The following are something that can be done to avoid the problem:

1. For you that work using computer, set monitor position comfortably in order to our position and our eyes are parallel. In addition, as a way to decrease our exhausted, try to use document holder beside the monitor, this is to avoid our neck turning to other place while we are typing. Set the time every minute to change our position view from the monitor to avoid stiffness of our neck.

2. Good position in sitting on the chair should be paid attention, moreover when we do for long time. Sit upright and be relax are the good ways in order to avoid neck painful.

3. Do neck stretching in order to avoid contraction of our muscles. In addition this is an easy way; it does not need much time and can be done everywhere.

4. When we are sleeping, set our neck position well, moreover for them who often sleep turn to right or left position so it looks “no space” between neck and bed. In addition set our pillow’s position not too high.

5. When we‘re driving a car, use a small pillow on headrest at he back of our neck in order to avoid getting exhausted. If we don’t get the small pillow, we use a rolled towel. Actually our shoes that often be used will get worn-out more fast. Even a friend of mine have complained that he buy a shoes every three months, that’s not just follows the trend, but because his shoe’s condition that is uncomfortable again. How it could be?

Inappropriate in using and take care it are two reasons that make it occur. The followings are the ways which can be done to keep our shoes become long lasting:

1. Avoid use shoes for two or three days at stretch. Ideally the shoes expose to be dry for 24 hours to avoid high dampness. Because actually the dampness will appears fungus and damage fiber of the shoes that make it easy to be uncomfortable.

2. When you are driving, it’s better for you to change with rubber sandal to avoid the shape changes of the shoes. Moreover if you use high heels shoes because it will damage its high heels. The other way is using flat shoes in order to make us comfortable when we doing it.

3. It is the same with condition when you have to use public transportation or walk too far go or come from an office, it is better for you to change your shoes when you have just arrived. This is to keep our formal shoes condition stay long lasting, difficult to be worn-out, to make us comfortable in using it.

4. The way we re walking is also deciding our shoes duration. Walk by dragging our step will make our shoes base easy being torn and worn-out, and of course it will make us uncomfortably in using it.

1. The water in swimming pool which contains much chlorine will damage the swimsuit. To minimize it, keep wringing wet our swimsuit using clean water before we splash down the pool.

2. After swimming, clean our swimsuit as soon as possible using cold and clean water and try to squeeze it smoothly

3. Clean our swimsuit using smooth detergent and hand to wash it. This also to minimize the changes of our swimsuit because if we using washing machine, it will damage its fiber and chest covering part so if we wear it again its shape will be uncomfortably.

4. Do not keep the swimsuit wet in your bag or plastics for a long time. This is based on the reason that its high dampness when the swimsuit is wet will grow some fungus and make bad smell. It even appears a spot that difficult to be washed.

5. Expose your swimsuit to the air so it would dry naturally, don’t put it in the sun to dry or using washing machine because it will make its colors getting faded.

6. Try to dry it maximally at least in 24 hours before you use it again. This is based on the reason that the swimsuit needs 24 hour to keep it back to the shape before.

The people who work beside table work often complain about their body’s condition, from their pair fully tired up to their over weight problems. Due to the problems, their family or their close friends often give solution for them to do exercise more and start to run healthy life style.

Unfortunately, having less time or being workaholic will makes us less time to decide what the good food to be consumed or even to do little exercises, they only know if the food is delicious and will make them satisfied, they will eat the food.. according to the reasons above, to keep our body’s condition always fit, the followings will be good solution for us:

1. Selecting the good food will be the first step can be done, such as by paying attention with good menu composition, it is better for us to take the food from home, certainly we know the content and the nutrition of the food. It is also good step to become economical and of course the food is good to be consumed.

2. It is better to avoid consume snack continuously, and drink much mineral water will make us to stay healthy.

3. Some facilities such as a telephone unit, computer, internet, printer exc, they make us lazy to move up from our chair. Of course our body will seldom to move, and make our body unhealthy. According to the problem, we should often do a little exercise, just make a little moving from our seat to see out side or just communicate with other partner in the other seat. It is better for us to use stairs if we want to go to first or second floor. It will be the good way as a little or easy exercise we can do.

4. When working with computer, try to sit in a good position, don’t twitch to the front to catch keyboard or to read our writing in monitor. Moving our position or doing twitch in our hand, neck, leg, and other body’s part is good for us in order to make our muscle easy moldy.

Although have a limited capacity, a motorcycle is often used to carrying a great load everywhere. It even to add a space in the motorcycle, people spend much money for adding saddle bags, hard bags or just tied it.

Preservation and carefulness principle is a must due to the reasons, that it’s dangerous to take a load over. There are many things should be paid attention, first is checking tires pressure to make sure that it is save and comfort when we tire it . Make sure if we want to pack the load, it should be put in balance, left and right in order to make us easy in riding a motorcycle. There is a common indication we faced, when our children being a teenager. The problem is he or she suddenly keeps far from us and it is difficult to be approached. Unfortunately, many people solve it with a representative way, so this is make them more keep away from their parents.

Actually if we think more deeply, this is as a common problem. Because in this stage, a child starting to know their life widely, a stage being mature. Here they start to run their process in looking for their real self. That’s way to curb a teenager will become an insignificant way. Because it will make them more resist than before.

However, it doesn’t mean that the parents should give a great freedom without any boarding. Give a chance to a teenager is an important thing, but they also have to be learned how about risks or consequences of all they will done should be responsible with what they done.

For example, if the child is given a “freedom” to follow many activities they like, give also the consequences their academic activity in school must not be neglected, or if their result of study is not good, the parents can give a punishment appropriate with whatever they’ve agreed before. The child also has to learn that all they will do have a risk and consequences. The important thing should be reminded for the parents do not ever act “unreal action”, as “antagonist actor”, because it will even make them keep away from their parents. If we want to know how good or bad our teenager’s action, it is better for us to be their close friend first and be a good listener for them. Maybe from the description above, we can make agreement what punishment sank or reward for our teenager of what they have done.

It is also not a wrong way if we invite our teenager’s friend to our home, in order to know about their friendship without any interrogation. If we can make a good relationship with their friends, without we realized, a trustful and good relationship sense will grow in our teenager. In the other side, let us ask for our selves, what we want our parents to be when we were being a teenager?
