	<itunes:summary>Navigating the murky waters of a career in the entertainment industry can be difficult when you don't know what to expect. The path to Hollywood stardom in definitely not set in stone and everyone seems to have their own quirky story of how they "made it." What does it take for someone starting out today? How is internet technology changing the rules of breaking in? These are just a couple questions we ask in our interviews with experts from all different area of film/tv/newmedia. 

Jeff Underwood, the host of the show, is a film school graduate from USC who is now taking his first steps into the industry himself. By talking to a lot of people from all areas of the biz, we hope to shine a light on the very question of how to best start a career and hopefully find a middle ground that all newcomers can expect when starting out.</itunes:summary>
