Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of Online Analyzers (UV-Vis, NIR, and Raman spectroscopy with sanitary designs) Turnkey Solutions for Process Analytics. Since 2001, they have been a leading provider of Online Analyzers for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, specializing in real-time monitoring and process control. They are also an ODM and CM for photonics-adjacent medical technology devices.

They are seeking driven and well-connected Manufacturer’s Representatives to expand their presence in the food industry, with a focus on the dairy sector.

Position Overview:

This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive 20% commission on realized revenue. Their Online Analyzers range from $30,000 to $150,000, depending on factors such as methodology, probe type, number of measurement locations, and the complexity of the chemometrics model.

As a Manufacturer’s Representative, you will leverage your network within the dairy industry, particularly among milk, cheese, whey, cream, yoghurt and butter production facilities, to promote our client’s real-time analysis solutions.

Process spectroscopy enables dairy manufacturers to monitor key parameters like fat, protein, and moisture in real-time, ensuring consistent product quality. This continuous analysis reduces waste and optimizes production processes, such as curd formation in cheese making. By providing faster quality control, it eliminates delays caused by traditional off-line testing, improving overall efficiency. Spectroscopy also helps manufacturers meet regulatory standards while cutting costs through better resource utilization. Ultimately, it enhances both product quality and operational efficiency in dairy production.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers in the dairy industry for Client’s Online Analyzers.

Promote the value of real-time analysis in food processing, emphasizing how it improves product quality, reduces waste, and increases operational efficiency.

Conduct regular customer visits, presenting Client’s solutions and how they integrate with existing PLC or DCS systems for automated control.

Work closely with Client’s team of food scientists, spectroscopists, chemometricians, and industry automation experts to support the integration of our analyzers into customer operations.

What They Offer:

Full technical and application support from experts.

A growing demand for real-time food processing analysis, with reference installations already in place in the dairy industry.

A highly competitive commission structure, allowing you to significantly benefit from the rising demand for online analysis solutions.
