as have her headline hungry family. But if she stops looking good while she’s not doing anything, then well, she’s going to stop making a living from doing nothing at all. So she has to keep up the maintenance. Here she is showing off how much she likes herself as she makes her way to the only place to be, Phillippe to have dinner with her sisters. No sign of Paris though. And now the C lister starlets have been cat fighting, as it seems Paris got her over plumped pout over what she is referring to as Kimmy’s “success”. That she is defining by the fact that Kim and her sisters are getting higher fees for the whole socialite thing. Well, what Paris doesn’t realize is that she just needs her sister to meet a guy, and get pregnant AND married in the same night to trump what the Kardashian girls have been pulling. DUH. And all the while all Kimmy can whine about is why everybody is spreading this rumor that is as ugly as the wrinkles she’s hiding. The one that she’s been having some plastics done herself. But, Kimbohas denied rumours she has had plastic surgery. The 28-year-old *cough* “beauty” was rumoured to have had a nose job and her lips made smaller, however she pished toshed them. On her blog, so it must be true.
Star Magazine is saying I had plastic surgery to make my nose and lips smaller! Why would someone want smaller lips?! LOL.
Talking about the two photos comparing her alleged before and after looks, she said:

“In the first photo I am about 14lbs heavier than the second photo! Your face always looks different when you lose weight, plus with the contouring on my nose it gives the illusion of a thinner nose. I actually think my nose looks smaller in the first pic than it does in the second. It’s ridiculous… it’s all about the makeup and the angle from which the photo was taken! It’s no secret I contour my nose now to make the bump go away!”

But when most celebrities are questioned on this, they don’t really drag on and on about it.Instead of the standard celebrity rep quip of “I’ve never had work done”, we get this whole blah about more stuff she thinks the world cares about…or believes. You know, it would be refreshing for celebs to just tell the truth wouldn’t it? It would make it harder to make fun of them, but it would be refreshing.

For most people, when you get divorced and move on with your lives, you don’t have to see the inside of a courtroom with your ex ever again. But when your name rhymes with Mohan, it seems that time getting back into the courtroom can only be rivaled by your need to steal headlines from your aforementioned ex. And it seems that this is exactly what is happening between Dina and Michael Lohan, loving *cough* parents of the infamous Lindsay Lohan. It never seems to fail, and a Monday or a Friday or an any day can’t seem to pass without one of them threatening, and loudly to any media rep that will listen, that they are going to be dragging the other back to court for SOMETHING. As it seems that Dina Lohan has reached yet another threshold with ex-husband Michael. And this time it is about some tapes or something regarding Lindsay of course that have been leaked. Because he is SUCH a great dad, the latest story is that Michael aired voicemail tapes of their daughter Lindsay Lohan’s alleged cry for help in what was the last straw for Dina. She said:

“The tapes were from a long time ago and for a father to stoop this low is unforgiveable. My ex-husband has been in and out of jail for 10 years. My children and I gave him a chance to get to know them again and he clearly blew that chance! I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005. He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone. My heart is breaking for my children that he could do this. He has no visitation any more and is six months behind in child support. The authorities have been alerted.”

Dina is now considering legal action, and we know that Lindsay has already indicated she was on the verge of seeking a restraining order against a father she claims is, in a nutshell, estranged.
Dina claimed her daughter should be legally protected from a tape-leaking. But Daddy dearest says this is the only way that he can get Lilo to stop the drug abuse, because it seems he’s never heard of the word “intervention” as it seems that would be a more natural way to get your daughter help, if she was indeed abusing prescription medication. Is this a natural form of parental love? Michael is on a crusade to stop what he alleges is Lindsay’s spiral into dangerous prescription drug addiction. But it really sounds like his crusade is MUCH more geared towards getting his name in black and white over and over again. Don’t expect much to happen here, this is just Lohan headline screaming as far as I am concerned.

Though Renee Zellweger and Jennifer Aniston may not exactly be on speaking terms ever since Renee managed to actually snag a man from one of the world’s hottest women, Renee has certainly taken a lesson or two from Jennifer Aniston when it comes to being elusive about her love life. We know that Jennifer and Bradley Cooper were doing *something* in terms of dating until Renee Zellweger came on the scene in Bradley’s life, and from what we have heard, Renee and Bradley had quite the serious thing going. But here is Renee spotted here, despite her attempts to shield her face from the paps, with a man whom we will just refer to as “not Bradley Cooper”. The infamous Bridget Jones star has been heavily linked with Bradley Cooper, but she was seen grabbing a coffee with said mystery mail who only seemed to beam too much as they were leaving the coffee shop. A beam that I am sure only widened when the two were snapped stealing a kiss as they went their separate ways. So what does Bradley have to say about this since other reports are that they weren’t so serious, but there has been a change of wind. The latest reports had the pair growing distant after a steamy European sojourn that saw them passionately embracing inside a historic church. But Renee Zellweger is the apple of Bradley Cooper’s eye, according to a New York newspaper. But the New York Daily News claims it’s all back on and that Cooper is on the verge of making things official. Our good friend Close Source has revealed:

“It’s very serious. As soon as his mom gives the sign-off, he’s going to propose. Renee’s and Bradley’s previous marriages [to Kenny Chesney and Jennifer Esposito, respectively] both ended after only four months. They have that in common – it’s one of the things that brought them together. Things have been heading in this direction for the two of them for a while but this definitely solidifies how serious they are. Renee says she’s nervous, and she’s really hoping it goes well. She’s very excited.”

The pair is now planning to break bread over Thanksgiving with Cooper’s parents in Philadelphia. The romance is “quite serious. Renee and Bradley are crazy about each other”, the source added. Is it just me though, or is it more than a leeetle strange that Bradley boy needs moms nod of approval before popping the question. Hm? We’ll see what turkey day does or doesn’t bring for good old Renee and Bradley, and with our mystery male over here.

Rihanna is well known for making headlines ever since she and Chris Brown put a global spotlight on domestic violence, and it seems that the world has decided to honor her for all that she has gone through, or at least Glamour Magazine has. She is seen here leaving her hotel on the way to an event sponsored by Glamour Magazine wearing a gorgeous evening gown that was not only sheer, nearly transparent, but adorned with a bevy of ruffles and pleats. That’s right, one domestic violence situation is not going to stop this girl from showing up in style. And she did just that for this party where she was honoured by Glamour with the outstanding achievement of Woman of the Year, and she was ever so humble when accepting this award. Accepting her Woman Of The Year award, the domestic abuse survivor gives in to the highly charged emotions of the past week and broke down, as any woman would. Maybe it was Maya Angelou’s speech calling women “rainbows in the clouds,” or maybe it was because Rihanna was, in her word(s)(?), “PMSed,” but the 21-year-old wound up taking her trophy in tears. Project Runway Canada host Iman warmed up the heartstrings as she spoke about presenting Rihanna with the Back-On-Top Superstar award in the wake of the awareness the singer is bringing to domestic abuse victims. “Now I am even more impressed with her dignity and courage,” Iman said. Rihanna was at a loss for words when she took the stage.
“I didn’t even know I had to speak; I didn’t know what kind of event it was, I didn’t know anything until a few hours ago. It was a real honour to be named Glamour’s Woman of the Year, especially because I think of myself as just becoming a woman…. I really look up to my gran and my mom. They are my two women of the year.”
Naturally, as most women would, she dedicated her award to her mom and grandma, who flew to New York’s Carnegie Hall from their home in Barbados to attend the ceremony. In her interview with Diane Sawyer, Rihanna spoke about how, growing up, her crackhead father would hit her mother.

“I’d be beating on my dad’s leg all the time trying to stand in the middle, breaking glass bottles so they could hear something else and snap out of it,” she said.

Well, well! The bar has certainly been raised for magazine-hosted awards shows. Nick Lachey may want to start brainstorming ideas for Cosmo’s Fun, Fearless Male awards now. On the other hand, for Rihanna to begin getting vocal about her experiences is a feat in itself, and we congratulate her on her award, and for braving a rather dark journey with her head held high. She truly is an inspiration to other women that may be going through the same thing.

Mariah Carey is one of those ladies that really seems to show off the vixen no matter what shape or size she is in, and here she is showing off her glorious vixen shape while filming a new music video on the beach in Los Angeles. The Precious pop star oozed nothing but glam as she danced and sang for the camera while wearing a revealing but sexy one piece suit. And though she looks happy and sexy and uber glam right here, we do know that this Precious girl has a little bit of a dark history. She has in the past alluded to a history of abuse, and now it seems that as time passes, she is willing to offer a little more insight into this. She has officially come out admitting she was ”abused” in a relationship, hinting it was at the hands of ex-husband Tommy Mottola. Mariah Carey- who married actor-and-rapper Nick Cannon in 2008 - has spoken out about how she has been affected by the struggle she faced in previous relationships and hinted her ex-husband Tommy Mottola was responsible for her ordeal. On abuse she says,

“Abuse has several categories. Emotionally, mentally, in other ways. I just think you get into a situation and you feel locked in. If your situation is similar to one of the situations I’ve been in, which I won’t harp on. For me, to really get out, it was difficult because there was a connection that was not only a marriage but a business thing where the person was in control of my life.”

Mariah wed music executive Tommy in 1993 after he signed her to the music label CBS Records. They separated just three years later and divorced in 1998. And what has led Mariah to this public admission? The heated case of Rihanna and Chris Brown. The 40-year-old beauty spoke out in support of ‘Rehab’ singer Rihanna, who was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown earlier this year following a pre-Grammy’s party. Mariah flat out admitted she can empathize with the 21-year-old starlet’s experience of domestic abuse. She told TV talk show host Larry King:

“I was very sequestered, as you know, when I first started out and if I were just allowed to be young and with a young boyfriend who’s also a star and you know, you’re working and you’re both ? I don’t know what goes on. You know what I mean? So it’s like, I wasn’t really allowed out of the house, so I can’t imagine what she went through.”

Yes, isolation is definitely a hallmarker of abusers, so we can only hope that any woman connected with the man Mariah is referring to is extremely careful. But what else is Mariah up to, and can we expect more smiles than not in the future? Children may be on the way, as the singer-turned-actress says she is desperate to have children with Nick, but is waiting for a gap in her career.

“Being pregnant would be the happiest thing in my life, but what I’m saying is right now with this movie ‘Precious’ coming out, with the next few singles from the album and those things that I’m doing, I need to focus on that because I cannot do the having-a-child thing halfway.”

And no, when it comes to Mariah, we certainly wouldn’t ask for anything but a job well done, but that’s not something we have to worry about with this one, is it?

The ever so famous Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart certainly do keep us hooked to their sizzling on screen romance, but when it comes to the offscreen day to day grind, they like to keep us guessing as to the next movement in their plotline, as much as they do on the big screen. It seems that nobody really knows what is going on with this couple on screen or off, but one thing we do know is that we love to keep wondering what will come next. Are they or aren’t they together when the cameras stop rolling? They are seen here lighting up San Diego celebrating Moonvember month as they promote the next movie in this series “New Moon” at the Comic Con in San Diego. But what’s the real story? Are they or aren’t they together when the cameras stop rolling? Depends on who you ask it seems, but you sure won’t get a straight answer from either of them.Oh no, of course they aren’t together. They just hug when they think nobody is looking. Not dating? Then how do you explain the HUGS Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were seen engaging in last Friday? Good friend Close Source told Us Weekly that the Twilight co-stars stayed together at celebrity sleepover headquarters the Chateau Marmont on Oct. 29, then headed to a screening of New Moon the next morning. That’s when they were spotted cuddling.

“Rob wanted a cigarette so he went outside with Kristen for about 15 minutes. They were hugging, as Rob was smoking his cigarette and then he leaned down and kissed her on the lips. He had his arm around her almost the whole time.”

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kristen says she’s deliberately avoiding the question of whether or not they’re together because people are putting too much emphasis on it.

“There’s no answer that’s not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation, ‘Okay, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian.’ I’m just trying to keep something.”

Sounds like Kristen is paying some good coin for a publicist, as you can’t get a more elusive or articulate statement than that. And her co star is no different. In an interview with Vanity Fair that was previewed on Monday, Rob maintained that only when he’s pretending to be a vampire is Kristen his girlfriend. Clearly he’s a filthy liar, because he also claimed he can’t get a date. Nevermind that the guy has so many women literally screaming for him that he’s totally over being adored. Speaking about getting clipped by a cab while trying to escape a fan riot this summer, he says he appreciated the incident for the variety.

“If it’s just screaming–and I know this sounds so ridiculous–that gets old. But sometimes when there’s literal chaos, it’s like being in a war zone, and that’s kind of exciting.”

And yet, despite the screaming girls, despite the fan sites, despite his super-embarrassing Robsessed book, he can’t keep a girlfriend. Are we supposed to feel sorry for him? His co-starlet says yes. She says dear Robert has a “fragile ego”. Awwww….and his wallet is too small for his fifties and I bet his diamond shoes don’t fit well either. So when he isn’t talking about how awful he is at acting (good luck with that, Nicole Kidman–she’s starring with him in the sexy historical drama Bel Ami), he’s calling himself “godlike.” That’s right, he doesn’t exactly refer to his ego as fragile in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

“[My ego] has soared to such peaks, it’s ridiculous. It can get to a point when it’s, like, godlike. Only in my eyes, of course. Sometimes just when I say hello the right way, I’m like, Whoa, I’m so cool.”

Ok, so maybe I’m starting to understand why he’s getting frequently dumped. And maybe that’s why we don’t really know what is going on between him and Kristen, because maybe just maybe she’s a little confused about what the word ‘fragile’ really means.

Sienna Miller is seen here looking cute as ever in a double breasted peacoat and bad hair while out for a walk with her dog Bess. And I guess this laissez faire attitude is supposed to make us forget that she’s a homewrecker of sorts. But what is Sienna doing back in New York City you ask? Well, she is currently in the Broadway production of “After Miss Julie” starring ex-fiance Jude Law’s close friend (Johnny Lee Miller). Law is also starring in a Broadway play of his own which performs only block apart from where Miller’s play takes place. And no, it’s not just youj, this is not the first time that Sienna Miller and Jude Law have been linked, as they have not only a working relationship, but a romantic history as well. And even off screen it sounds like they are still keeping in touch, but just how much so? Since Sienna Miller and Jude Law’s ill-fated engagement of 2004 hit the skids, they’ve shown they just can’t keep away from risky relationships.

Sienna will always remember her affair with married man Balthazar Getty by the giant word “slut” painted on her house. Jude will always remember the child-support payments he owes model Samantha Burke, who bore his fourth child, even if he doesn’t remember who Samantha Burke is. So maybe it was only a matter of time before these danger-seeking daters delved into the most taboo relationship of all. No, not furries. Each other. Both are starring on the aforementioned Broadway right now–Jude in Hamlet, Sienna in After Miss Julie–and the U.K. edition of Ok! reports they’ve been having “secret meetings” (secret, as in Jude’s rep confirmed it). Whether or not they are going home with stage makeup on each other’s collars, we can only speculate. And I speculate that they are. They might as well. They’ve been so dirty with everyone else. So long as they’re together, at least they’re keeping their communicable diseases contained.

It’s been a while since we heard from Kim Kardashian and her pink velour suit, but it seems that’s because her sisters have been fighting over headline real estate by either getting married or pregnant. And so you have to guess that Kim Kardashian, the starlet that started all of this D list fame, might be feeling a little put out by the fact that she hasn’t been making headlines lately. Particularly since she’s the only one that appears to have been in a long term almost conflict free relationship. And if you are guessing this, Kimmy is confirming it. The Kardashian sister admits she thought she was a lock to walk the aisle before Khloe announced her whirlwind wedding. But do not take this to mean that Kimmy is getting married, it is just that according to the murmurs under her breath, she damn well should have been. Kim, the closest thing to a celebrity the Kardashian sisters have, dated her boyfriend, New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush, for two years. They were in the throes of house-hunting when Kim was blindsided by a split. The Red Cross got involved, there was a celebrity telethon… it was truly a dark day. So when her sister Khloe got married to her boyfriend Lamar Odom, like, immediately, Kim basically felt like the world was punishing her, instead of its usual habit of giving her everything for no reason.

“You know, I was with Reggie for years and Khloe met Lamar like a week before she was getting married. So I was like ‘What is going on?!’ There definitely was a feeling of–not jealousy or anything like that–but a feeling like, ‘Oh my gosh, I thought it was going to be me.’ And that’s just a real, natural feeling.”

Kim and Reggie reportedly broke up because his football schedule kept him either in New Orleans or on the road for the majority of the year, while Kim is in Los Angeles filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians. But someone explained airplanes to them, and they’ve since rekindled their love affair.

“I’m really glad it turned out the way it did and that Reggie and I have gone through what we’ve gone through. I swear it’s so much better and has made us so much stronger as a couple.”

Kim has nothing to worry about. I’m sure Khloe’s divorce will be announced any day now, and that dirty nuptial usurper will be at Kim’s wedding wrestling for the bouquet with the rest of the singletons. Good news for Kim; bad news for single women that don’t want to be trampled by a giantess.

Ah yes, the man that just puts a bad taste in your mouth. Here is Chris Brown exiting Kitchen 24 at 4 AM the other night after reportedly dining with six women. What is more surprising here? That he still looks like a jerk despite his pleas of change, or that there are six women on the planet that would still have dinner with him? And putting food and Chris Brown in the same conversation just doesn’t do me any favors, and I don’t think I am alone here. Anytime there is any conversation about a man hitting a woman, my stomach turns. And Chris Brown creates a reaction in my stomach akin to the Dallas Cowgirls halftime show. But here he is ever the ladies man, but yet he has to know what kind of reaction he puts on the rest of us. Of course he does which is why he STILL can’t get any fame on his own, and still insists on using Rihanna to self promote. Recently, during the wee hours of the morning, singer Chris Brown took to Twitter and posted a YouTube link to a photo montage of himself and Rihanna during happier times.

“I’m sorry y’all. Just had to post it,” was the accompanying text on the tweet, and the post immediately following said, “For the fellas: showing emotion doesn’t make u weak … being honest makes you strong.”

This from the man that beat a woman and practically left her for dead, and thought he was being quite the big strong man at the time. Yeah, I just gotta hunch that aspiring to Chris Brown’s message for being strong just isn’t something I’d recommend putting on the to do list for anyone. But from a legal standpoint? Sending tweets about Rihanna and what happened between them on Feb. 8 doesn’t break any laws (Brown’s stay-away order is still in place; his attorney Mark Geragos didn’t respond to requests for comment on Brown’s Twitter feed). But there’s Awomen for recreation. And all the while he is saying he isn’t using her for promotion, we get his very own follow up with messages about his “I Can Transform Ya” video premiere on MTV planned for Tuesday, and news of his official album date. That tweet specifically included the directive, “Now blog about this … LOL.” So Chris: here’s some blogging about it. Now, how about promoting your work without Rihanna’s help? Or how about not hitting women? Or how about not asking us to make you a hero because you were honest about hitting a woman? How about blogging about that?
