Has anyone else noticed Ludacris’s lack of flow/rhythm in Taio Cruz’s new song “Break Your Heart”?

I mostly notice it in the 3rd or 4th lines of Ludacris's opening verse when he says, "And I may break your heart, But I don't really think there's anybody as bomb as me." It just doesn't sound pleasing to my ears when he raps those lines. They just don't flow very well. [...]
