As a real estate agent, it&#8217;s not my role to advise a homeowner whether or not to stop making a mortgage payment. There are simply too many implications, and by and large, a homeowner in distress needs to understand the legal, tax and credit impact of such a decision. That&#8217;s why me and my trusted professional allies have created the Town Hall Meeting for Homeowners, where we bring together a panel of experts in bankruptcy, real estate tax, loan modifications, credit, and short sales (that would be me).</p>

<p>OC, CA estate property owner pulls out all the stops with hot air balloon property tour prior to auction.</p>
<p>Coto de Caza, Orange County, CA – September 29, 2009 &#8211; The slump in multi-million dollar estate property sales has one Orange County, California property owner thinking outside the box. He’s hired a hot air balloon company to give tours of the property as well as an auction company to auction off the property to the highest bidder.</p>
<p>To attract bidders and give them a birds-eye view of the 6 acre estate property up for auction, the owner has arranged a full size hot air balloon tour for Saturday, October 3rd.</p>
<p>“It’s challenging for someone to take it all in from the ground. The hot air balloon tour will give auction bidders a true perspective from the air of what six acres has to offer &#8211; from multiple waterfalls including one 55-foot waterfall, large oak trees, gazebos, walking paths, a grand tropical pool area, fenced horse pasture and corrals.” says Ed Collins, the owner of the estate. “Since the property can nicely accommodate a three acre private vineyard for a wine enthusiast, I figured a hot-air balloon tour over this setting would be a natural.”</p>
<p>The property was previously listed at over $9,000,000, but the suggested opening auction bid is only $3,895,000 at the upcoming on-site live auction on Sunday, October 18th at 12:00 noon.</p>
