* Work in co-operation with KPC Balikpapan and Samarinda to manage and analyze government issues that may have significantly impact on KPC’s operation.
* Conduct a regular meeting with related superintendents and/or managers within ESD in order to update strategic issues on political constellation pertaining to local government and all related stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Strata 1 in public communication degree with 3 years experience in related field.
* Trained in the fields of communications, public relations, effective writings and problem solving.
* Have knowledge in laws concerning government prevailing regulations and law.
* Well- understood on local culture and norms.

Requirements:
* S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
* Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
* Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
* Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
* Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).
